As she has done numerous times since the Josef Fritzl tragedy first made headlines, Heidi Schnitzer [David Caruso's fugitive Austrian stalker] has again been quoted defending the 73-year old monster. A Spanish newspaper recently noted Schnitzer's support of Fritzl's heinous actions. In it Heidi, who used her Austrian pseudonym Gabriele H., is quoted describing Fritzl as a devoted grandfather. CNN ran the following English translation:

On the one hand, Schnitzer questions the mothering skills of an imprisoned fellow Austrian while at the same time Schnitzer knowingly and brazenly abandoned her own child. Did Austria’s behind the scenes maneuvering make it possible for David Caruso's stalker to disappear? By all accounts, Austria is undeniably complicit in Heidi Schnitzer’s second escape. Recall in April 2008 how news services worldwide were flooded with stories detailing Schnitzer's flee to avoid prosecution. Compare that to September 2007, when the story of Schnitzer’s first escape and ultimate capture by the FBI received virtually no press coverage. Why would Austria suppress the David Caruso stalker story in 2007 only to resurrect it as a major headline in April 2008? Like any good publicist, Austria used a tried and true public relations ploy circulating Heidi Schnitzer’s escape drama only when it presented the Austrians in a favorable light.

The lack of press coverage for Schnitzer’s September 2007 escape amounts to nothing more than censorship. Realizing it was not in their best interests to advertise their failure to detain and prosecute a two-bit stalker, the Austrians deliberately kept this story out of the press. Compounding matters, when and if this story had made the papers, Austrians would have been forced to admit they sought the help of the FBI in locating Schnitzer. In April however, things changed. With their legal ducks all in a row and a defense lawyer all too willing to claim that his client would appear for trial, the stage was now set and the Austrians decided to take the media plunge.

For the second time in a year, Schnitzer was allowed to quietly slip out of the country using a passport that Austria should have revoked the first time she fled. Meanwhile, Austrian law enforcement prepared their spin of the situation for release to the press. True, the Austrians would claim, Schnitzer had escaped again. This time however, the Austrians could prove to the world and more importantly the U.S., that they had made a concerted effort to prosecute Schnitzer only to have her escape their jurisdiction. And they could lay the blame for her flight squarely on the shoulders of Gunther Gast, Schnitzer's attorney. The Austrians had successfully managed to shift responsibility for Schnitzer's disappearance from themselves freeing up their Bundeskriminalamt to pursue more pressing matters. For all intents and purposes, the David Caruso stalker case was closed.

Other factors played a role in their decision as well. In early 2008, Austrian law enforcement was dealt an embarrassing setback forcing them to take a long hard look in their own mirror. Seeing their collective involvement in the Josef Fritzl nightmare did not make for a pretty sight. With Schnitzer’s April court date looming and the country still reeling from bad press associated with the Fritzl tragedy, Austria’s Bundeskriminlamt had to make some tough decisions. Would they focus their efforts on the bigger picture reclaiming their reputation as a serious player in the EU’s judicial system or would they focus on tracking down a small time criminal accused of threatening U.S. citizens? With limited time and resources the answer was obvious; Austria could not afford another public relations debacle. It was therefore decided that their foremost concern had to be re-establishing their reputation as a serious law enforcement entity.

In short, Austria had much bigger fish to fry and the Caruso stalker matter did not figure into that equation. Austria's apathetic approach in handling this case amounted to nothing more than a green light for Schnitzer to walk right out of the country. And so she did. Now, Tijuana, Mexico is Heidi Schnitzer's new home for the time being. Unless Schnitzer runs afoul of the Mexicans resulting in her deportation, this case will remain closed. We wouldn't expect anything more from the "look away society" known as Austria.

David Caruso - Hitler's Homeland Can't Locate Heidi Schnitzer

Austria's Bundeskrinimilamt has failed David Caruso and the U.S. FBI. Looking over the facts of this case, maybe it was their plan all along simply to pay lip service in the name of maintaining good diplomatic relations with the United States. Austria's law enforcement officials appear to have washed their hands of the David Caruso stalking matter involving one of their own, Heidi Schnitzer. Today marks three months post trial since Schnitzer fled to avoid prosecution. Schnitzer has become yet another outlaw taking refuge in Tijuana, Mexico.

Sources close to this story now confirm that the FBI sought the assistance of the Austrian government after CBS Studios requested their help after receiving Schnitzer's now famous death threat letter. Austria went through the motions, filed charges, scheduled a hearing, then allowed Schnitzer to escape, asked the FBI to help track her down and ultimately set a trial date only to allow Schnitzer to escape again. The Austrians have refused to release a photo of the woman citing privacy laws enacted to protect the suspect. Their most blatant lapse though came in failing to force Schnitzer to surrender her passport following her capture by the FBI in September 2007. Looking back, this was all probably by design.

Recall too that this is the same government who for 24 years enabled the likes of Josef Fritzl to rape and hold his own daughter hostage in a cellar. The Austrians have held true to this "look the other way" mentality in the David Caruso matter as well. Turning a blind eye and wishing the the case would quietly go away, it appears that the Austrians got exactly what they wanted. Schnitzer is now out of their jurisdiction and some Austrian circles are probably breathing a sigh of relief.

David Caruso - Heidi's Denials Confirm Her Guilt

It has been a very busy few days for Heidi Schnitzer aka Gabriele Huber, David Caruso's fugitive Austrian stalker. Ever since the above photos of Heidi were published confirming her identity for all the world to see, Heidi has gone into major damage control mode posting hundreds of denials. As we asked last week why would anyone, other than the accused, go to these extraordinary lengths to deny all of this unless she wasn't in fact the stalker? The truth is, no one would with the exception of Heidi Schnitzer, whose diagnosis of "profound personality disorder" contributes to her sense of invincibility. Heidi loves the notoriety and she has decided if she's going down for threatening to murder three people, she's dragging David Caruso's reputation through a path of destruction equal to none.

Remember Scott Peterson? For three months following his wife's disappearance, Peterson couldn't wait to get in front of t.v. cameras and deny his involvement. And when he did, everyone could see he was lying through his teeth. The frustration came waiting for law enforcement to finally nail Peterson after acquiring enough evidence for a certain conviction.

How long will fans of David Caruso have to wait for justice to be served in this case? The woman in the above photos is wanted by the U.S. and Austrian authorities for criminally stalking David Caruso, star of CSI Miami. Her name is thought to be "Heidi." She has in all likelihood changed her appearance to avoid capture. Her hair may be a different length and a different color. "Heidi" is multi-lingual and her native language is German. Due to privacy laws, Austrian news sources will not positively identify the woman referring to her only as "Gabriele Huber."

David Caruso - Stalker Becomes America's Most Wanted

Will David Caruso's fugitive Austrian stalker qualify for the FBI's Top Ten Most Wanted List? We hope so. For a couple of years, the FBI has not released a photo of David Caruso's stalker choosing instead to pay lip service to the Austrian government's request to shield this woman's identity.

Why? The Austrians aren't concerned that one of their lunatic citizens has stalked and threatened to murder the American actor David Caruso, his daughter Greta and the mother of two of his children, Liza Marquez. The only call to action for them would be if a tragedy occurs i.e. something along the lines of the Josef Fritzl case.

That doesn't need to happen! Two different bloggers now have photos of the perp. And these photos are being generated around the web to various locales where it is thought this woman may be in hiding. Now, it's high time for the FBI to get involved to protect David Caruso and his family. And if you need any deputies, I am sure that I speak for Dojo in offering hers and my help. David Caruso - Stalker Abandons Daughter for Life of Crime

Note: On Feb. 19, 2009 Heidemarie Schnitzer was captured and arrested by Tijuana police. Within weeks she was deported to Austria where she stood trial on April 14, 2009. After being found guilty of stalking and sending death threats to David Caruso, Judge Guenther Boehler sentenced her to prison for 7 months. Following her incarceration, she was transferred to a mental facility for an undisclosed period of time.

How many times have we seen posts by Heidemarie Schnitzer criticizing David Caruso's parenting skills? Too often to mention. And we're not sure on what the psycho Austrian bases her claims. Over the last several years, many photos of Caruso with his children have been published by media outlets worldwide. There have NEVER been any reports of neglect or abandonment on the part of David Caruso. Quite the contrary, snapshots of David with Greta and Marquez show a loving father spending time with his children. It's high time we examine the stalker's track record where her own daughter is concerned and see the many times she's put her daughter first. Schnitzer has a daughter whose age we would estimate being around 8 or 9 years old. For the last three years of this child's life probably more, her Mother has been obsessed with stalking David Caruso. This 24/7 all consuming behavior has taken a sad toll on this young child. No fun in the sun or a day at the beach with Mom for this little girl.

How often has this sweet little girl asked, "where's mommy?" when she wanted to be tucked in at bedtime? How often did Schnitzer's daughter asked to be fed only to be shooed away so Mom could surf the Internet for sites to post disparaging remarks and lies about David Caruso? How often did this beautiful little girl ask, "Mommy, can we go to the park?" No playdates, birthday parties or holidays with Mom for this child. Instead, Heidemarie Schnitzer has abandoned and neglected her own daughter in pursuit of a life of crime.

One can only imagine the psychological damage this child has suffered at the hands of a mother who chose celebrity stalking over being a responsible parent. Thankfully for this child's sake, Austrian child protective services probably intervened forcing Schnitzer to relinquish her parental rights. Heidemarie Schnitzer, the doting Mom, might want to check her own backyard before she accuses David Caruso of not being a good parent. Finally, we must ask, was it worth it?

David Caruso - Another Photo Surfaces of Stalker

We have yet another photo of Gabriele Huber aka Heidi, the fugitive Austrian woman wanted for stalking David Caruso. This photo, shot at a different angle than the previous photo when compared to the 2007 picture taken at the Vienna Airport last year, shows remarkable similarities. Note the prominence of the jawline in both photos. The necks on both women are also identical.

"Heidi" aka Gabriele Huber is thought to be hiding out in Mexico possibly in the Tijuana area. Since she has been out of Austria more than 90 days, it is also thought that she may have secured a work visa to become employed there.

David Caruso - Gabriele's Denials Confirm Photo is Her

Yesterday this site published the above photos of David Caruso's stalker, speculating that the photo on the left was indeed David Caruso's stalker. As predicted, when Gabriele Huber's Internet access became available in her spider hole, she went into triple overtime vehemently denying these images were her. Does that mean the woman posting the denials IS Caruso's stalker but the photos aren't? Huber also denied using the pseudonyms Vixen, Anonymous, and QB2die4 as well to post these denials. As Frank Tripp would say, honey that's a "felony stupid."

Deny, deny, deny. The question now begs, if Gabriele is not the woman in the above photos, why bother to comment? Why all of the outrage? Nowhere was "Vixen", "Anonymous," or "QB2die4" ever named as the woman in the above photo. But all day yesterday, Huber posted denials under these pseudonyms. These denials have continued today as well.

We are not sure from whom Gabriele receives legal advice however any reputable attorney would have advised her long ago to keep her mouth shut. But Gabriele Huber seems incapable of following her attorney's advice. Apparently she doesn't realize that the more she denies this, the more guilty she looks. She alone has provided clear and irrefutable evidence that these photos are indeed pictures of herself. The Internet which she has so skillfully used as her own personal hide-out to slander and libel David Caruso is now being used to expose her criminal activities.

Gabriele Huber's constant denials in response to the publishing of the above photo sunk to an all-time new low when she stole this blogger's screen name and used it to post the website where the 2003 photo had been posted originally. A website that neither The Stalker Chronicles nor this blogger posted out of respect for the stalker's minor daughter. Does Gabriele have a death wish? Posting the website is only going to draw more attention to herself enabling law enforcement's efforts to capture her.

I think we all would agree that slandering and libeling a celebrity is atrocious behavior deserving of punishment. But Huber's exposure of her innocent minor daughter to the negative publicity generated by her criminal behavior is at best beyond comprehension. In fact, it calls for an additional evaluation by Karin Treichl.

David Caruso - Is This Woman Caruso's Stalker?

Is the photo above left ( from June 2003) David Caruso's fugitive Austrian stalker? The caption for it says: "Hans [not his real name] with Heidi." Earlier today it is believed, not verified, that the gentleman pictured in this photo hit this blog again and again viewing many different pages over an hour and a half period of time. When I took a closer look at the details of my traffic stats, much to my chagrin, I discovered a name associated with the i.p. address of this Tirol Innsbruck Austria visitor. Why, I asked myself, would this gentleman have so much interest in The Stalker Chronicles. Initially, I figured he was with law enforcement. Later though I wondered if he might be related to Gabriele Huber. Or was he a family member perhaps?

Being an intrepid detective, I decided to Google the mystery gentleman's name. After spending several hours poring over hundreds of results, I found the above photo of this man along side a woman identified as "Heidi." Until I receive permission to do so, I will not reveal the man's name and hereinafter he will be referred to simply as "Hans."

This same site also has yet another revealing photo showing the very same gentleman with a young girl named "Katharina Sophie." The caption for that photo says: "Dad with Katharina Sophie." Because this photo contains a picture of a minor, I will not publish the link to the site. If, as suspected the child is indeed the stalker's daughter, she deserves to be protected.

As many of you are aware other fans and bloggers refer to David Caruso's stalker as "Heidi." They do so based on anecdotal evidence. According to another Caruso blogger, "Lacyleanne," Heidi is the name allegedly revealed by the stalker several years ago when Lacyleanne and the stalker had become Internet buddies sharing an interest in David Caruso. This was before the stalker's love of the actor turned to hate obsession. During their brief friendship, the stalker allegedly revealed very personal details about herself including her actual name [Heidi] and that of her daughter [Katharina Sophie]. I, for one, never believed that anyone would give out their real name on the Internet and I have always referred to the stalker as Gabriele Huber.

Is it a huge coincidence then that Hans, a mystery gentleman from Tirol Innsbruck Austria who hit this blog multiple times today, shows up on an Internet site in photos with a woman named "Heidi" and with a young girl identified as "Katherina Sophie?" You be the Judge!

As soon as Gabriele logs on the Internet in the morning and visits this blog, I predict she will immediately spring into high denial mode. She can deny it all she wants. The truth stands alone. At this time, I do not have independent verification but I believe in all likelihood this is the woman identified by Austria's Chronik as "Gabriele Huber," the woman wanted for stalking and threatening to murder David Caruso.

David Caruso - Rumors Desperately Seeking Stalker

With summer in full swing and family pursuits taking on increased importance, the gossip mills have slowed to a crawl frustrating the rumormongering efforts of Gabriele Huber, David Caruso's fugitive Austrian stalker. Impatient that the paparazzi have not uncovered any juicy new details for Huber to promote in her ongoing hate war, Huber has resorted to her fall back plan: fabrication.

Huber's latest hype is not only ludicrous on its face but it requires a huge leap of faith on the part of even the most jaded Caruso fan. Citing absolutely no sources, Huber is promoting the claim that Caruso used his political cache with CSI Miami's executive producers to secure the Medical Examiner role for Amina Islam. This time though, Huber didn't stop there. She iced this latest rumor with repulsive sexual innuendo proving once and for all that she is truly a product of Hitler stock.

It's important when you are a criminal on the run for stalking and threatening to murder David Caruso that you cover your tracks. Yesterday, Gabriele claimed on VipixSquarespace that her current location is Chula Vista, California right here in the good ol' USA. For those who have followed her escapades, keep in mind that she promoted a similar ruse last summer claiming she was vacationing in the lap of luxury at a spa in southern California. Several months later, it was revealed that Huber had actually been in Mexico all along camped out in a flophouse begging for money on the Internet.

On any given day, Gabriele Huber hits this blog and others multiple times. And because Huber does not want this blogger or any others to know her exact whereabouts, she avails herself of technology designed to protect her so-called personal freedoms. Hits to this blog from Gabriele have come from countries all over the world due in large part to a practice known as "geospoofing." This practice allows Gabriele to select a country where she wants to appear to be and a proxy server does the rest of the work for her. In the morning for instance Gabriele could decide that she wants everyone to think she is in The Netherlands.
