David Caruso - Stalker Dupes TV Guide

Months ago we reported here that Heidemarie Schnitzer not only had been discovered moderating IMDb's Caruso-related forums, she had lost those privileges after this blogger reported her violations of their Terms of Service. Using at least eight different names on IMDb, all of Schnitzer's pseudonyms with the exception of "Dixiebabe" were canceled by IMDb. Caruso's stalker is no longer able to delete those on IMDb who oppose her hate campaign against the actor.

After being reduced to nothing more than a squeaky wheel on IMDb, Schnitzer took over the now defunct Vipix and ran rough shod there for months. Stealing screen names and continuing her non-stop diatribe against David Caruso, Schnitzer went into a tailspin when the owners closed the site.

With last week's front page news that Austria's Judge Guenther Boehler had issued an international warrant for her arrest, Schnitzer again found herself reeling. Schnitzer immediately went to work posting a negative spin on any site that mentioned the story. Most intelligent site Admins saw through Schnitzer's relentless efforts to trash the story especially after checking traffic stats which revealed Schnitzer's posts were originating from a Mexican ISP.

At that point, Schnitzer decided to take matters into her own hands and set out to make TV Guide's CSI Miami forum all her own. For quite some time, Dojo and others have tried in vein to understand why their posts were being summarily deleted; posts that cast a positive stance on David Caruso or his hit TV show, CSI Miami.

After experiencing first hand the exact same frustrations on IMDb, we are informing our readers that it appears that Schnitzer has managed to weasel herself a position as moderator of TV Guide's CSI: Miami forum. With Dave Flores' departure earlier this year, a chink in TV Guide's otherwise impenetrable armor was created.

Schnitzer seized on an opportunity to exercise dominance at TV Guide. We don't yet know how she did it, but we are certain that she prevailed upon TPTB who granted her request to moderate the CSI Miami forum. It is clear that TV Guide's own administrators are not behind the ceaseless deletions which only occur when Schnitzer herself is on-line. If TV Guide only wanted one point of view, opposing viewpoints would have had their screen names canceled and i.p. addresses banned long ago. Something Schnitzer is currently unable to do.

If and when this situation is resolved, Schnitzer will be on the prowl for a new Board to spam. That is if she has enough time to locate a new one before Mexican law enforcement cuff her and haul her in pursuant to Judge Boehler's latest warrant.

So long to Vipix and not a moment too soon. For those unaware, Vipix was a French website maintained by two celebrity photographers who fell under the spell of Heidi Schnitzer, David Caruso's fugitive Austrian stalker. At Schnitzer's unrelenting urging, Sebastian and his partner followed David Caruso around until they got Schnitzer's desperately sought photos. Weeks back however, the owners announced that the site was being closed and no new photos would be published. Unfortunately, the comments section remained open until yesterday and became nothing more than an unmoderated abyss where Schnitzer thrived.

Schnitzer stole screen names, libeled and slandered David Caruso, his family, friends and professional associates. When anyone challenged her, Schnitzer resorted to childish pranks, name calling and posting obscenities with regularity. The forum essentially became Schnitzer's killing field to promote her anti-David Caruso agenda and cast aspersions on anyone who opposed her.

The site is history now and Schnitzer has one less place to defame David Caruso and the bloggers who oppose her. Other Boards and sites have been issued warnings that Schnitzer is lurking in search of a new home; one preferably unmoderated where she can continue her Internet rampage. David Caruso - ACE Forced to Close David Caruso Stalker Thread

BREAKING NEWS: The prolific blogger ACE has fallen victim to David Caruso's stalker, Heidi Schnitzer. In February, 2008, ACE posted an article titled "David Caruso Hate Site." http://minx.cc/?post=255222 Within hours, ACE was forced to remove the link to Schnitzer's hate site after she spammed his comments section using multiple pseudonyms. For six months, Schnitzer continued to spam this site posting comments containing nothing but gibberish. One theory has it that she used the site to gauge how her location would show up on other blogger's traffic stats. Schnitzer's last comment as "Peony Boy" was posted on August 11, 2008.

I shouldn't have posted that link in the first place. I just thought it was odd that Caruso had a hate site against him. Plus I'm sort of fascinated with the sunglasses off/sunglasses on thing.

If you read the comments to the thread, it looks like the hate-site writer came in and posted under a lot of aliases here (the bjMoP hash comes up again and again).

Sarkhanne says she's a stalker, which, you know, strikes me as a no-brainer; who else makes a single-person hate site? At least cast the net a little wider and make it the Catholics or the Jews or something. Have some ambition.

He predicted she would just keep posting here and she seems to have done so.

Anyway, I thought the link was worthwhile just for its oddness, but it seems to have opened up a big can of strange I don't need, so I shut comments down there and took down the link. I'm getting a Deb Frisch vibe which I should have seen coming.

In the 90's, CBS' David Letterman unwittingly became the victim of a celebrity stalker. Although Letterman's stalker Margaret Mary Ray suffered from schizophrenia, her stalking amounted to nothing more than annoying exploits in harassment. Ten years later, CBS again finds one of their own hounded by a stalker. For the last two years, CSI Miami's David Caruso has been physically and mentally stalked by a deranged Austrian woman, Heidemarie Schnitzer. Karin Treichl, her court-appointed psychiatrist, has diagnosed Schnitzer as suffering from a profound personality disorder capable of becoming dangerous.

The differences between Ray and Schnitzer are alarming. Letterman's stalker convinced herself she was romantically involved with the star and repeatedly broke into his home, stole his car and even camped out on his tennis court at one point. Heidemarie Schnitzer, on the other hand, has written a letter to David Caruso threatening to murder him and Liza Marquez stating that she (Schnitzer) would start by murdering Caruso's grown daughter, Greta.

Schnitzer went off the deep end when she demanded and never received an autograph from David Caruso. Schnitzer then mailed Caruso a death threat in care of CBS Studios. Unlike Ray, Schnitzer has employed the Internet not only as an offensive weapon to defame and slander Caruso, but to thumb her nose at authorities who have not been able to capture her while she remains on the lam in Mexico.

Yesterday, in yet another act of desperation, Schnitzer stole another blogger's name and used it to post lies and innuendo on this site. Anyone familiar with the blogger in question knows she would never promote gossip especially on another site. Because Schnitzer's personality disorder has progressed into the advanced stages, the Internet has become fraught with evidence that she'll stop at nothing to save her own skin.

Two years ago, Schnitzer had the Internet virtually to herself to wage a personal war against Caruso. Now however, the tide has turned and Schnitzer has gone on a rampage against those of us who have exposed her.

When compared to Letterman's stalker, Heidemarie Schnitzer is Margaret Mary Ray on steroids. Schnitzer's antics, including boasting on websites about crossing into the U.S. to carry out her death threats against David Caruso, make Ray's pranks look like the stuff of an infatuated school girl. With Schnitzer lying in wait in Tijuana minutes south of the California/Mexico border, officials are privately concerned about the grave implications she poses should she succeed in crossing undetected into the U.S.

Schnitzer's all out efforts to discredit this blog and any that expose her are symptoms of extreme mental illness. Stealing other's names to promote her sick agenda against David Caruso is a cry for help. Is Schnitzer desperate enough to commit murder? Does anyone really want to find out?

Update: On Feb. 19, 2009 Heidemarie Schnitzer was captured and arrested by Tijuana police. Within weeks she was deported to Austria where she stood trial on April 14, 2009. After being found guilty of stalking and sending death threats to David Caruso, Judge Guenther Boehler sentenced her to prison for 7 months. Following her incarceration, she was transferred to a mental facility for an undisclosed period of time.


It has been nearly 4 months since Heidi Schnitzer fled Austria to avoid prosecution on charges she stalked and threatened to murder David Caruso, his daughter Greta Caruso and Liza Marquez. Recent intelligence suggests that Schnitzer is planning to illegally enter the US as soon as possible to carry out her death threats against the actor and his family. It would appear that Austria's inept Bundeskriminalamt has put this matter on their proverbial back burner. After the FBI initially contacted them in 2007, Austria went through the motions to maintain free flowing diplomatic channels with the U.S. They filed charges, allowed Schnitzer to escape , sought the aid of the FBI to locate her, set a trial date and ultimately allowed her to escape AGAIN. On April 16, 2008, Heidi Schnitzer [aka Gabriele Huber] failed to appear for trial on charges she stalked and threatened to murder David Caruso, Greta Caruso and Liza Marquez. She fled for the second time.

For almost 4 months, the Austrians have done nothing to capture this woman and are probably glad to be rid of her! For those unaware of this story, the following is helpful background on this extremely dangerous woman who fled to Tijuana, Mexico where she remains in hiding:

Meet the face of hate. This woman, identified as Heidi Schnitzer aka Gabriele Huber, hates David Caruso. And she will go to the ends of the Internet posting slander and libel to let you know it. Been to a David Caruso fan site lately? If you have, undoubtedly you noticed an ongoing war of words between Caruso fans and one of Heidi's many pseudonyms [see list in sidebar]. Bloggers and news outlets who even mention the words "David Caruso" are inundated with Heidi's hate comments.

Heidi is responsible for countless forum disruptions and spam all in the name of her "I Hate David Caruso" campaign. Why? Several years ago, Heidi reportedly left Austria in pursuit of her prey. She followed David Caruso to a Miami restaurant and she propositioned him. When Caruso said "no thanks" [do you blame him?], this one-time love obsessed fan turned criminal stalker over night.

At the now famous moment of rejection, Heidi abandoned a young daughter, failed to show up for work and forfeited her reputation all in the name of hatred. Heidi mailed hundreds of letters to Caruso demanding an autograph. When these went unanswered, she went into a tailspin. Composing her now famous "death threat letter", Heidi vowed to seek vengeance for Caruso's alleged slight.

David Caruso, his daughter Greta and his former companion Liza Marquez all became targets of Heidi. When she first fled Austria in 2007, the FBI tracked her down in Mexico where she was captured and extradited to Austria. She continued her hate war against David Caruso via her laptop. Fast forward to April 16, 2008--the date of Heidi's trial. Again, she fled Austria to avoid prosecution. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

Heidi remains on the lam hiding out in Tijuana, Mexico. Reliable sources report that she is employed in the Zona Norte area of the city where she also has limited Internet access. Day in and day out this unstable, deranged woman continues her hate war hoping that one day David Caruso will take notice of her. That will never happen. Hopefully, law enforcement will.

David Caruso - Schnitzer's Arrest Warrant Won't Disappear

Heidi Schnitzer's attacks on the credibility of The Stalker Chronicles continues. Attacks designed to divert attention away from the fact that she remains a fugitive from justice after threatening to murder David Caruso and two other people. Apparently Schnitzer figures that by simply clicking her Internet heels this story will magically disappear. Don't bank on it!

Last April after Schnitzer fled Austria, a European Arrest Warrant valid in the European Union was executed by an Austrian court. The warrant remains in full force and effect even though Schnitzer has chosen to hide out in Tijuana, Mexico. Under the false impression that she is safe and secure in another country outside the European Union's long arm of justice will ultimately be Schnitzer's undoing.

Two years ago things were quite different though. Schnitzer had the Internet landscape all to herself to slander and defame David Caruso. That has changed thanks in large part to the heroic efforts to get the truth out by a few dedicated bloggers.

Much like last month when the publishing of the long awaited photos of Heidemarie Schnitzer resulted in her pathetic and desperate Internet denials, Schnitzer is at it again. Over the last several days Schnitzer has spiraled out of control after The Stalker Chronicles published excerpts from a Spanish paper of Schnitzer's continued support of Josef Fritzl. Her screaming denials have not been heard. Schnitzer's threats of impending injunctions to have her photo removed never materialized.

Schnitzer is riding on borrowed time and probably borrowed money. Maybe she and O.J. could pool their resources. While O.J. looks for the "real killers", Schnitzer could be looking for the "real stalker". There's a marriage made in hell.

David Caruso - Border Patrol Has Photos of Heidi at All Check Points

The photo on the right shows the actual letter authored by Heidi Schnitzer which she mailed to David Caruso. In it, Schnitzer threatens to murder Caruso and Liza Marquez, but states that she will start by killing his daughter Greta Caruso first. This letter spurred the FBI into action in 2007 following Schnitzer's first flee from Austria.

With Schnitzer having fled Austria again in April 2008 and now hiding out in Tijuana, Mexico, the U.S. Border Patrol has been placed on high alert. Each checkpoint has been furnished with photos of Schnitzer. When Schnitzer attempts to enter the U.S. her travel documents will be run through NCIC which will automatically show Schnitzer's outstanding arrest warrant. At that point, Schnitzer will be detained and denied entry into the U.S. with immediate deportation to follow. Authorities fear that Schnitzer will attempt to illegally enter the U.S. to carry out her threats against David Caruso and his family.

David Caruso - Schnitzer Defends Josef Fritzl Again!

As she has done numerous times since the Josef Fritzl tragedy first made headlines, Heidi Schnitzer [David Caruso's fugitive Austrian stalker] has again been quoted defending the 73-year old monster. A Spanish newspaper recently noted Schnitzer's support of Fritzl's heinous actions. The stalker herself has always claimed what a great resource the Internet is when it comes to locating personal and highly private information about David Caruso which Schnitzer in turn posts all over the Internet. I wonder how she feels now that the tables have been reversed on her. A recent Google search yielded this article about Josef Fritzl. In it Heidi, who used her Austrian pseudonym Gabriele H., is quoted describing Fritzl as a devoted grandfather. CNN ran the following English translation:

"One who looks after their grandchildren whilst their mother just ran away. We were all asking ourselves, what kind of mother would do that to their children?" she said

Hmmm, would that be the very same woman who abandoned her own daughter, Katharina Sophie, to pursue the life of a criminal stalker? The answer is yes. The dichotomy however is unclear. On the one hand, Schnitzer questions the mothering skills of an imprisoned fellow Austrian while at the same time Schnitzer knowingly and brazenly abandoned her own child. To answer Schnitzer's question: the same person as yourself, Heidi. Quoting PattiMc, a frequent commenter on Dojo's TV Guide blog, puts it all into perspective: "pot, kettle, black."

David Caruso - Heidi's Daughter Cries, "Where's My Mommy?"

This is a photo of Katharina Sophie, the daughter of Heidi Schnitzer. Initially, I had decided not to publish it. Upon further reflection, I think it's critically important for the public and law enforcement authorities in Mexico, the U.S. and the E.U. to know the lengths Schnitzer will go to carry out her death threats against CSI Miami's David Caruso, his daughter Greta Caruso and Liza Marquez.

Katharina is motherless having been abandoned by Schnitzer in pursuit of a life of crime while working the streets of Tijuana, Mexico. For Heidi, who has been diagnosed with "profound personality disorder" it is much more important to focus her life on stalking and threatening to murder three innocent human beings than it is to stay in Austria and be a mother to your child.

All too frequently, Katharina's mother attacks David Caruso's parenting skills subjecting them to scrutiny she has never applied to herself. We read about Caruso using his kids for "photo-ops" and taking vacations without them; all slanderous statements contrived to destroy the actor's reputation. We have to wonder though when was the last time Heidi spent any time with Katharina Sophie, when did she hold the child, kiss her, tuck her into bed or take her out for ice cream.

With a warrant on her head that can be enforced in any member country of the E.U., Schnitzer had to make a tough choice. Stay in Austria and face the music for sending a death threat letter or flee to a non-member country and hide out until the statute of limitations runs for her crime. In the past, extradition was a political means used to return an offending party from one country to another.

In January 2004, a European Arrest Warrant replaced extradition. This new procedure, based on the principle of mutual recognition of judicial decisions, makes the return of an offending party to a member state a simple legal procedure as opposed to a political one. With the exception of Switzerland who does not participate, Schnitzer was forced to flee Europe or run the risk of being arrested in any E.U. country. Had Schnitzer stayed in Austria and paid for her crime, she surely would have been granted visitation privileges with her daughter. It is painfully apparent that Katharina Sophie's needs were never taken into consideration by Schnitzer.

Keep this child in your prayers. The psychological damage that Schnitzer knowingly inflicted on her own flesh and blood is unforgivable.

The U.S. Border Patrol has been placed on high alert with photos of Heidi Schnitzer at all check points. For those traveling to the Southern California/Tijuana, Mexico area please be on the look out for Schnitzer whom a court appointed psychiatrist has diagnosed with profound personality disorder.
