David Caruso - Alert for Rosarito's Mayor Torres

Meet Hugo Torres, Mayor of Rosarito Beach, Mexico. Approximately twenty minutes south of the U.S./Mexico border near San Diego, Rosarito boasts scenic views of the ocean and coastal foothills. In fact, many Americans have relocated to Rosarito making it their retirement home.

Could it be possible that one of these Americans has unwittingly brought a fugitive into their home to work? Of course we are referring to Heidemarie Schnitzer, the fugitive Austrian stalker who has stalked and threatened to murder three people including CSI Miami's David Caruso. With an international warrant on her head, it's highly probable that Schnitzer has found refuge from authorities inside the home of an unwary stranger.

With the help of Werner Druml, Austria's Consulate to Mexico we hope The Honorable Mayor Torres can aid in Schnitzer's capture and ultimate arrest. We have previously e-mailed the good Mayor with all pertinent information concerning Schnitzer's location. If anyone has information that could lead to the capture and arrest of David Caruso's fugitive Austrian stalker, please write Mayor Hugo Torres at: htorres@rosarito.gob.mx

Heidemarie Schnitzer remains a fugitive hiding out in Mexico's Baja region. Schnitzer is armed and considered to be extremely dangerous. Please do not attempt to apprehend this woman. Contact the U.S. Border Patrol at 1-800-232-5378 , the FBI at (310) 477-6565 or Austria's Bundeskriminalamt at +43-(0)1-531 26-0.

David Caruso - Donaldo Penalosa Mayor of Tecate

For those of us who track Heidemarie Schnitzer's whereabouts, we have known for quite some time that she accesses the Internet from an ISP in Mexico's Baja region. The Stalker Chronicles is hoping by showcasing the Mayors of this area, their aid can be enlisted in capturing the fugitive Schnitzer who has stalked and threatened to murder three people including CSI: Miami's David Caruso. With Austrian Judge Guenther Boehler's recent issuance of an international warrant, Heidemarie Schnitzer's arrest is all but imminent.

Today, we would like to introduce the Mayor of Tecate, Donaldo Penalosa. The city of Tecate has been referred to as one of the most inviting border towns in all of Baja. Its primary claim to fame is its cerveza, Tecate beer for our English readers. Tecate is also home to the world famous spa, Rancho La Puerta. More importantly, Tecate may unknowingly be harboring Heidemarie Schnitzer a mentally unbalanced criminal who has been diagnosed with "severe personality disorder" with the potential for turning dangerous.

The Stalker Chronicles has previously e-mailed Mayor Penalosa with all location information concerning Schnitzer's location. For those wishing to e-mail him with additional information that could lead to the capture and arrest of Austria's Heidemarie Schnitzer, please write him at: donaldo.eduardo@tecate.gob.mx

David Caruso - Newsweek Picks Up Stalker Story

When the mainstream press starts picking up the sad tale surrounding David Caruso's fugitive Austrian stalker Heidemarie Schnitzer, you can bet your bottom dollar it's by design. Last November, the only press this story got was from The National Enquirer. It's a testament to the staying power of this story when a year later, venerable publications like the Associated Press, the International Herald Tribune and now Newsweek publish it. Schnitzer's threats to murder three people combined with the fact that she has fled Austria to hide out in Mexico's Baja region are being taken seriously. It's also affirmation for the arduous behind the scenes work that has been put into an effort to bring Schnitzer to certain justice awaiting her in an Austrian court room.

The wider circulation guarantees that one, more people are aware of the situation and two, law enforcement is working to bring a resolution. Tips to The Stalker Chronicles have increased twofold since Austrian Judge Guenther Boehler issued an international warrant for Schnitzer's arrest. If interest in this site from Mexican locales is any indicator, the story now possesses an urgency not before seen. We thank our readers for their continued interest and support especially during the seemingly endless dry spells when there has not been any news to report.
