David Caruso - K.D. Griffin Exposes Stalker

The day after Judge Boehler issued the international warrant for Heidemarie Schnitzer's arrest, blogger K.D. Griffin published the story on Watching CSI. As she had done multiple times over since the news broke, Schnitzer weighed in on Griffin's post in the comments section. Using her "Anonymous" pseudonym, Schnitzer attempted to cast doubt on the story published by the venerable Associated Press. Afterwards, I posted a comment (that does not appear) to Griffin and I included traffic stats that showed the Mexican i.p. address Schnitzer was using. Griffin responded as follows:

  1. KD Griffin Says:

    Anonymous,
Interesting that your IP addy hails from Mexico and you doubt an extremely reliable AP story.

Quite the contrary Kathy, Schnitzer doesn't doubt the story at all. In fact, she knows it's true but simply wants to cast as much doubt as possible in the minds of anyone who reads it. Schnitzer believes, wrongly so, that she will get a lighter sentence when she is ultimately captured and returned to Austria if she can make this story into some kind of sick joke on the Internet. Thanks to people like you, Dojo and myself who doggedly post the truth about this woman, it's highly unlikely that will happen.

David Caruso - World News Services Report About Crazed Stalker

Following Tuesday's announcement that Judge Guenther Boehler had issued an international warrant for Heidemarie Schnitzer's arrest, news services around the world picked up on this story. This was extremely welcome news for all of us who have worked so hard behind the scenes to keep this story at the forefront. The more publicity this story gets, the increased likelihood Schnitzer will be located and captured sooner than later. Most of the sites simply posted the story verbatim as it appeared on the wires. However, there was some creativity.

Our favorite headline came from Britain's Mirror:
Police Hunt For Crazed David Caruso Fan
http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/top-stories/2008/10/30/police-hunt-for-crazed-david-caruso-fan-115875-20852617/

Our favorite Schnitzer faux paus appears in the following comment she posted as "Cole" on a Spanish blog. Schnitzer clearly has absolutely no command for the Spanish language as evidenced by this butchering;
Cole October 29th, 2008 at 23:56 pm

"¿Por quĂ© nadie quiere a un tallo feo idiota como David Caruso? Ni idea!"

Translation: " Why would anyone want an ugly cabbage stalk idiot like David Caruso? Neither idea." http://www.blogswow.com/2008/10/29/david-caruso-acosado/

We realize that we will be accused of using translation software however we do not find that necessary. Here at The Stalker Chronicles we read and speak Spanish quite well and were therefore able to recognize Schnitzer's error immediately. We are also aware that Schnitzer desperately wants to see all of this go away. Towards that effort, she has been attempting to dilute and manipulate the search results for this story on Google. Thus far, she hasn't been successful. If we missed any zingers in terms of headlines, please let us know.

David Caruso - Judge Boehler Issues New Arrest Warrant

We would like to applaud Austria's Judge Guenther Boehler for acting swiftly today issuing another warrant for Heidemarie Schnitzer's arrest in connection with charges she stalked and threatened to murder CSI Miami's David Caruso and two other U.S. citizens. The warrant Judge Boehler issued earlier this year when Schnitzer fled to avoid prosecution was valid only among members of the EU. Today's newly issued warrant is international in scope and can be executed by any nation's law enforcement. With Schnitzer hiding out in Mexico, it is now up to that government's law enforcement authorities to follow up on the many leads pointing to their country as Schnitzer's hiding place.

A heartfelt thanks also goes to Dojo and Rachel without whom this blog would never have been possible. Rachel was the trail blazer when it came to exposing Heidemarie Schnitzer as an obsessed celebrity stalker. After Rachel graduated and moved on to pursue a career, Dojo came on board and quickly stepped up to the plate continuing where Rachel had left off. Dojo was welcomed with open arms by Caruso fans worldwide. Her dogged pursuit of justice is equal to none and she has done so with great aplomb in the face of staunch denials and name calling by the fugitive stalker.

Dojo has always supported this blog's efforts to expose Schnitzer's criminal stalking and I thank her immensely. Isn't it simply amazing what an alleged "nitwit" and a "wild-eyed blogger" can accomplish in the name of justice.

David Caruso - Austrian Press Report Confirms Stalker In Mexico

The Associated Press is reporting today that Austrian Judge Guenther Boehler has issued an international warrant for Heidemarie Schnitzer's arrest. In addition, the following
article from an on-line Austrian news service confirms what most have known for months: Heidemarie Schnitzer has fled to Mexico where she remains in hiding avoiding execution of a European arrest warrant issued when she failed to appear in court to answer to charges of stalking and mailing death threats. In recent weeks, concerns have been raised that Schnitzer may be employed as a caregiver in a private home in Mexico which would account for her 24/7 Internet access. Schnitzer's employer and/or employers may not realize that they have a fugitive under their roof. More frightening is the fact that Schnitzer may be responsible for the care of either young children or an elderly person.

Schnitzer is thought to be in hiding in the Baja, California area possibly in and around Rosarito. If anyone sees a woman matching this description, please contact authorities immediately. As the article states, Schnitzer has been diagnosed with a "serious personality disorder" with the potential for becoming dangerous.

David Caruso - Mexico Alert: Is This Woman Working In Your Home?

Two days ago we reported that Heidemarie Schnitzer, David Caruso's fugitive Austrian stalker, may be hiding out closer to Rosarito, Mexico than previously thought. Tips from locals are theorizing that Schnitzer may have become employed as a domestic in the area and conceivably could be entrusted with the care of children or senior adults. Schnitzer herself has bragged on the now defunct French website Vipix that she was residing at the home of a doctor. At the time, we took this with a grain of salt knowing truth not to be one of Schnitzer's virtues.

For those of us who have followed the developments of this bizarre story, the thought of Schnitzer, who reportedly has abandoned two children of her own, having responsibility for the well-being of others particularly children or incapacitated senior citizens is beyond comprehension. Sadly, the evidence bears this out.

Schnitzer's unlimited Internet access at all hours of the day and night is not typical of someone with conventional nine to five employment. Much like the schedule she kept prior to her flight to avoid prosecution, Schnitzer is on the Internet most of her waking hours. In fact, at 12:45 a.m. today, Schnitzer was actively promoting her hate Caruso propaganda on one well-known website.

Realizing she had an April 2008 court date with Judge Guenther Boehler in Innsbruck, Schnitzer had ample time and motive to plan for life on the lam. She knew she would need a job once she got to Mexico preferably one that would provide a roof over her head with unlimited Internet access and three square meals a day. To have any chance at this type of work, Schnitzer would have to pass a background check. If Schnitzer had waited to flee Austria following the court hearing, she ran the risk of not passing a background investigation as one would have revealed a warrant for her arrest. Without any formal charges pending though, Schnitzer could and probably did sail through any required background check.

When Schnitzer first arrived in Mexico and prior to settling into her current employment, it appears she worked in the Zona Norte area to make ends meet. Now with a job working as a nanny, elder-care giver or domestic, Schnitzer has found the perfect cover for herself and her crimes. Working safely ensconced in someone's home provides all of Schnitzer's creature comforts while limiting her exposure to the outside world thereby preventing her capture.

The Stalker Chronicles remains dedicated to its mission to see that this woman is brought to justice. We continue to work very hard behind the scenes to get this story out. If anyone knows of a family in Mexico with a caregiver matching the description of Heidemarie Schnitzer, please report your suspicions to authorities immediately.
