David Caruso - Mutiny on the Stalker Bounty-Lisa Defects

Must admit, we never saw this one coming in a million years. Gabriele Huber, David Caruso's fugitive Austrian stalker, has lost another supporter. Over on VipixSquarespace, one of Gabriele's biggest defenders, "Lisa" finally defected admitting that she has become convinced Vixen is Huber after all. Note that "Lisa" is also the same person who posts on IMDb as "Sargent465" and as "Jen" on Topix.

All we can say is, what took you so long "Lisa?" Did you have to reach that conclusion on your own in spite of the overwhelming evidence and outcry? Although "Lisa" may have come around where Gabriele is concerned, this does not diminish the fact that "Lisa" remains on the record for having posted some very mean-spirited comments about David Caruso and his hit television show, CSI Miami both on Vipix and on IMDb. "Lisa" is certainly entitled to her own opinion about Caruso and his show, but her now "former" defense of an indicted celebrity remains an entirely different matter. Here's what appears to be "Lisa's" epiphany:

I am pretty sure now, after reading Vixen's nasty, spiteful, hateful and vicious comments that she is most definitely that Huber woman, as others have already mentioned. What a nasty spiteful bitch she is

David Caruso - TV Guide Sinks to an All-Time Low

No surprise here. When I read the Fox News article about TV Guide snubbing Tim Russert in the wake of his untimely death, I wasn't shocked. Although TV Guide had ample time to make the Tim Russert tragedy their cover story, they instead went with a story showcasing Denise Richards, a reality TV star of questionable talent.

Keep in mind that this is the exact same publication that provides David Caruso's fugitive Austrian stalker, Gabriele Huber**, with a safe haven on their website where she is given virtually free reign to wage her hate campaign against the actor. Not only does Gabriele Huber (who posts as "Horatiolover") maintain a blog on TV Guide's website, she uses TV Guide's community forums to publish derogatory and disparaging comments to promote her obsessive dislike of both the actor and his hit television show, CSI Miami.

Roger Friedman of Fox News summed up TV Guide's decision to run with the Denise Richards' story as follows:
"If you’re under a certain age you might not believe this, but the pocket sized journal was once a powerhouse in publishing. But with many different owners, and the stupid idea to make it as big as every other magazine, the poor Guide has suffered. It may have a circulation of 3 million, but no one cares about it anymore.
The Russert incident cements this. The new editor, Debra Birnbaum, 37, came to TV Guide from Life & Style, one of the cheaper and more sensational of the celebrity supermarket tabloids. It was her decision, I’m told by sources, to put Richards on the cover, fluffed up in big
hair and a miniskirt. The headline reads: "Reality TV Attacks!"
In reality, however, the Richards story is not about TV at all, but an opportunity to put a tabloid celebrity on the cover. Birnbaum has evidently been handed a mandate by new parent company owner Macrovision Solutions Corporation to goose up what they think is a staid operation so they can sell the print part of the magazine business. I’m told — and it’s been reported in the New York Times — that Macrovision thinks it can somehow do that and hold on to the TV Guide Web site. Good luck."

I haven't bought this publication in years and in light of this recent debacle, I doubt that I ever will. In spite of scores of complaints about Gabriele's TVGuide.com pseudonym "Horatiolover", the website has turned a blind eye to the entire situation advising people who post there to simply use an "ignore" feature. Perhaps, if TV Guide would do the prudent thing and ban a woman who has not only stalked and threatened to murder an American actor but fled her homeland to avoid prosecution, then TV Guide could regain some credibility. Add the Tim Russert snub to the mix and it's highly unlikely.

David Caruso - Gabriele MIA

Is Gabriele Huber** running out of pesos? Apparently so or she forgot to pay the Mexican Internet bill for service to her spider hole. Maybe she's waiting on Larry The Cable Guy to show up or perhaps she's perfecting her telecommunications thievery. Who knows? But after lambasting sites all weekend with her latest fabrication about David Caruso, Gabriele has been all but silenced today. The following is a list of some of Gabriele's favorite haunts where she regularly libels and slanders Caruso multiple times a day. The second column indicates the number of comments she posted today:

  • VipixSquarespace -2 comments
  • CBS CSI Miami Forum - 0 comments
  • IMDb - 3 comments
  • Topix - 0 comments
  • Zimbio - 2 comments
  • Digg - 2 comments
  • Manpaper - 0 comments for nearly a week
This list is not all inclusive and does not reflect updates, if any, to the multiple blogs Gabriele maintains or any comments posted on TVGuide.com, a site that knowingly harbors a celebrity stalker. The Stalker Chronicles avoids Gabriele's blogs preferring not to read pornography or risk contracting a computer virus.

David Caruso - Gabriele Negotiates a Book Deal

Update: We ran the following article last week. We are running it again after receiving several emails suggesting that Gabriele Huber, David Caruso's fugitive Austrian stalker, may be trying to seek asylum in another country if she is unable to negotiate a plea bargain with the Austrian prosecutor. No one knows the exact date that she fled; her flight was merely reported on the date of her trial April 16. Knowing that her trial was scheduled to take place, Huber may have left days or even weeks earlier.

One thing is known for sure: As a member of the European Union, Austrian citizens can enter most countries as a tourist for a minimum of ninety days. All that is required is a valid passport. At the expiration of this 90-day period, Gabriele will either have to depart or she will have to supply appropriate documentation necessary to apply for an extended stay. With Gabriele's return to Austria hinging on a number of different scenarios, the least of which are the terms of her surrender, this entire ordeal could conceivably go on for many more months. David, you're not out of the woods yet. Please do not let your guard down.

First, let me credit "Jester" with the idea for this blog entry. On an earlier article, "Jester" commented that while Gabriele Huber** (David Caruso's fugitive stalker) was on the lam in the summer of 2007, her travel expenses were likely funded in part by Christian May, a writer for the Austrian news magazine The Chronik, in exchange for an exclusive on her story. May later sold his story to The National Enquirer. Click this link for the article.

As we have stated previously, it's highly likely that Gabriele's attorney, Dr. Gunther Gast is court appointed and is not being compensated at the rate he would normally command from a paying client. In all probability, Dr. Gast is hoping to supplement the meager hourly wage funded by the Austrian tax payers with ancillary revenues from any book deals, television appearances and/or future film offers he is able to negotiate on Gabriele's behalf for her stalker memoirs.

Prior to her flight from justice, Gabriele had unfettered Internet access. Thankfully, that is no longer the case. On some days, her Internet time is so limited she doesn't even have the opportunity to read a complete blog entry relying rather on summaries from RSS Feeds and Technorati. Or she is trying desperately to keep her location disguised by not hitting this blog and in doing so having her location appear in the traffic stats. Oftentimes however, the fact that she is not reading the entire article is readily apparent in her responses. She alludes to this blog on Vipix and IMDb, posting comments to it on those sites where she can do so without being moderated. Gabriele's affliction with verbal diarrhea always gets her in the end though, pardon the pun.

Those comments afford many opportunities for reading between the lines. Gabriele and her attorney appear to be closely watching the outcome of the Josef Fritzl matter hoping if he receives a lighter sentence somehow it will set a precedent the Judge who ultimately sentences Gabriele will be bound to consider. Stalking and threatening to murder people remains a serious crime even in Austria. And fleeing to avoid prosecution will also carry additional time.

Gabriele has also stated on other forums that comments she has inundated the Internet for two years with are not likely to be considered when she is tried for stalking David Caruso. Oh but those lovely death threat letters Huber sent to David Caruso, hard copies of which both the FBI and the Bundeskriminalamt possess, are evidence that will be difficult to suppress. Those alone will probably convict her.

Gabriele is holding out for the best of both worlds. A light sentence along with guaranteed financial security is a deal Gabriele's not likely to pass up. Gabriele not only wants the perp walk, she's looking for the talk-show circuit following her release from the Big House.
