David Caruso - CSI Tijuana: Adelita Bar Issues Pink Slip to Schnitzer

Early last week, Heidi Schnitzer's Internet hours increased dramatically. Informed sources now tell us that Tijuana's Adelita Bar issued Heidi her walking papers after receiving numerous complaints. Loyal patrons reportedly required several visits to local area clinics for penicillin treatments after availing themselves of Schnitzer's "services." Narrowly averting an epidemic of STDs, the Adelita Bar acted swiftly relieving Schnitzer of all duties.

Schnitzer's loss of employment couldn't have happened at a worst possible time. With her plans to illegally enter the U.S. hanging in the balance, Schnitzer may be forced to postpone her attempt. Complicating matters is the sizable deposit Schnitzer paid a human trafficker as down payment for aid in crossing into the U.S. Final payment for border crossing services would have been due prior to the actual attempt. Schnitzer now finds herself penniless faced with the prospect of postponing the crossing and losing her non-refundable deposit.

Schnitzer's entrepreneurial skills will be sorely tested in the upcoming days. Without the front provided by the Adelita Bar and adjacent Coahuila Hotel, Schnitzer has literally been forced to walk the streets to secure the necessary cash. Schnitzer had planned to enter the U.S. prior to the season premiere of CSI Miami in late September.

David Caruso - Border Patrol Has Photos of Heidi at All Check Points

The photo on the right shows the actual letter authored by Heidi Schnitzer which she mailed to David Caruso. In it, Schnitzer threatens to murder Caruso and Liza Marquez, but states that she will start by killing his daughter Greta Caruso first. This letter spurred the FBI into action in 2007 following Schnitzer's first flee from Austria.

With Schnitzer having fled Austria again in April 2008 and now hiding out in Tijuana, Mexico, the U.S. Border Patrol has been placed on high alert. Each checkpoint has been furnished with photos of Schnitzer. When Schnitzer attempts to enter the U.S. her travel documents will be run through NCIC which will automatically show Schnitzer's outstanding arrest warrant. At that point, Schnitzer will be detained and denied entry into the U.S. with immediate deportation to follow. Authorities fear that Schnitzer will attempt to illegally enter the U.S. to carry out her threats against David Caruso and his family.

David Caruso - Heidi's Daughter Cries, "Where's My Mommy?"

This is a photo of Katharina Sophie, the daughter of Heidi Schnitzer. Initially, I had decided not to publish it. Upon further reflection, I think it's critically important for the public and law enforcement authorities in Mexico, the U.S. and the E.U. to know the lengths Schnitzer will go to carry out her death threats against CSI Miami's David Caruso, his daughter Greta Caruso and Liza Marquez.

Katharina is motherless having been abandoned by Schnitzer in pursuit of a life of crime while working the streets of Tijuana, Mexico. For Heidi, who has been diagnosed with "profound personality disorder" it is much more important to focus her life on stalking and threatening to murder three innocent human beings than it is to stay in Austria and be a mother to your child.

All too frequently, Katharina's mother attacks David Caruso's parenting skills subjecting them to scrutiny she has never applied to herself. We read about Caruso using his kids for "photo-ops" and taking vacations without them; all slanderous statements contrived to destroy the actor's reputation. We have to wonder though when was the last time Heidi spent any time with Katharina Sophie, when did she hold the child, kiss her, tuck her into bed or take her out for ice cream.

With a warrant on her head that can be enforced in any member country of the E.U., Schnitzer had to make a tough choice. Stay in Austria and face the music for sending a death threat letter or flee to a non-member country and hide out until the statute of limitations runs for her crime. In the past, extradition was a political means used to return an offending party from one country to another.

In January 2004, a European Arrest Warrant replaced extradition. This new procedure, based on the principle of mutual recognition of judicial decisions, makes the return of an offending party to a member state a simple legal procedure as opposed to a political one. With the exception of Switzerland who does not participate, Schnitzer was forced to flee Europe or run the risk of being arrested in any E.U. country. Had Schnitzer stayed in Austria and paid for her crime, she surely would have been granted visitation privileges with her daughter. It is painfully apparent that Katharina Sophie's needs were never taken into consideration by Schnitzer.

Keep this child in your prayers. The psychological damage that Schnitzer knowingly inflicted on her own flesh and blood is unforgivable.

David Caruso - Tijuana Police Raid Adelita Bar Looking for Heidi Schnitzer

Several arrests were made after Tijuana police raided the Adelita Bar responding to tips that the establishment was harboring David Caruso's fugitive Austrian stalker, Heidi Schnitzer. According to locals, Caruso's stalker was involved in a dispute over money when a fight ensued. Reports are sketchy but it appears that Schnitzer may have escaped arrest after exiting through a bathroom window in the nearby Coahuila Hotel. Link follows for video showing the police raid.

David Caruso - Tijuana, Mexico Se Busca Esta Mujer

Se busca esta mujer. Buenas Dias to all of our neighbors south of the U.S. border particularly in the Tijuana area. The woman in the above photos is wanted by the U.S. and Austrian authorities for criminally stalking David Caruso, star of CSI Miami. Her name is thought to be "Heidi." Several months ago, she fled her native Austria to avoid prosecution on charges of stalking and threatening to murder David Caruso, Greta Caruso and Liza Marquez.

She has in all likelihood changed her appearance to avoid capture. Her hair may be a different length and a different color. "Heidi" is multi-lingual and her native language is German. Due to privacy laws, Austrian news sources will not positively identify the woman referring to her only as "Gabriele Huber."

David Caruso - Stalker Abandons Daughter for Life of Crime

Note: On Feb. 19, 2009 Heidemarie Schnitzer was captured and arrested by Tijuana police. Within weeks she was deported to Austria where she stood trial on April 14, 2009. After being found guilty of stalking and sending death threats to David Caruso, Judge Guenther Boehler sentenced her to prison for 7 months. Following her incarceration, she was transferred to a mental facility for an undisclosed period of time.

How many times have we seen posts by Heidemarie Schnitzer criticizing David Caruso's parenting skills? Too often to mention. And we're not sure on what the psycho Austrian bases her claims. Over the last several years, many photos of Caruso with his children have been published by media outlets worldwide. There have NEVER been any reports of neglect or abandonment on the part of David Caruso. Quite the contrary, snapshots of David with Greta and Marquez show a loving father spending time with his children. Yet his stalker never misses an opportunity to slander and libel Caruso's parenting. Here's one of Schnitzer's slanderous articles from Zimbio titled:

Maybe.We are more comfortable with the term "show-off" Dad. Besides, we only see "Doting Dad" David Caruso out on playdates with ONE toddler.Daugther Paloma is regularily MIA. Already 8-month-old the kid would enjoy a few hours out to the park too. Other celeb fathers do it regularily. But not doting Dad David Caruso.People start wondering why pictures of David Caruso and his youngest child are non-existent.Last but not least, rumors won't die down that the Exes /parents are having issues re: the tart. Understandable. No mother would want her children around her ex-partners new bed bunny...Doting Dad....

It's high time we examine the stalker's track record where her own daughter is concerned and see the many times she's put her daughter first. Schnitzer has a daughter whose age we would estimate being around 8 or 9 years old. For the last three years of this child's life probably more, her Mother has been obsessed with stalking David Caruso. This 24/7 all consuming behavior has taken a sad toll on this young child. No fun in the sun or a day at the beach with Mom for this little girl.

How often has this sweet little girl asked, "where's mommy?" when she wanted to be tucked in at bedtime? How often did Schnitzer's daughter asked to be fed only to be shooed away so Mom could surf the Internet for sites to post disparaging remarks and lies about David Caruso? How often did this beautiful little girl ask, "Mommy, can we go to the park?" No playdates, birthday parties or holidays with Mom for this child. Instead, Heidemarie Schnitzer has abandoned and neglected her own daughter in pursuit of a life of crime.

One can only imagine the psychological damage this child has suffered at the hands of a mother who chose celebrity stalking over being a responsible parent. Thankfully for this child's sake, Austrian child protective services probably intervened forcing Schnitzer to relinquish her parental rights. Heidemarie Schnitzer, the doting Mom, might want to check her own backyard before she accuses David Caruso of not being a good parent. Finally, we must ask, was it worth it?
