Ever since last Spring's story broke about Josef Fritzl , Austria's cellar monster who imprisoned and raped his own daughter for 24 years, David Caruso's fugitive Austrian stalker Heidemarie Schnitzer has defended her fellow country man every opportunity she could. Last August, The Stalker Chronicles ran across an on-line Spanish paper containing a pro-Fritzl comment by Gabriele H [pseudonym for Heidemarie Schnitzer]. Schnitzer defended Fritzl's actions claiming his daughter had abandoned her children. Keep in mind that Schnitzer is intimately familiar with child abandonment; she abandoned two of her own to stalk and attempt to murder David Caruso. A translation of Schnitzer's comment can be found here.
On Monday the Österreichische Verband Creditreform, Austria's equivalent to the U.S. Federal Bankruptcy Courts, officially declared Josef Fritzl bankrupt. Although the entire world already knew he was morally bankrupt, now Fritzl's creditors will have an opportunity to file a claim against his estate. It's highly unlikely though any unsecured creditors will receive payment on their claims. Fritzl is in debt to the tune of three million pounds.
On March 16, 2009 Josef Fritzl will stand trial for the crimes of murder, rape, incest and slavery. Authorities need to keep a watchful eye on this inmate aberration; inside sources suggest Fritzl has joined forces with Heidemarie Schnitzer and they may be planning his jail break. Once on the outside, Fritzl will flee Austria to join up with Schnitzer in Mexico.
Heidemarie Schnitzer remains at large on Mexico's Baja peninsula wanted on an International Warrant for threatening to murder CSI Miami's David Caruso and for fleeing Austria to avoid prosecution thereof. Schnitzer is armed and considered to be extremely dangerous. Please do not attempt to apprehend this woman. Contact the U.S. Border Patrol at 1-800-232-5378 , the FBI at (310) 477-6565 or Austria's Bundeskriminalamt at +43-(0)1-531 26-0.
