David Caruso - Gabriele Argues Fritzl Does NOT Deserve Maximum Penalty

Guess where we found Gabriele posting? Over on the Vienna, Austria forum on Topix. Using her latest pseudonym "GHZ,"(we already know what the 'G' and the 'H' stand for) Gabriele has taken the unpopular position that Josef Fritzl should not receive the maximum penalty for his atrocities arguing that he didn't kill anyone. Excuse me? Of course, everyone else weighing in on this topic feels otherwise. Gabriele appears to be obsessed with splitting hairs when it comes to Austrian law. I can't imagine why! From Topix, some extremely revealing posts by one very deranged Gabriele Huber. As always the misspellings are hers:

" 'Jim wrote:
I am European (not Austrian thank god) and I have been raised hearing critical comments about the death penalty in the US. Now I feel ashamed and I think that the death penalty is too little. The only solution for this case is daily torture for the rest of his life, and they have to start soon. But can you believe that: their justice minister says that 15 years is OK and 20 is too much.' "

" ' GHZ [pseudonym for Gabriele Huber] wrote:
Well, 20 years are reserved for those WHO KILLED SOMEONE. As heineous as Fritzl crome my be - he DIDN'T kill someone. The justice system has to make differences...in 3-4 years Fritzl most likely will give interviews how he "adjusted" to life behind bars. He will be an infamous "celeb" with a lot of privileges.' "

Thinking out loud Gabriele?

** Gabriele Huber remains at large wanted for threatening to murder David Caruso. She is armed and considered to be extremely dangerous. Do not attempt to apprehend this woman. Contact your local FBI or Austria's Bundeskriminalamt at +43-(0)1-531 26-0.

Nice catch SaraKanne! I wonder if Vixen has hopes of selling her story from behind bars. She did it before did she not, after being stranded in Mexico.

I believe you are correct Jester. If you recall, the story included photos of her attorney, Dr. Gast, as well. It makes sense that Huber and her attorney are going to milk this for all its worth. If he is a court-appointed lawyer, naturally he's going to try to recoup any fees through ancillary revenues including book and film deals. Film, LOL, Gabriele hopes! That's why they're watching the Fritzl case so closely to measure its celebrity value.
