David Caruso - Update: Baja's Governor Jose Guadalupe Osuna Millan

Several weeks ago The Stalker Chronicles introduced Jose Guadalupe Osuna Millan, Governor of Baja, California. Heidemarie Schnitzer fled to Governor Millan's jurisdiction last spring after failing to appear in court to answer charges she stalked and threatened to murder three people, including CSI Miami's David Caruso. The e-mail address that we posted at that time for The Honorable Gobernador was incorrect.

We would like to thank the wonderful individual within the ranks of the Mexican government who kindly forwarded us Governor Millan's correct e-mail. For those with information that could lead to Heidemarie Schnitzer's capture and arrest, please e-mail it to Governor Osuna Millan at: gobernador@baja.gob.mx

There are growing concerns that Schnitzer may be employed as a live-in domestic and/or caregiver. She has a job that allows her access to the Internet 24/7 and is more than likely using her employer's ISP. Fears are mounting that Schnitzer's employer probably does not realize they hired a fugitive diagnosed with "severe personality disorder" capable of becoming dangerous at a moment's notice. Lives could be in danger if Schnitzer is not captured soon.

Heidemarie Schnitzer remains a fugitive hiding out in Mexico's Baja region. Schnitzer is armed and considered to be extremely dangerous. Please do not attempt to apprehend this woman.
