David Caruso Stalker Heads To Austria For June Trial

Thomas Lechner, spokesman for Austria's national court, has confirmed that David Caruso's stalker will be extradited from Germany on Thursday, March 26, 2009. Custody of Heidemarie Schnitzer will officially be transferred at Kiefersfelden on the German/Austrian border. Schnitzer will be escorted from a German police car into an Austrian police car. Hope the door and window locks are in good working order on both vehicles. A deep debt of gratitude to our dear friend Lindy from down under who furnished us with the above photo of Schnitzer's transfer at the border.

Austria's Tiroler Tageszeitung newspaper is reporting that Heidemarie Schnitzer will remain incarcerated until time of trial which is not expected to take place until June. Innsbruck Judge Guenther Boehler's trial docket apparently is completely booked until early summer.

Prior to trial, Schnitzer will undergo another extensive psychiatric evaluation the results of which will be reported to the Court.

Another step towards her fate, whatever that may be! I hear she is not keen and that they are using various "carrots" to entice her co-operation!
