The ball is now firmly planted in Mexico's court. With yesterday's issuance of an international arrest warrant for David Caruso's fugitive stalker Heidemarie Schnitzer, the Mexican government is now armed with the necessary tools to take swift and decisive action. Schnitzer remains in hiding in Mexico's Baja region where it is believed she is employed as a live-in domestic in a private residence. Her employer probably is unaware that a criminal stalker is living under their roof. To further aid Mexican authorities, we are publishing the ISP and I.P. Address that Schnitzer uses on a daily basis to access the Internet:

If anyone has seen this woman or knows her whereabouts, please contact local authorities immediately. Schnitzer may be employed as a caregiver responsible for the well-being of small children and/or elderly persons. She suffers from a "profound personality disorder" with the potential to become dangerous. A tragedy could occur if this woman is allowed to remain at large.
Heidemarie Schnitzer remains a fugitive hiding out in Mexico near Tijuana, Ensenada and Rosarito. Schnitzer is armed and considered to be extremely dangerous. Well you have given them everything they need. Expect a call from the Mexican authorities asking if you wouldn't mind just going and arresting her for them. Don't forget to wear your cape!
Knowing Schnitzer, she has probably locked herself in a house. The Mexican SWAT Team will have to be called on to get her out. Or better yet she'll find herself a white bronco and lead the Mexican police on a wild freeway ride as she heads to the border still hoping to get into the US and meet up with David Caruso. Put the champagne on ice. Hopefully this will be over soon.
