With Schnitzer In Prison, Our Mission Is Accomplished

With last Tuesday's [April 14, 2009] conviction and sentencing of David Caruso's stalker, it's high time for
The Stalker Chronicles to announce "mission accomplished." With that, this blog will no longer provide updates on this story. At the time of this writing, we understand Heidemarie Schnitzer's attorney is considering filing an appeal. We anticipate Andreas Grabenweger and his client will not in all likelihood prevail at the appellate level. Unless it can be shown there was some egregious error on the part of Innsbruck's trial court, Schnitzer will go to prison for seven months followed by incarceration in a psychiatric facility for an undisclosed period of time. Our Austrian sources have indicated it's conceivable Schnitzer might not be released until 2011. See related story.

The catalyst for The Stalker Chronicles was the January/February 2007 issue of Cigar Aficionado featuring David Caruso. After reading the cover story, we decided to do some Internet research on the actor. What we found shocked us to say the least. After mistakenly landing on one of Schnitzer's four hate-David Caruso blogs, we discovered that Schnitzer had plagiarized the Cigar Aficionado article adding her own slanderous spins and fabrications. When she posted her version, she committed textbook libel. We immediately notified the editors of Cigar Aficionado who in turn informed Schnitzer of their intent to take legal action if she did not remove her rendition of their copyrighted story. Shortly thereafter, Schnitzer was forced to delete it from the offending site only later to re-post it on another one of her blogs.

For the next year, we followed Schnitzer's on-line tirades against Caruso.
When The Stalker Chronicles first went on-line early 2008, we never imagined how difficult the road to last Tuesday's guilty verdict would be. The highs were few and far between with the lows dominating as the wheels of foreign judicial systems wound very slowly.

After learning in April 2008 Schnitzer had fled Austria for a second time, nearly six months went by before there were any news updates from Austria. After witnessing Schnitzer's Internet stalking rampage of David Caruso day in and day out, we were determined to see this mentally unbalanced woman brought to justice. At one point, the Kansas City Star's Aaron Barnhart coined us "the stalker's stalker," a badge of honor we proudly wore.

Our first major success came in July 2008 when we became the first blog to publish photos of Heidemarie Schnitzer and the children she had abandoned to stalk David Caruso. Once we published her photo, Schnitzer vehemently denied the photo was her for weeks on end. A month later, we began an e-mail campaign to Austrian law enforcement officials alerting them Schnitzer had fled to Mexico to avoid prosecution on stalking charges. We had evidence of her location and we provided the proof.

We expanded our efforts to Mexico's attache to Austria, Alejandro Diaz Perez Duarte and Austria's attache to Mexico, Werner Druml. We also contacted Austrian Court officials along with Austria's Minister of Justice, Dr. Maria Berger. We cannot thank these individuals enough for their help which ultimately resulted in February's arrest of Schnitzer.

After making numerous phone calls to the Tijuana and Rosarito police, we began an e-mail blitz to Mexican officials including the Governor of Baja California, Jose Guadalupe Osuna Millan and Mexico's top cop, Genaro Garcia Luna. Time and again, we e-mailed Mexican Immigration officials including their administrative assistants and low-level bureaucrats. We banked on someone getting this story to the proper officials and it worked.

We posted biographical pieces about each Baja mayor publishing their photos and e-mail addresses. When time went by without any results, we e-mailed them again and again and yet again. Along the way, we made many friends both in Mexico and Austria who provided us with invaluable information and tips.

In October 2008 our long and at times exhaustive attempts to bring Schnitzer to justice, saw a small victory when Austrian Judge Guenther Boehler modified his original warrant for the stalker's arrest and issued an International warrant. The new warrant which was valid outside the E.U. made headlines around the world and a global manhunt ensued. Officials close to the story however knew for a fact that Schnitzer was hiding out on Mexico's Baja peninsula.

Clearly in denial that law enforcement was closing in, Schnitzer stepped up her Internet hate campaign against David Caruso. She repeatedly updated her four anti-Caruso blogs in her ongoing efforts to disparage the actor, his family and associates. From her Mexican spider hole, Schnitzer trolled and spammed forums, boards and fan sites reportedly for 16 to 20 hours a day to foment comment wars and attack Caruso at every opportunity. She used hundreds of pseudonyms to slander David Caruso attempting to give the illusion of support when there wasn't any. After receiving a tip of her activity, Digg banned her from their site. At one point, Schnitzer posted pornographic comments about Caruso's toddler son on the Who's Dated Who forum. Said comment has since been deleted by the site.

Finally Friday, February 20, 2009, on what had been an otherwise uneventful day, turned out to be the moment The Stalker Chronicles and so many others had worked for many long and hard hours. The Stalker Chronicles decided to check Mexico's on-line papers for possible updates never expecting to find anything substantive. We were stunned to say the least when we read the RSS Feeds for OEM En Linea and learned, thanks in part to our many hours of college level Spanish, that Schnitzer had been arrested the night before by the Tijuana police. We were humbled when we read that Tijuana law enforcement had credited The Stalker Chronicles for aiding them in the capture of Heidemarie Schnitzer.

Within moments, we contacted our source at Mexico City's Associated Press bureau and learned they too were planning to run with the story. And when the wires updated, The Stalker Chronicles again was recognized by the venerable Associated Press. Our long and oftentimes arduous trek as an Internet detective was seeing recognition we never in our wildest dreams imagined could be possible.

A month after Schnitzer was captured by the Tijuana police, she was extradited to Austria by Interpol. And finally on April 14, 2009, Schnitzer was tried and convicted for sending death threats to David Caruso in part when the prosecutor introduced evidence of a prior conviction. In 1994, Schnitzer was found guilty of making threats to an ex-boyfriend and at one point told her lawyer she was capable of going on a "killing spree." We now understand why Schnitzer fled not once, but twice after being indicted for stalking David Caruso. Schnitzer's prior conviction weighed heavily in Judge Guenther Boehler's decision to sentence her to seven months in prison followed by an extended confinement in a psychiatric facility.
We applaud Judge Boehler for taking a tough stance and condemning stalking.

And now it's time dear readers for The Stalker Chronicles to sign off. But before we do, we would like to thank some very special people we met along the way who helped and supported our investigative endeavors: Ace of SpadesHQ, Aaron Barnhart, The Associated Press, The Austrian Times, Lindy, CorupusChriste, Tanyadell, Krystal, George C., I Like To Watch TV, Across The Border, Thomas Hochwarter, Marcus J. Oswald, Thomas Lechner, William Kole, Niko Price, Mike G and our many friends in Tijuana and Rosarito including Nancy. A heartfelt thanks goes to Lacyleanne who first published the stalker's given name. And many thanks to Rachel who paved the way with her in-depth research.

To borrow from Dylan Thomas, we will "not go gentle into that good night." In fact, we plan to continue in the blogosphere blogging about a life-long hobby. So long dear friends. It was a wild ride indeed.

David Caruso Stalker Threatened Killing Spree 15 Years Ago

David Caruso is probably breathing a heavy sigh of relief following Tuesday's guilty verdict and sentencing of Heidemarie Schnitzer, the mentally unbalanced Austrian woman who threatened to murder him, his daughter and Liza Marquez. Details from the trial transcript have been emerging ever since with the most shocking being Schnitzer's a repeat offender. In the 1990s, Caruso's intrepid stalker threatened an ex-boyfriend following the break-up of their relationship. Charges were filed and Schnitzer was tried and convicted. We do not know the disposition of that case but it seems certain whatever punishment was handed down failed to rehabilitate the recalcitrant Schnitzer.

Today, The Austrian Times is confirming these reports adding chilling details after speaking with prosecutors involved with Tuesday's trial. Not only does Schnitzer sport a record with a prior conviction for making threats, she told her attorney at the time that she was capable of a "killing spree". During Schnitzer's prior legal entanglements she underwent a psychiatric evaluation and was diagnosed with "multiple personality disorder", the same conclusion Dr. Karin Treichl reached after evaluating Schnitzer in 2007. Dr. Treichl's assessment further stated that Schnitzer had the potential for turning deadly at a moment's notice.

This recent news is quite unsettling in many respects. Schnitzer obviously didn't respond to any psychiatric care in the past if there was any and if she had, perhaps the David Caruso stalking debacle might have been averted altogether. As The Stalker Chronicles has stated before, Schnitzer does not appear to be an individual who will respond to rehabilitation efforts. Whether she's released in a year or three years, we fear she will resume where she left off. Sadly, Schnitzer is looking more and more like a copy-cat Margaret Mary Ray, the woman who stalked CBS' David Letterman for ten years and ultimately committed suicide.

Stalker's 1994 Conviction For Threatening Ex-Boyfriend

The Stalker Chronicles regrets that we erroneously reported that David Caruso's stalker was a first-time offender. We have now received credible information confirming that Heidemarie Schnitzer was convicted in 1994 for threatening an ex-boyfriend. Not only has Schnitzer had a previous conviction, she told her attorney she was capable of a "killing spree". In fact, Judge Guenther Boehler took her prior conviction into consideration when he pronounced sentencing following Tuesday's trial. Schnitzer's attorney objected citing evidence the fifteen year-old conviction was time barred.

Most media outlets are only reporting that Schnitzer will serve a seven month sentence in prison. This is highly inaccurate. What news services have failed to report is the fact that once Schnitzer completes that portion of her sentence, she will be incarcerated in a mental institution where she will undergo psychiatric observation for an undisclosed period of time. Schnitzer may not be released until as early as January 2011.

We applaud Judge Boehler for taking a tough stance with Heidemarie Schnitzer. This recent disclosure suggests an established pattern for making threats whenever Schnitzer suffers rejection. Psychiatric care is desperately needed for Caruso's stalker and the longer she remains under the care of a medical professional, the safer society will be.

Caruso Stalker Threatened Attorney And An Ex-Boyfriend

During Tuesday's David Caruso stalker trial, startling testimony revealed that Heidemarie Schnitzer has a past history of making threats. Before she set her sights on David Caruso, Schnitzer threatened two other individuals.

Several Austrian news services are reporting that Schnitzer threatened not only an ex-boyfriend back in the 1990's but also made threats to an attorney. The details surrounding these revelations are sketchy at best and The Stalker Chronicles is attempting to get more information from our Austrian sources.

If these recent disclosures are true, Schnitzer's hopes for prevailing on appeal are in all likelihood unrealistic. On Tuesday, Judge Guenther Boehler sentenced Schnitzer to seven months in prison followed by commitment in a mental institution. Schnitzer will be closely observed by psychiatrists who will report her progess or lack thereof to the Court. If she responds positively to treatment, she could be released by January 2011.

David Caruso Stalker Won't Be Released Until January 2011

Yesterday David Caruso's stalker Heidemarie Schnitzer appeared in court and was convicted of threatening to murder David Caruso, Greta Caruso and Liza Marquez. Preliminary accounts reported Schnitzer would go to prison for seven months followed by another incarceration in a mental institution. There were also reports Schnitzer would appeal the verdict but The Stalker Chronicles does not have knowledge of any trial court errors subject to reversal on appeal. This was a pretty cut and dry case against Caruso's stalker with Schnitzer confessing at one point to authoring her now infamous death threat letter.

Crime blogger Marcus J. Oswald elaborated on yesterday's sentence on his blog. Barring a successful appeal, Schnitzer will first be housed in a regular prison followed by a one year observation period in a mental facility.
There is also the possibility at some point Schnitzer could be fitted with an ankle monitoring device.
Once she has completed the observation period, there will be another hearing. It is expected that Schnitzer will be released on or about January 2011.

Following yesterday's conviction, Schnitzer and her attorney had several options to consider: (a) accept the verdict and sentence, (b) appeal the verdict and sentence (c) appeal the sentence only or (d) request three days to consider their options. Schnitzer and her attorney asked for three days to mull over their choices. In the meantime, Schnitzer and her attorney will "consider" the ramifications of yesterday's sentence and decide whether or not to appeal. If Schnitzer files an appeal, the prosecutor will also appeal as well. In the event Schnitzer loses her appeal, she could find herself subject to an even stiffer penalty.

Given the fact that Schnitzer could have faced three years incarceration, the prosecution's offer on the table is looking pretty good at this point and should be given serious consideration. Being released in January 2011 sure looks better than April 2012. If Schnitzer appeals and loses, she could find herself serving out the maximum sentence of three years.

Caruso Stalker Heads To Prison Following Guilty Verdict

Heidemarie Schnitzer, the mentally unbalanced Austrian woman who stalked and threatened to murder David Caruso, Greta Caruso and Liza Marquez was found guilty earlier today by an Austrian court. Schnitzer was sentenced to seven months in prison followed by additional time to be served in a mental facility. After serving out her jail sentence, Schnitzer will be relocated to a mental institution for abnormal criminals. Judge Boehler added the psychotheraphy time to Schnitzer's sentence out of fear Schnitzer would commit further crimes. Schnitzer's attorney, Andreas Grabenweger, plans to appeal the verdict. Above photos courtesy of Tirol's online service and TT.com.

During the trial, Dr. Karin Treichl testified that Schnitzer suffered from "strong narcissistic and anti-social characteristics" as evidenced by Schnitzer's trivializing her acts and incidents of the past. Treichl stated that Schnitzer used her surroundings to manipulate people and maintain a parasitic lifestyle after she fled to Mexico. Treichl went on to testify that fears remain high Schnitzer could commit serious offenses if released.

Prosecutor Karin Schiffmann successfully argued that Schnitzer felt "entitled" to attention after sending 120 letters to David Caruso and fleeing to Mexico to be near the actor without being within direct reach of American authorities. Judge Boehler stated during the proceedings that David Caruso had felt "fear" upon learning he was being stalked. Presenting evidence of fear on the part of the victim is a necessary element of proof of stalking.

For the time being, Schnitzer is in prison where she belongs. For an English translation of today's proceedings, please see The Austrian Times.

David Caruso Stalker Trial Starts Tomorrow

In the last couple of hours we have had a flurry of hits from Innsbruck so we decided to take a closer look at who our visitors were. Mostly media possibly looking for last minute details for their coverage of tomorrow's David Caruso stalker trial. Barring any unexpected delays or another escape attempt by Heidemarie Schnitzer, her trial for stalking and threatening to murder David Caruso is set to commence Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. local Innsbruck time. That's 1:30 and 2:30 a.m. for those in the U.S. Eastern and Central time zones.

If Schnitzer is found guilty and we do not foresee any reason why she won't be, she will lose the protection of Austria's privacy laws. The prohibition against publishing her name and photo will be lifted allowing Austrian news services to reveal Schnitzer's true identity; one already well-known to those outside the European Union.

The Stalker Chronicles will be following this trial closely and will update accordingly. A very special thanks to Thomas Hochwarter of The Austrian Times and Marcus J. Oswald for their many informative e-mails during the pre-trial period.

David Caruso - Tijuana Alert! This Woman is Wanted For Stalking and Death Threats

Have you seen this woman? Heidi Schnitzer, David Caruso's fugitive Austrian stalker, remains on the lam hiding out in Tijuana, Mexico. Schnitzer, who has threatened to murder David Caruso, Greta Caruso and Liza Marquez has an EAW (European Arrest Warrant) on her head which remains in full force and effect in the European Union. Although the warrant is not valid outside the EU, Schnitzer can still be deported from another country for being a fugitive. Most civilized nations don't want to jeopardize their standing in the world community by being known for harboring fugitives.

For our readers in the southern California and Tijuana, Mexico areas, if you see this woman please contact the Tijuana Police Department. From the U.S. dial 011-42664-6078912. For calls originating inside Mexico, it is not necessary to dial 011.

While on the lam, Schnitzer continues to deluge fan sites and message boards where she has not been banned with her anti-David Caruso propaganda. For the latest information on aliases being used by Schnitzer to spam websites, check back frequently for updates posted on the sidebar. Currently Schnitzer is spamming Mixx.com using at least three different names: "Vixen," "TheSlyFox," and "flowerchildsupreme17925." Over on Showhype.com, Schnitzer has been posting as "TheSlyFox2008." Feel free to e-mail me with any new aliases that I may not have listed.

Heidi Schnitzer remains a fugitive hiding out in the Tijuana, Mexico area. She is armed and considered to be extremely dangerous. Do not attempt to apprehend this woman. Contact the U.S. Border Patrol at 1-800-232-5378 , the FBI or Austria's Bundeskriminalamt at +43-(0)1-531 26-0.

David Caruso - Schnitzer's World Grows Smaller and Smaller

The U.S. Border Patrol has been placed on high alert with photos of Heidi Schnitzer at all check points. For those traveling to the Southern California/Tijuana, Mexico area please be on the look out for Schnitzer. She is armed and considered to be extremely dangerous. Report all suspicious activity to the Border Patrol at 1-800-232-5378. Or contact the local police in Tijuana, the U.S. FBI or Austria's Bundeskriminalamt at +43-(0)1-531 26-0.

UPDATE: Digg.com has wisely banned Heidi Schnitzer and the seven or eight aliases she had registered under to promote her anti-David Caruso propaganda. Thanks Digg!

So long to
Vipix and not a moment too soon. For those unaware, Vipix was a French website maintained by two celebrity photographers who fell under the spell of Heidi Schnitzer, David Caruso's fugitive Austrian stalker. At Schnitzer's unrelenting urging, Sebastian and his partner followed David Caruso around until they got Schnitzer's desperately sought photos. Weeks back however, the owners announced that the site was being closed and no new photos would be published. Unfortunately, the comments section remained open until yesterday and became nothing more than an unmoderated abyss where Schnitzer thrived.

Schnitzer stole screen names, libeled and slandered David Caruso, his family, friends and professional associates. When anyone challenged her, Schnitzer resorted to childish pranks, name calling and posting obscenities with regularity. The forum essentially became Schnitzer's killing field to promote her anti-David Caruso agenda and cast aspersions on anyone who opposed her.

The site is history now and Schnitzer has one less place to defame David Caruso and the bloggers who oppose her. Other Boards and sites have been issued warnings that Schnitzer is lurking in search of a new home; one preferably unmoderated where she can continue her Internet rampage. We will continue to track Schnitzer's movements and post advisories as necessary.

David Caruso and David Letterman - Two Stalkers with One Major Difference

With the news spreading about David Caruso's fugitive Austrian stalker Heidi Schnitzer, comparisons are being drawn to another CBS celebrity, David Letterman. For years, Letterman was stalked and hounded by Margaret Mary Ray. Breaking into Letterman's home, trespassing on his property and stealing his auto were but a few of Ray's attempts to be close to the object of her desire. Ray's somewhat dubious fame sprang from years of mental illness and as this article details ended tragically.

After reading this horrific tale of Ray's delusions of a relationship with David Letterman, the similarities to Heidi Schnitzer's stalking of David Caruso became chilling. There was one major difference however. Unlike Heidi Schnitzer, Margaret Mary Ray NEVER threatened to murder Letterman and members of his family. As we all know, Schnitzer has threatened Caruso, his daughter Greta and Liza Marquez with murder. It is feared that Schnitzer may be planning to make good on these threats in the very near future. A copy of Schnitzer's death threat letter can be found below this post.

Like Margaret Mary Ray, Heidi Schnitzer is in serious need of professional intervention if she is ever to recover from her stalking addiction. Until Schnitzer takes that critical first step and surrenders to authorities, she will never receive the help she so desperately needs. We can only hope that Margaret Mary Ray's tragic history is not repeated.

David Caruso - Is Schnitzer Capable of A Deadly Rampage?

Yesterday in Washington State a 28 year-old man went on a shooting spree. Hours later when he surrendered following a high speed chase , six people had lost their lives. Today's morning shows carried interviews with the distraught Mother of the perpetrator. At times inconsolable, the woman stated that her son had a history of mental illness but had refused treatment. He also had numerous misdemeanors and had just been released from jail on August 6 following a drug conviction.

Was the shooter suffering from a severe personality disorder? More than likely according to a recent guest psychiatrist on The Nancy Grace Show. The expert panelist stated that most people in prison suffer from personality disorders. And of course anyone familiar with David Caruso's fugitive Austrian stalker understands that Heidi Schnitzer has already been diagnosed with a severe personality disorder with the potential for becoming dangerous. Schnitzer has also abandoned two children to pursue stalking David Caruso.

The Governor of Washington has called for an independent investigation into the criminal history and supervision of the shooting suspect. Results of that investigation will not be available for several days perhaps a week. In the meantime, people will be left to wonder if the suspect's mental problems were directly responsible for this tragedy.

One recent e-mail to The Stalker Chronicles suggested that Heidi Schnitzer is a ticking time bomb sitting south of the U.S. border in Tijuana. With the Border Patrol and CBS Studios on heightened alert, perhaps another tragedy similar to yesterday's will be averted altogether. Let's hope that's the case before we have to face headlines about a recently escaped Austrian woman killing three people.

David Caruso - Schnitzer's Deadly Stalker Caper

With the season premiere of CSI Miami three weeks away, sources close to the situation continue to express concerns that David Caruso's stalker intends to follow through with her death threats. The U.S. Border Patrol remains on heightened alert fearing that Schnitzer may attempt to storm the border, travel to the Los Angeles area and begin hunting down David Caruso, his daughter Greta Caruso and Liza Marquez.

Schnitzer may have significantly changed her appearance availing herself of hair dye, wigs and possibly cheap plastic surgery known to be widely available in the Tijuana area. Schnitzer appears to have some type of employment that occupies her during the early to late evening hours. Please remain diligent and report any and all sightings to local law enforcement.

David Caruso - Schnitzer asks Caruso, "Play Misty For Me"

More than anyone, I realize that the David Caruso stalker matter should not to be taken lightly. Heidi Schnitzer remains a serious concern for law enforcement as well as Caruso and the other two people she has threatened to murder. But the following comment was simply too priceless not to publish. I will not link the site as Schnitzer will simply hi-jack it with her spam. If anyone wants the link, e-mail me.

"Looking at the pictures her last name should be Schnauzer. If I was Caruso I'd really start worrying if she starts calling L.A. radio stations asking them, "Play Misty For Me."

For those who have not seen "Play Misty For Me", here is a brief synopsis of the film that starred Clint Eastwood, Jessica Walter and Donna Mills:

"Dave Garver (Eastwood) is a Carmel, California, disc jockey who gets a call every night from a mysterious woman listener who requests that he play the Erroll Garner classic "Misty." After breaking up with his girlfriend Tobie (Mills), Dave looks for action in the local bars and meets Evelyn (Walter), a rather high-strung but seductive woman who, he learns, is the mysterious voice that requests "Misty." The lustful pair adjourn to Evelyn's apartment and they sleep together with the understanding that it will be a one-night stand. Unfortunately for Dave, Evelyn is quite mad and absolutely refuses to leave him alone despite the fact that he has patched up his relationship with Tobie. Evelyn's jealous rage is at first suicidal, then quite murderous."

Thank you to the person who posted this very astute if not chilling observation of Heidi Schnitzer.

David Caruso - A Challenge to Schnitzer

In a desperate bid to divert attention from her own plight after threatening to kill David Caruso, Greta Caruso and Liza Marquez, Heidi Schnitzer has been touting the preposterous allegation that this blogger, not her, is "Heidi Schnitzer". Therefore, we would like to issue a challenge to Schnitzer as we feel it's high time to clear up this matter once and for all. Let's see if Schnitzer can put her money where her mouth is.

Over the last several months, I have voluntarily provided my personal information to both the FBI and the U.S. Border Patrol including my name, address, phone number and the fact that I maintain this blog. We would like to help Schnitzer prove her theory by challenging her to do the same. As a helpful courtesy to Schnitzer, the FBI can be reached at 1-310-477-6565. The U.S. Border Patrol can be reached at 1-800-232-5378.

In spite of the fact that the FBI and the US Border Patrol have information on me, I have never been arrested for stalking and threatening to murder David Caruso and two other people. Why, we ask, would either of these law enforcement agencies knowingly allow a dangerous celebrity stalker to roam free posing a threat to Caruso and his family? They wouldn't.

We wait with bated breath to hear from the individual who proclaims she's not the stalker, maintains multiple "Hate David Caruso" blogs and never misses an opportunity to spam David Caruso fan sites. Good luck to you Heidi because this is the best offer you will ever have to prove your innocence once and for all. Will Schnitzer accept the challenge and make it an open and shut case? We highly doubt it!

The U.S. Border Patrol has been placed on high alert and has photos of Heidi Schnitzer at all check points. For those traveling to the Southern California/Tijuana, Mexico area please be on the look out for Schnitzer. She is likely armed and considered dangerous. Report all suspicious activity to the Border Patrol at 1-800-232-5378. Or contact the local police in Tijuana, the U.S. FBI or Austria's Bundeskriminalamt at +43-(0)1-531 26-0.

David Caruso - ACE Forced to Close David Caruso Stalker Thread

BREAKING NEWS: The prolific blogger ACE has fallen victim to David Caruso's stalker, Heidi Schnitzer. In February, 2008, ACE posted an article titled "David Caruso Hate Site." http://minx.cc/?post=255222 Within hours, ACE was forced to remove the link to Schnitzer's hate site after she spammed his comments section using multiple pseudonyms. For six months, Schnitzer continued to spam this site posting comments containing nothing but gibberish. One theory has it that she used the site to gauge how her location would show up on other blogger's traffic stats. Schnitzer's last comment as "Peony Boy" was posted on August 11, 2008.

After being informed that Schnitzer had waged a six month long spam session at ACE's expense, he closed the thread today at 10:02 a.m. Don't feel bad ACE! You're not the first and you won't be the last. Here's ACE's final word on Schnitzer, David Caruso's deranged stalker:

Caruso Thread Closed

Well, that was strange.

I shouldn't have posted that link in the first place. I just thought it was odd that Caruso had a hate site against him. Plus I'm sort of fascinated with the sunglasses off/sunglasses on thing.

If you read the comments to the thread, it looks like the hate-site writer came in and posted under a lot of aliases here (the bjMoP hash comes up again and again).

Sarkhanne says she's a stalker, which, you know, strikes me as a no-brainer; who else makes a single-person hate site? At least cast the net a little wider and make it the Catholics or the Jews or something. Have some ambition.

He predicted she would just keep posting here and she seems to have done so.

Anyway, I thought the link was worthwhile just for its oddness, but it seems to have opened up a big can of strange I don't need, so I shut comments down there and took down the link. I'm getting a Deb Frisch vibe which I should have seen coming.

Thanks to everyone who alerted me to the weirdness going on in the comments.

David Caruso CSI Tijuana - Austrian Blog Publishes Heidi's Photo

It seems Heidi Schnitzer can run, but she can't hide. David Caruso's fugitive Austrian stalker seems to be finding out just how small the world really is. Over the weekend, Marcus J. Oswold from an online Austrian news magazine paid The Stalker Chronicles a visit. When we checked out his site, we found this article about Heidi Schnitzer detailing her stalking and threatening to murder CSI Miami's David Caruso and two other people. This site also published Schnitzer's photo something we mistakenly believed no one in Austria would do.

Our efforts to get the word out about CBS' latest celebrity stalker is paying off in spades with Schnitzer feeling the heat. When you go to this site and read the comments, note that the person posting as "Anna" is none other than Schnitzer trying to divert attention from herself and the fact that she remains on the lam in Tijuana, Mexico avoiding execution of an outstanding arrest warrant.

Schnitzer also spammed CBS' CSI Miami Board as "Keisha 1234" this past weekend proclaiming her innocence. Her pleas have fallen on deaf ears though. As always, The Stalker Chronicles will continue its efforts to keep this story in the news. An Austrian psychiatrist, Karin Treichl, has diagnosed Schnitzer with a severe personality disorder with the potential of becoming dangerous. Schnitzer's threats on the lives of three people make CBS's last celebrity stalker, Margaret Ray, look harmless. "The potential of becoming dangerous" says it all.

David Caruso's Stalker - CBS Laments Stakes are Much Higher

Twice in a ten year period of time, CBS executives find themselves again grappling with a very difficult situation. One of their major stars, David Caruso, is being stalked and threatened with death by a mentally ill woman. This time the perp is a fugitive Austrian named Heidi Schnitzer who went off the deep end after she never received an autograph from Caruso. Schnitzer has threatened to murder the star of CSI Miami, his daughter Greta Caruso and his former companion, Liza Marquez.

Ten years ago Margaret Ray, above left, suffering from schizophrenia stalked David Letterman and became fodder for late night jokes. Ray's stalking, although disturbing, amounted to nothing more than harmless pranks. Ray never made threats to physically harm Letterman or his family members. In the case of David Caruso's stalker, the stakes are much higher.

Schnitzer has been diagnosed with "severe personality disorder" that potentially could become dangerous. Add to it the fact that Schnitzer mailed her death threat letter to David Caruso outlining her plans to murder him and you have an extremely volatile situation brewing south of the U.S. border. With Schnitzer having fled Austria twice to avoid prosecution on stalking and sending death threats, the entire picture grows darker and darker.

Schnitzer, who remains in hiding in Tijuana, Mexico, continues using the Internet as her primary weapon to attack David Caruso. Sources close to the situation fear she is lying in wait readying her attempt to cross undetected into the U.S. to follow through on threats against Caruso and his family. Reliable tips also suggest that Schnitzer may be planning to disrupt the season premiere of CSI Miami in late September.

David Caruso - CSI Tijuana: Adelita Bar Issues Pink Slip to Schnitzer

Early last week, Heidi Schnitzer's Internet hours increased dramatically. Informed sources now tell us that Tijuana's Adelita Bar issued Heidi her walking papers after receiving numerous complaints. Loyal patrons reportedly required several visits to local area clinics for penicillin treatments after availing themselves of Schnitzer's "services." Narrowly averting an epidemic of STDs, the Adelita Bar acted swiftly relieving Schnitzer of all duties.

Schnitzer's loss of employment couldn't have happened at a worst possible time. With her plans to illegally enter the U.S. hanging in the balance, Schnitzer may be forced to postpone her attempt. Complicating matters is the sizable deposit Schnitzer paid a human trafficker as down payment for aid in crossing into the U.S. Final payment for border crossing services would have been due prior to the actual attempt. Schnitzer now finds herself penniless faced with the prospect of postponing the crossing and losing her non-refundable deposit.

Schnitzer's entrepreneurial skills will be sorely tested in the upcoming days. Without the front provided by the Adelita Bar and adjacent Coahuila Hotel, Schnitzer has literally been forced to walk the streets to secure the necessary cash. Schnitzer had planned to enter the U.S. prior to the season premiere of CSI Miami in late September.

Heidi Schnitzer remains on the lam hiding out in the Tijuana, Mexico area. She is armed and considered to be extremely dangerous. Do not attempt to apprehend this woman. Contact the U.S. Border Patrol at 1-800-232-5378 , the FBI or Austria's Bundeskriminalamt at +43-(0)1-531 26-0.

David Caruso - WantedFugitives.Com and Heidemarie Schnitzer

Meet Leonard Padilla of WantedFugitives . Leonard, pictured above wearing the hat, has made headlines in recent days for his efforts to post bond for the mother of missing toddler Caylee Anthony. The mother, Casey Anthony, was incarcerated in an Orlando, Florida jail after reporting her daughter missing a month after the fact. Padilla was to have posted bond for the alleged negligent mom yesterday followed by Anthony's immediate release. Burdensome paperwork has delayed the process and Anthony remains in jail.

With the break in action down in Orlando, we were wondering if Mr. Padilla might be available for a brief assignment in Tijuana, Mexico. Nothing too terribly involved just a short detour to grab Heidemarie Schnitzer, David Caruso's fugitive Austrian stalker. It won't take long because Heidemarie's not too terribly hard to recognize. Heidi is a working girl in the Zona Norte area of town where she has recently become self-employed. Seems some of the regulars at her former employer, the Adelita Bar and Coahuila Hotel had started complaining about doctor visits, penicillin and such forcing the bar to terminate her employment.

Feel free to to contact us if we can be of further assistance.
