David Caruso - The Globe Article

Although not the most flattering title I would have hoped for, it is The Globe after all, the crux of the article remains the same as previously reported here. The couple appears to be working on a reconciliation and all of us should congratulate them for doing so. According to an unnamed neighbor of the couple, "Not only have I seen David and Liza together smiling and looking all lovey-dovey again, but his silver-gray Bentley has been parked outside the house quite a bit lately. It makes sense he'd come and visit the kids, but the car has also been there overnight a few times over the past month."

Every couple, married or otherwise, experiences difficulties over the life of a relationship. Couples can use these times to grow, learn from their mistakes and ultimately have a stronger relationship for it. How nice to know that David and Liza have chosen this path and are doing what is in the best interests of their children.

David Caruso - Gabriele Doesn't Believe Jane Genova!

Last December, the highly esteemed blogger Jane Genova, weighed in on the alleged split-up of David Caruso and Liza Marquez that had been reported by The National Enquirer:

And in keeping with tradition, Caruso's indicted Austrian stalker Gabriele Huber, beat a path to the comment section of Jane's blog to be the very first to post:

" 'Inner demons' is a fine description by Jane what must drive David Caruso to leave so many women over and over again. I like her insightfulness on so many topics. That's why I always come back to read this blog."

With Jane's recent revelation about David Caruso, Gabriele is all of a sudden singing a different tune. After Jane broke the story last night concerning The Globe's report about Caruso and Marquez reconciling, this blog clearly and correctly cited Jane Genova as its source for the "Caruso and Liza are Back Together" article. Gabriele, however, has been all over the Internet today claiming that there is NO source for this story:

Today at least, Gabriele seems to be relying less on Jane's "insightfulness" and more on moving away from the blog Huber once proclaimed "...I always come back to read..." What possibly could have happened for Gabriele to turn her back on Jane Genova and HER sources? Jane Genova is a highly sought after writer by corporations and politicians alike. If Jane's sources were questionable, she certainly would not enjoy the professional reputation she does.

Could it be that Jane's recent revelation just doesn't suit Gabriele's hate mission against David Caruso, Liza Marquez and their two children? When it comes to Gabriele, one never knows what her motives are. But to suggest that Jane Genova would run with a story without proper sources is blasphemous at best.

David Caruso - David Loves Liza

As announced here earlier, The Globe's Shelby Loosch has reported that David and Liza are reconciled and back together. Again, Caruso's stalker Gabriele Huber, has spiraled out of control posting multiple articles on Digg and Zimbio in a desperate cover-up effort. Huber has been posting her Caruso bashing garbage at the rate of five to one attempting to keep the posts of Dojo and myself out of the headlines. There's an old saying, "the truth stands alone" and no matter how hard Gabriele tries to spin it otherwise, The Globe's story is not going to disappear.

This rumor which Gabriele first planted last November and has spent months trying to confirm without any success, has finally fallen on its face. What couple, married or otherwise, has not experienced a rough patch in their relationship? Sounds like that's all this was, nothing more and nothing less. To their credit, neither David or Liza succumbed to the pressures of Gabriele and other media services to comment on reports that the relationship was over. That shows class and a lot of it. Something Caruso's fans have come to expect from a very classy guy.

So, Gabriele, what's it going to be now? Another "onsetsnitch" hoax possibly? Whatever it is Gabriele, rest assured that Caurso's fans will be right behind you posting the truth where ever you and your lies show up.

David loves Liza. Eat your heart out Gabriele!

David Caruso - Meet Gabriele Huber's Attorney, Gunther Gast

Meet Gunther Gast, the Austrian barrister who took on the monumental task of representing Gabriele Huber after she was charged with stalking and threatening to murder David Caruso. According to his firm's website, his law practice focuses primarily on civil matters but also provides services for "private individuals with specific legal problems." Like stalking an American celebrity perhaps? That's definitely a specific legal problem, one falling within the criminal realm.

Dr. Gast has been quoted by The National Enquirer as saying that he hoped his client, Gabriele Huber, would be ordered to undergo psychiatric care in lieu of jail time. Attorney client privilege prohibits Dr. Gast from divulging anything about his client, Gabriele Huber, other than matters of public record.

Therefore, we are left to wonder if Dr. Gast has the slightest inkling what his client, maybe former client at this point, has been up to or if he would even care. More than likely, he represented her on a pro bono basis and was reimbursed by the Austrian government for his fees associated with her defense. His involvement in all probability ended at that point.

Sadly for David Caruso and his family, it appears that Huber never received any type of psychiatric care that made any significant difference in her state of mind. Huber was probably given something along the lines of Prozac with a few follow-up sessions and discharged. Turned loose upon an unsuspecting Internet public to continue to wreak havoc on the lives of David Caruso, Liza Marquez and their two innocent children.

David Caruso - Gabriele Huber Invades Another Blog

As Detective Frank Tripp frequently says on CSI Miami, "file this under felony stupid." While surfing the Internet this morning, I found a very interesting comment posted by Tom Coombe at TheMorningCall.com:

"Back in 2006, I wrote about CSI Miami, and its unintentionally hilarious leading man, David Caruso. At the time, no one commented on what I wrote. Then last week, someone weighed in, appeciating my take on the actor. They apparently run a blog that seems solely devoted to bashing Caruso on a level usually reserved for child molesters. The attacks are both professional and personal, and it's as if the blogger has a vendetta against the actor. I actually felt bad for him. I immediately posted a comment notifying Mr. Coombe that he had been an unwitting victim of David Caruso's stalker, Gabriele Huber. It wasn't long before Gabriele (posting as Jason & Arwen) weighed in with her usual derogatory comments:

Although Gabriele frequently plays both sides of the fence to further perpetrate her hoax on the Internet public, she made one critical error here. Apparently Gabriele had forgotten that she had already used the name "Arwen" when she hijacked Ace's blog last month:

Help me out readers. Does Gabriele take us for complete blithering idiots? This woman can't even keep her pseudonyms straight. Like her lawyer Gunther Gast commented, hopefully the Judge in her stalking case will recommend psychiatric care. In lieu of that, maybe Gabriele will be ordered to attend a class on how to set up an Excel spreadsheet to help her keep track of her gazillion pseudonyms.

David Caruso - Gabriele Huber's Denial Campaign

As expected, once Gabriele Huber's identity as David Caruso's Austrian stalker was confirmed, Huber began flooding Zimbio, Digg, Manpaper, IMDb, Vipix along with blogs and fan sites with her infamous denials. In addition, Huber's efforts to divert attention from this latest bit of news about herself have gone into overdrive. It's not enough any more to slander Caruso's acting abilities or his companion, Liza Marquez. Gabriele Huber is now denigrating Caruso's appearance and his physical attributes. How immature and desperate is this woman?

Her lawyer, Gunther Gast, was quoted as saying that he hoped he could "convince a judge that Huber should get psychiatric help, not jail time." See, The National Enquirer, Nov. 12, 2007. Either Mr. Gast has been wholly unsuccessful in getting this woman needed help or if he has been, then the help she received never took effect. Sounds like a lobotomy might be in order.

David Caruso - Austria's Chronik Interviews Gabriele Huber

Last Summer, Austria's Chronik interviewed Gabriele Huber following her arrest for stalking and threatening to murder David Caruso and Liza Marquez. Above are photos taken at the interview. Although the accompanying article is in German, it clearly and unmistakably identifies the stalker as Gabriele Huber. That's a name understood in BOTH German and English, no transalation being necessary. Note how Huber is too ashamed to show her face. Can't say I blame her. What she's done to David Caruso and his family is contemptible. Never attributed Huber with a moral conscience though that would have prompted her to conceal her face.

David Caruso - Stalker's Cover Implodes

Last November, when this article first appeared in The National Enquirer it was buried deeply on page fifty of the magazine. With the exception of a few Caruso bloggers and fans, no one gave it much notice. After all, to have acknowledged the article would have meant admitting that you had read The National Enquirer. At the time, no one was willing to do that including myself. I remember being in an airport when this issue hit the news stands wondering how I was going to purchase it and not be seen doing so. Never mind the fact that airports are full of total strangers, I simply could not be seen buying The National Enquirer. But I did.

This article in its entirety was originally posted by Dojo on Digg's site. It reports what has been written here many times about Caruso's Austrian stalker being arrested and detained for stalking and threatening the actor. The identity of the stalker according to this article is "Gabriele Huber." And why should anyone doubt that?

As the months since November have worn on, the basic facts of the NE story have proven to be quite accurate. One thing too has become quite clear, mention the name "Gabriele Huber" in reference to the stalker and Huber's back immediately goes up. Huber becomes very defensive extolling a gamut of excuses why this is not the stalker's true identity. After Huber reportedly googled her own name, she reasoned that she could not possibly be "Gabriele Huber" because her own search had produced multi-thousands of occurrences. Come again? Huber further claimed that only she, along with Caruso's close inner circle, has knowledge of the stalker's "actual identity." Don't make me laugh.

While not denying that The National Enquirer has its faults, perhaps we shouldn't be so quick to cast it off as being inaccurate either. After all, the article correctly named the other closely involved parties including Caruso, Liza Marquez, their children and Huber's lawyer, Gunther Gast. Are we then to believe the stalker's claims that the National Enquirer failed to correctly identify ONLY her? In Austria as well, The Chronik, also reported the stalker's name as Gabriele Huber. However, the stalker clearly wants to dupe readers into believing that both The Chronik and The National Enquirer have incorrectly identified her.

I find it rather amusing when Gabriele suggests that the Internet public should only believe what she touts as the truth. That includes of course any defamatory and slanderous remarks that she chooses to splash all over fan sites, blogs and Boards about David Caruso. And when Gabriele denies that something written about her is true, are we supposed to blindly take HER word for it?

I think not and more importantly, I will not. The National Enquirer hit the nail on the head with this story and I am going with it. Admittedly, I would not have taken this position last November. As far as I am concerned, until verifiable evidence to the contrary surfaces, Gabriele Huber has been identified as David Caruso's stalker and that is how this blog will refer to her in forthcoming articles.
