David Caruso - ACE Forced to Close David Caruso Stalker Thread

BREAKING NEWS: The prolific blogger ACE has fallen victim to David Caruso's stalker, Heidi Schnitzer. In February, 2008, ACE posted an article titled "David Caruso Hate Site." http://minx.cc/?post=255222 Within hours, ACE was forced to remove the link to Schnitzer's hate site after she spammed his comments section using multiple pseudonyms. For six months, Schnitzer continued to spam this site posting comments containing nothing but gibberish. One theory has it that she used the site to gauge how her location would show up on other blogger's traffic stats. Schnitzer's last comment as "Peony Boy" was posted on August 11, 2008.

After being informed that Schnitzer had waged a six month long spam session at ACE's expense, he closed the thread today at 10:02 a.m. Don't feel bad ACE! You're not the first and you won't be the last. Here's ACE's final word on Schnitzer, David Caruso's deranged stalker:

Well, that was strange.

I shouldn't have posted that link in the first place. I just thought it was odd that Caruso had a hate site against him. Plus I'm sort of fascinated with the sunglasses off/sunglasses on thing.

If you read the comments to the thread, it looks like the hate-site writer came in and posted under a lot of aliases here (the bjMoP hash comes up again and again).

Sarkhanne says she's a stalker, which, you know, strikes me as a no-brainer; who else makes a single-person hate site? At least cast the net a little wider and make it the Catholics or the Jews or something. Have some ambition.

He predicted she would just keep posting here and she seems to have done so.

Anyway, I thought the link was worthwhile just for its oddness, but it seems to have opened up a big can of strange I don't need, so I shut comments down there and took down the link. I'm getting a Deb Frisch vibe which I should have seen coming.

David Caruso - Stalker on the Lam Four Months

Nearly 4 months have now gone by and Heidi Schnitzer, David Caruso's fugitive Austrian stalker remains on the run. It would appear that Austria's inept Bundeskriminalamt has put this matter on their proverbial back burner. After the FBI initially contacted them in 2007, Austria went through the motions to maintain free flowing diplomatic channels with the U.S. They filed charges, allowed Schnitzer to escape , sought the aid of the FBI to locate her, set a trial date and ultimately allowed her to escape AGAIN. On April 16, 2008, Heidi Schnitzer [aka Gabriele Huber] failed to appear for trial on charges she stalked and threatened to murder David Caruso, Greta Caruso and Liza Marquez. She fled for the second time.

For almost 4 months, the Austrians have done nothing to capture this woman and are probably glad to be rid of her! For those unaware of this story, the following is helpful background on this extremely dangerous woman who fled to Tijuana, Mexico where she remains in hiding:

Meet the face of hate. This woman, identified as Heidi Schnitzer aka Gabriele Huber, hates David Caruso. And she will go to the ends of the Internet posting slander and libel to let you know it. Been to a David Caruso fan site lately? If you have, undoubtedly you noticed an ongoing war of words between Caruso fans and one of Heidi's many pseudonyms [see list in sidebar]. Bloggers and news outlets who even mention the words "David Caruso" are inundated with Heidi's hate comments.

Heidi is responsible for countless forum disruptions and spam all in the name of her "I Hate David Caruso" campaign. Why? Several years ago, Heidi reportedly left Austria in pursuit of her prey. She followed David Caruso to a Miami restaurant and she propositioned him. When Caruso said "no thanks" [do you blame him?], this one-time love obsessed fan turned criminal stalker over night.

At the now famous moment of rejection, Heidi abandoned a young daughter, failed to show up for work and forfeited her reputation all in the name of hatred. Heidi mailed hundreds of letters to Caruso demanding an autograph. When these went unanswered, she went into a tailspin. Composing her now famous "death threat letter", Heidi vowed to seek vengeance for Caruso's alleged slight.

David Caruso, his daughter Greta and his former companion Liza Marquez all became targets of Heidi. When she first fled Austria in 2007, the FBI tracked her down in Mexico where she was captured and extradited to Austria. She continued her hate war against David Caruso via her laptop. Fast forward to April 16, 2008--the date of Heidi's trial. Again, she fled Austria to avoid prosecution. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

Heidi remains on the lam hiding out in Tijuana, Mexico. Reliable sources report that she is employed in the Zona Norte area of the city where she also has limited Internet access. Day in and day out this unstable, deranged woman continues her hate war hoping that one day David Caruso will take notice of her. That will never happen. Hopefully, law enforcement will.

David Caruso - Austria Aided Stalker's Escape

Did Austria’s behind the scenes maneuvering make it possible for David Caruso's stalker to disappear? By all accounts, Austria is undeniably complicit in Heidi Schnitzer’s second escape. Recall in April 2008 how news services worldwide were flooded with stories detailing Schnitzer's flee to avoid prosecution. Compare that to September 2007, when the story of Schnitzer’s first escape and ultimate capture by the FBI received virtually no press coverage. Why would Austria suppress the David Caruso stalker story in 2007 only to resurrect it as a major headline in April 2008? Like any good publicist, Austria used a tried and true public relations ploy circulating Heidi Schnitzer’s escape drama only when it presented the Austrians in a favorable light.

The lack of press coverage for Schnitzer’s September 2007 escape amounts to nothing more than censorship. Realizing it was not in their best interests to advertise their failure to detain and prosecute a two-bit stalker, the Austrians deliberately kept this story out of the press. Compounding matters, when and if this story had made the papers, Austrians would have been forced to admit they sought the help of the FBI in locating Schnitzer. In April however, things changed. With their legal ducks all in a row and a defense lawyer all too willing to claim that his client would appear for trial, the stage was now set and the Austrians decided to take the media plunge.

For the second time in a year, Schnitzer was allowed to quietly slip out of the country using a passport that Austria should have revoked the first time she fled. Meanwhile, Austrian law enforcement prepared their spin of the situation for release to the press. True, the Austrians would claim, Schnitzer had escaped again. This time however, the Austrians could prove to the world and more importantly the U.S., that they had made a concerted effort to prosecute Schnitzer only to have her escape their jurisdiction. And they could lay the blame for her flight squarely on the shoulders of Gunther Gast, Schnitzer's attorney. The Austrians had successfully managed to shift responsibility for Schnitzer's disappearance from themselves freeing up their Bundeskriminalamt to pursue more pressing matters. For all intents and purposes, the David Caruso stalker case was closed.

Other factors played a role in their decision as well. In early 2008, Austrian law enforcement was dealt an embarrassing setback forcing them to take a long hard look in their own mirror. Seeing their collective involvement in the Josef Fritzl nightmare did not make for a pretty sight. With Schnitzer’s April court date looming and the country still reeling from bad press associated with the Fritzl tragedy, Austria’s Bundeskriminlamt had to make some tough decisions. Would they focus their efforts on the bigger picture reclaiming their reputation as a serious player in the EU’s judicial system or would they focus on tracking down a small time criminal accused of threatening U.S. citizens? With limited time and resources the answer was obvious; Austria could not afford another public relations debacle. It was therefore decided that their foremost concern had to be re-establishing their reputation as a serious law enforcement entity.

In short, Austria had much bigger fish to fry and the Caruso stalker matter did not figure into that equation. Austria's apathetic approach in handling this case amounted to nothing more than a green light for Schnitzer to walk right out of the country. And so she did. Now, Tijuana, Mexico is Heidi Schnitzer's new home for the time being. Unless Schnitzer runs afoul of the Mexicans resulting in her deportation, this case will remain closed. We wouldn't expect anything more from the "look away society" known as Austria.

The woman in the above photos is named Heidi and in Austria she is called "Gabriele Huber" by the news media. She is wanted for stalking and threatening to murder David Caruso, Greta Caruso, and Liza Marquez. There is an outstanding warrant for this woman's arrest in connection with her failure to appear for trial in April 2008.

After fleeing Austria to avoid prosecution on death threat charges, it is believed that Heidi is hiding out in the Tijuana, Mexico area. She may be working in Tijuana's famous Red Light District and it is highly likely she has changed her appearance.

David Caruso - Stalker Abandons Daughter for Life of Crime

Note: On Feb. 19, 2009 Heidemarie Schnitzer was captured and arrested by Tijuana police. Within weeks she was deported to Austria where she stood trial on April 14, 2009. After being found guilty of stalking and sending death threats to David Caruso, Judge Guenther Boehler sentenced her to prison for 7 months. Following her incarceration, she was transferred to a mental facility for an undisclosed period of time.

How many times have we seen posts by Heidemarie Schnitzer criticizing David Caruso's parenting skills? Too often to mention. And we're not sure on what the psycho Austrian bases her claims. Over the last several years, many photos of Caruso with his children have been published by media outlets worldwide. There have NEVER been any reports of neglect or abandonment on the part of David Caruso. Quite the contrary, snapshots of David with Greta and Marquez show a loving father spending time with his children. Yet his stalker never misses an opportunity to slander and libel Caruso's parenting. Here's one of Schnitzer's slanderous articles from Zimbio titled:

It's high time we examine the stalker's track record where her own daughter is concerned and see the many times she's put her daughter first. Schnitzer has a daughter whose age we would estimate being around 8 or 9 years old. For the last three years of this child's life probably more, her Mother has been obsessed with stalking David Caruso. This 24/7 all consuming behavior has taken a sad toll on this young child. No fun in the sun or a day at the beach with Mom for this little girl.

How often has this sweet little girl asked, "where's mommy?" when she wanted to be tucked in at bedtime? How often did Schnitzer's daughter asked to be fed only to be shooed away so Mom could surf the Internet for sites to post disparaging remarks and lies about David Caruso? How often did this beautiful little girl ask, "Mommy, can we go to the park?" No playdates, birthday parties or holidays with Mom for this child. Instead, Heidemarie Schnitzer has abandoned and neglected her own daughter in pursuit of a life of crime.

One can only imagine the psychological damage this child has suffered at the hands of a mother who chose celebrity stalking over being a responsible parent. Thankfully for this child's sake, Austrian child protective services probably intervened forcing Schnitzer to relinquish her parental rights. Heidemarie Schnitzer, the doting Mom, might want to check her own backyard before she accuses David Caruso of not being a good parent. Finally, we must ask, was it worth it?

David Caruso - Another Photo Surfaces of Stalker

We have yet another photo of Gabriele Huber aka Heidi, the fugitive Austrian woman wanted for stalking David Caruso. This photo, shot at a different angle than the previous photo when compared to the 2007 picture taken at the Vienna Airport last year, shows remarkable similarities. Note the prominence of the jawline in both photos. The necks on both women are also identical.

"Heidi" aka Gabriele Huber is thought to be hiding out in Mexico possibly in the Tijuana area. Since she has been out of Austria more than 90 days, it is also thought that she may have secured a work visa to become employed there.

With summer in full swing and family pursuits taking on increased importance, the gossip mills have slowed to a crawl frustrating the rumormongering efforts of Gabriele Huber, David Caruso's fugitive Austrian stalker. Impatient that the paparazzi have not uncovered any juicy new details for Huber to promote in her ongoing hate war, Huber has resorted to her fall back plan: fabrication.

Huber's latest hype is not only ludicrous on its face but it requires a huge leap of faith on the part of even the most jaded Caruso fan. Citing absolutely no sources, Huber is promoting the claim that Caruso used his political cache with CSI Miami's executive producers to secure the Medical Examiner role for Amina Islam. This time though, Huber didn't stop there. She iced this latest rumor with repulsive sexual innuendo proving once and for all that she is truly a product of Hitler stock.

It's important when you are a criminal on the run for stalking and threatening to murder David Caruso that you cover your tracks. In cyberspace, Gabriele Huber has a limitless supply of websites willing to aid and abet her Internet subterfuge. Yesterday, Gabriele claimed on VipixSquarespace that her current location is Chula Vista, California right here in the good ol' USA. For those who have followed her escapades, keep in mind that she promoted a similar ruse last summer claiming she was vacationing in the lap of luxury at a spa in southern California. Several months later, it was revealed that Huber had actually been in Mexico all along camped out in a flophouse begging for money on the Internet.

On any given day, Gabriele Huber hits this blog and others multiple times. And because Huber does not want this blogger or any others to know her exact whereabouts, she avails herself of technology designed to protect her so-called personal freedoms. Hits to this blog from Gabriele have come from countries all over the world due in large part to a practice known as "geospoofing." This practice allows Gabriele to select a country where she wants to appear to be and a proxy server does the rest of the work for her. In the morning for instance Gabriele could decide that she wants everyone to think she is in The Netherlands. David Caruso - The Stalker's Keyboard Kibitz

Gabriele Huber's routine use of hundreds of pseudonyms to disguise her identity is a well established fact of life in cyberspace. Where David Caruso's stalker is concerned, her iconic denials and outrage whenever she is exposed are well-documented. The latest round of denials involve posts Huber has made which contain German alphabet characters. Letters not readily available unless one is using a computer configured with German keyboard software or a keyboard designed for those whose native tongue is German. When this was pointed out, as she always does, Gabriele dug herself into a bigger hole claiming not to know what a German keyboard is. This link enlarges the above photo.

Huber's keyboard kibitz began when she alleged her laptop was being upgraded. The hilarious "Corpuschristie" inquired if her upgrades might include a dictionary. If Huber's laptop was out of commission as she claimed, how did she get her hands on another laptop while she's on the lam not to mention one equipped with a German keyboard? On VipixSquarespace, where Huber's main pseudonym is Vixen, Huber frequently resorts to using her "Anonymous" pseudonym but forgets to modify her verbiage, grammar and in recent days, the alphabet she is using. It's clear who she really is when letters from the German alphabet start showing up in the pseudonym's posts:

A German keyboard...Yeah I tried one of those once but I had to toss it. It was out of control, kept going onto various sites and writing utter crap. The cars are more reliable.So Vix, how ya doing? It was very quiet yesterday, normally you are hitting multiple sites like a rabbit on heat, so I figured that you must have had some kind of outage. Not sure about the laptop though. So what did you get upgraded, it wasn't the built in dictionary I do know? Did the processor keel over and die from the boredom of your incessant venomous attacks against David Caruso. Speaking of tarnished reputation, how is his reputation tarnished exactly? Let's see, you don't like him so that makes him a bad person...err, well yeah that's about it. Stunning.

David Caruso - Mutiny on the Stalker Bounty-Lisa Defects

Must admit, we never saw this one coming in a million years. Gabriele Huber, David Caruso's fugitive Austrian stalker, has lost another supporter. Over on VipixSquarespace, one of Gabriele's biggest defenders, "Lisa" finally defected admitting that she has become convinced Vixen is Huber after all. Note that "Lisa" is also the same person who posts on IMDb as "Sargent465" and as "Jen" on Topix.

All we can say is, what took you so long "Lisa?" Did you have to reach that conclusion on your own in spite of the overwhelming evidence and outcry? Although "Lisa" may have come around where Gabriele is concerned, this does not diminish the fact that "Lisa" remains on the record for having posted some very mean-spirited comments about David Caruso and his hit television show, CSI Miami both on Vipix and on IMDb. "Lisa" is certainly entitled to her own opinion about Caruso and his show, but her now "former" defense of an indicted celebrity remains an entirely different matter. David Caruso - Gabriele Negotiates a Book Deal

Update: We ran the following article last week. We are running it again after receiving several emails suggesting that Gabriele Huber, David Caruso's fugitive Austrian stalker, may be trying to seek asylum in another country if she is unable to negotiate a plea bargain with the Austrian prosecutor. No one knows the exact date that she fled; her flight was merely reported on the date of her trial April 16. Knowing that her trial was scheduled to take place, Huber may have left days or even weeks earlier.

One thing is known for sure: As a member of the European Union, Austrian citizens can enter most countries as a tourist for a minimum of ninety days. All that is required is a valid passport. At the expiration of this 90-day period, Gabriele will either have to depart or she will have to supply appropriate documentation necessary to apply for an extended stay. With Gabriele's return to Austria hinging on a number of different scenarios, the least of which are the terms of her surrender, this entire ordeal could conceivably go on for many more months. David, you're not out of the woods yet. Please do not let your guard down.

First, let me credit "Jester" with the idea for this blog entry. On an earlier article, "Jester" commented that while Gabriele Huber** (David Caruso's fugitive stalker) was on the lam in the summer of 2007, her travel expenses were likely funded in part by Christian May, a writer for the Austrian news magazine The Chronik, in exchange for an exclusive on her story. May later sold his story to The National Enquirer. Click this link for the article.

As we have stated previously, it's highly likely that Gabriele's attorney, Dr. Gunther Gast is court appointed and is not being compensated at the rate he would normally command from a paying client. In all probability, Dr. Gast is hoping to supplement the meager hourly wage funded by the Austrian tax payers with ancillary revenues from any book deals, television appearances and/or future film offers he is able to negotiate on Gabriele's behalf for her stalker memoirs.

Prior to her flight from justice, Gabriele had unfettered Internet access. Thankfully, that is no longer the case. On some days, her Internet time is so limited she doesn't even have the opportunity to read a complete blog entry relying rather on summaries from RSS Feeds and Technorati. Or she is trying desperately to keep her location disguised by not hitting this blog and in doing so having her location appear in the traffic stats. Oftentimes however, the fact that she is not reading the entire article is readily apparent in her responses. She alludes to this blog on Vipix and IMDb, posting comments to it on those sites where she can do so without being moderated. Gabriele's affliction with verbal diarrhea always gets her in the end though, pardon the pun.

Those comments afford many opportunities for reading between the lines. Gabriele and her attorney appear to be closely watching the outcome of the Josef Fritzl matter hoping if he receives a lighter sentence somehow it will set a precedent the Judge who ultimately sentences Gabriele will be bound to consider. Stalking and threatening to murder people remains a serious crime even in Austria. And fleeing to avoid prosecution will also carry additional time.

Gabriele has also stated on other forums that comments she has inundated the Internet for two years with are not likely to be considered when she is tried for stalking David Caruso. Oh but those lovely death threat letters Huber sent to David Caruso, hard copies of which both the FBI and the Bundeskriminalamt possess, are evidence that will be difficult to suppress. Those alone will probably convict her.

Gabriele is holding out for the best of both worlds. A light sentence along with guaranteed financial security is a deal Gabriele's not likely to pass up. Gabriele not only wants the perp walk, she's looking for the talk-show circuit following her release from the Big House.

David Caruso - Gabriele's Miami Herald Spamathon

Discovered a great new blog today, Lesley Abravanel's Scene in the Tropics at The Miami Herald's site. Lesley seems like a real sweetheart covering Miami's nightlife, gossip and rumors. Nothing mean-spirited about her, just a lady trying to do her job. Lesley posted the following about a recent David Caruso sighting. As soon as Gabriele Huber's** RSS Feeds updated her to this mention of Caruso, she was all over Scene in the Tropics' comment section with her usual pseudonyms. Huber also seized the opportunity to plagiarize Lesley's column and post her own twisted version on various sites including Huber's own hate blogs along with Zimbio and Digg. A couple of fans, including myself, initially criticized Lesley. In Lesley's defense, she honestly didn't realize that Caruso had a psychotic celebrity stalker waiting to pounce on and twist her blog article. And to Lesley's credit, once she saw Huber's spamathon start up, she posted an "update" at the end of the article:

CSI:Miami star David Caruso was at the Adrienne Arsht Center last night, sharing a can of Pilon Extreme Espresso with someone who did not look like his (ex?) girlfriend and baby momma, Liza Marquez. Caruso was there to see Celia: The Life and Music of Celia Cruz, but before the peformance started, the CSI star walked out of the bathroom, whipped out a headshot, signed it, and gave it to a pretty girl before walking into the theater. Caruso left during intermission. We wonder what, exactly, he wrote on his mug shot and if the "pretty girl" left during intermission as well. This calls for an investigation. Update: Ok, to Caruso's crazy Austrian stalker, who took my words and twisted them, to say the least: it was a joke. He did not do anything but give an autograph to a fan.

Sounds like someone has too much time on their hands. Why is it anyone's business that he gave an autographed photo to someone, pretty or not. He gives them out to anyone who may want one. Also, lots of people leave during intermission. Why does that seem so strange? It seems to me that someone is trying to discredit him. True, he is not a saint, but let him be. She has added her outrageous speculation that Caruso ALLEGEDLY had sex with the woman you refer to. What David Caruso does in his personal life is really no one's business but his. David Caruso - Gabriele Argues Fritzl Does NOT Deserve Maximum Penalty

Guess where we found Gabriele posting? Over on the Vienna, Austria forum on Topix. Using her latest pseudonym "GHZ,"(we already know what the 'G' and the 'H' stand for) Gabriele has taken the unpopular position that Josef Fritzl should not receive the maximum penalty for his atrocities arguing that he didn't kill anyone. Excuse me? Of course, everyone else weighing in on this topic feels otherwise. Gabriele appears to be obsessed with splitting hairs when it comes to Austrian law. I can't imagine why! What has it been, three, maybe four weeks since the first pictures surfaced of David Caruso with his new lady friend, Amina? David Caruso - Lexicon Digital Communications

Today The Stalker Chronicles is taking a much needed break from stalker news (there isn't any)to let everyone know about and link to a great article that appeared on StreamingMedia's site yesterday. Titled, A Whole New Lexicon: David Caruso Launches Online Video Company, it is a well-written insight into the CSI Miami star's new venture. After reading this, I came away very impressed with David's knowledge and business acumen with respect to the digital frontier.

Caruso has teamed up with two other people, also leaders in their respective fields, to form Lexicon Digital Communications. One partner is Nils Lahr whose impressive achievements include being one of the main architects of the Windows Media platform. Caruso's other partner, Frank Nein, has an equally impressive track record which includes web casting events and consulting stints at Bell Atlantic/Verizon. Having formed what appears to be a healthy trifecta of talent with Caruso, Nils Lahr and Frank Nein at the helm, Lexicon Digital Communications is planning to take the digital age to a whole new interactive level. Lexicon has positioned itself to become a pioneer in not only how on-line videos are streamed but how viewers will be able to interact with the content. With the three principals each bringing a different level of expertise to the table, Lexicon stands poised for success.

Many of us will identify with Caruso's observation that different countries in the world see different seasons of CSI: Miami while US viewers are 3 or 4 seasons ahead. Caruso wants to close this gap and we applaud his effort. Stating that "the coming generation isn't interested in traditional entertainment," may become the mantra for the digital age. Walk into any American home on any given day and you undoubtedly will find just as many computers as television sets. More likely than not, the television will be on, but the computer is where the attention will be focused. I think we all know the answer to that one and it appears that Caruso and his team do as well.

David Caruso - Where in the World is Gabriele Huber?

Like yesterday, this site again today is being pummeled with numerous hits by David Caruso's fugitive Austrian stalker, Gabriele Huber. In fact, Huber has already hit this site from her Austrian i.p. address nearly 200 times in the last 24 hours. Some of those visits have been lengthy as well. Yes folks, it appears highly likely that Gabriele, at some point, may have finally returned to Austria to face the music. Why all of the heavy interest in this site, one that Gabriele already visits multiple times on a normal day, remains to be seen however.

With limited details on the case pending against Huber, it is difficult to determine with any certainty what exactly is going on. Huber is obviously working the Austrian legal system to her advantage having now missed two court dates. More surprising, is how Austrian prosecutors appear to have turned a blind eye and enabled Huber to thumb her nose at the law. Huber's first court appearance would have been the arraignment that she famously missed last summer. It's highly likely this was rescheduled, with the date and disposition of the case never being reported in the press.

Presumably Gabriele would have pleaded not guilty at any arraignment hearing and a future trial date would have been set. Prior to her trial scheduled for April 16, 2008, it appears that Gabriele decided to take another 90 day trip outside Austria. Did Gabriele initially head to the neighboring country of Hungary, where during her stay, the inspiration for Vipix's "Eva" was born? Shortly after the press reported Huber had fled, this blog had regular hits from Hungary which in recent weeks have all but disappeared.

Vipix readers of course will remember the Hungarian "Eva" and her unintelligible struggles with the English language. This blogger maintains that "Eva" was simply another one of Huber's many aliases designed to promote the illusion of support and further Huber's ruse on the Internet public. Any translation software could have afforded the same desired effect to deceive the reader.

Next, it appears that Huber may have spent some time in Mexico as there were numerous hits from that country especially with German translations. Other bloggers have confirmed this fact as well. A cautionary tale for those who remain convinced that Gabriele is still in Mexico though. Huber can disguise her location at a moment's notice with any proxy server. We all know how Huber has appeared to be posting from the U.K., Australia and even Texas when disrupting the threads on Topix.

If Huber has indeed returned to her homeland, this is a welcome development. Surely the woman has been advised of the legal consequences of her flight and one would hope that Huber would take any such advice to heart. However, with someone as seriously afflicted with psychosis as Huber seems to be, reasoning with her may be an exercise in futility. As always, stay tuned.
