David Caruso Stalker Threatened Killing Spree 15 Years Ago

David Caruso is probably breathing a heavy sigh of relief following Tuesday's guilty verdict and sentencing of Heidemarie Schnitzer, the mentally unbalanced Austrian woman who threatened to murder him, his daughter and Liza Marquez. Details from the trial transcript have been emerging ever since with the most shocking being Schnitzer's a repeat offender. In the 1990s, Caruso's intrepid stalker threatened an ex-boyfriend following the break-up of their relationship. Charges were filed and Schnitzer was tried and convicted. We do not know the disposition of that case but it seems certain whatever punishment was handed down failed to rehabilitate the recalcitrant Schnitzer.

Today, The Austrian Times is confirming these reports adding chilling details after speaking with prosecutors involved with Tuesday's trial. Not only does Schnitzer sport a record with a prior conviction for making threats, she told her attorney at the time that she was capable of a "killing spree". During Schnitzer's prior legal entanglements she underwent a psychiatric evaluation and was diagnosed with "multiple personality disorder", the same conclusion Dr. Karin Treichl reached after evaluating Schnitzer in 2007. Dr. Treichl's assessment further stated that Schnitzer had the potential for turning deadly at a moment's notice.

This recent news is quite unsettling in many respects. Schnitzer obviously didn't respond to any psychiatric care in the past if there was any and if she had, perhaps the David Caruso stalking debacle might have been averted altogether. As The Stalker Chronicles has stated before, Schnitzer does not appear to be an individual who will respond to rehabilitation efforts. Whether she's released in a year or three years, we fear she will resume where she left off. Sadly, Schnitzer is looking more and more like a copy-cat Margaret Mary Ray, the woman who stalked CBS' David Letterman for ten years and ultimately committed suicide.

The fact that David Caruso's fugitive Austrian stalker has chosen a life of crime and abandoned her own children to do so is so sad that it bears repeating whenever similar cases draw comparisons. Today it has been widely reported that Roman Polanski, the academy award winning film director, has sought to end his exile by filing a Motion to Dismiss the case against him with a Los Angeles Court. Presiding Judge Peter Espinoza denied Polanski's Motion on the grounds that Polanski has no standing to file it as long as he remains a fugitive. However, the Judge stated if Polanski would return by May 7, 2009, he would agree to re-hear it.

Polanski fled to France in 1978 after failing to appear for a Los Angeles court hearing after he plead guilty to having sex with a 13 year-old girl. Polanski's French citizenship makes it impossible for the U.S. to extradite him, however, if Polanski ever tries to enter the U.S. he will be arrested. For those who claim this is not related, bear in mind that Schnitzer has posted pornographic comments about David Caruso's two-year old son on an Internet site.

Polanski has waited over thirty years to set foot on U.S. soil. How long will Heidemarie Schnitzer wait before it dawns on her what she has given up to pursue a life of crime? Two children that we know of and a homeland she loves are now memories for Schnitzer. David Caruso - Stalking Under Reported According to NY Times

In today's Sunday New York Times, Elizabeth Olson reports that the first in-depth federal study looking into the prevalence of stalking found that only one in three cases is ever reported to law enforcement. Many states are working to change existing laws making stalking a felony as opposed to a misdemeanor in hopes that more victims will come forward and report the crime. Austria's Minister of Justice Dr. Maria Berger, who has taken a personal interest in the David Caruso stalker case, is also a tireless advocate for stronger anti-stalking laws in her country.

The following are excerpts from "Though Many Are Stalked, Few Report It, Study Finds:"

"Whether they are obsessed fans fixating on celebrities...stalkers...typically invoke spurned love--real or imagined--to defend their actions...'Often stalkers want to make their victims fearful,' said Eugene A. Rugala, a former F.B.I. profiler who advises on workplace threats." David Caruso's stalker Heidemarie Schnitzer sent the above death threat letter to Caruso in care of CBS Studios for the purpose of inducing fear in her prey.

" 'Stalking is treated like domestic violence was 20 or 25 years ago,' said Mary Lou Leary, executive director of the National Center for Victims of Crime and a former federal prosecutor. 'Law enforcement is often suspicious or cynical, but is now beginning to deal with stalking as a crime.' " Perhaps this accounts for Austria and Mexico's failure to swiftly locate Schnitzer and bring some closure to this matter.

According to one stalking victim Cameron Wallace, whose perpetrator Ryan Clutter is now serving a 13 year sentence, "Mr. Clutter called 'at 1 a.m.and said I had 30 days to get out of the house or he would kill me and my husband,' she recalled. 'That's when I really started getting scared.'...Three years later [Clutter] broke into her house and then, by e-mail sent her a photograph he had taken of her sleeping. When the police searched his apartment, they found a kind of shrine to Ms. Wallace, with stolen articles of her clothing." According to witnesses who wish to remain anonymous, Schnitzer had a "shrine" to David Caruso when she worked for the University of Innsbruck's Medical Center. Her office walls were literally plastered with Caruso photos and memorabilia.

Although stalking is illegal in all 50 states, laws need to be made tougher for perpetrators. "...Incarceration..[is] not enough; stalkers also 'require individualized treatment... They almost never admit something is wrong with them.' David Caruso - Stalker's Personality Disorder Similar to Josef Fritzl's

To date, little is known about Heidemarie Schnitzer's childhood and what events may have contributed to her psychotic adult behavior. Was Schnitzer abused as a child or perhaps abandoned? Or is Schnitzer's condition hereditary much like that of the late Margaret Mary Ray, David Letterman's stalker? For those familiar with Casey Anthony, the Florida mother accused of murdering her daughter, many psychiatric experts have stated that Anthony lacks a conscience rendering her incapable of love for anyone other than herself. Schnitzer too appears to be afflicted with this same mental incapacity. Was she born to stalk?

With Josef Fritzl scheduled to be tried next month for his heinous crimes, a closer look at his psychiatric examination reveals striking similarities to Dr. Karin Treichl's evaluation of Schnitzer. Dr. Adelheid Kastner of the Wagner-Jauregg psychiatric clinic in Linz, Austria prepared a 130 page report detailing her extensive examination of Fritzl. Kastner concluded the following:

“He was not only incredibly able to lead a double life but also managed to maintain a triple life without any problems,” Dr Kastner wrote, indicating that Fritzl played down the gravity of his crimes in his mind.
“Mr Fritzl resembles a volcano; under the surface that appears almost banal there is an evil streak. He is torn apart by his desires that he cannot master,” Dr Kastner wrote.
The report declared Fritzl clinically sane and fit for trial, but also diagnosed a “severe combined personality disorder and a sexual disorder”.
“It is to be expected that Mr Fritzl would perpetrate deeds with severe consequences also in the future,” Dr Kastner concluded.

According to Kastner, Fritzl's dysfunctional childhood contributed to his heinous adult behavior and criminal proclivities. Compare Kastner's diagnosis of Fritzl to Dr. Treichl's diagnosis of Schnitzer who concluded that Schnitzer suffered from a "severe personality disorder" with the potential for turning dangerous. Mexico, where Schnitzer remains on the run, has a human volcano ready to erupt without notice residing illegally in their midst. Daily on multiple Internet sites, Schnitzer maintains a "double life" and downplays her crimes against Caruso and his family. If provoked by impending capture, Schnitzer's repressed "evil streak" poses a serious threat to Mexico's citizenry. Officials close to this story continue to express grave concerns for David Caruso and his family members should Schnitzer manage to breach the US/Mexico border and travel to Los Angeles.

UPDATE: On April 14, 2009, Innsbruck Judge Guenther Boehler convicted and sentenced Heidemarie Schnitzer for stalking and threatening to murder David Caruso. Schnitzer is currently serving time in an Austrian prison to be followed by incarceration in a mental institution.

Mention the name Margaret Mary Ray in the same sentence with Heidemarie Schnitzer, David Caruso's fugitive Austrian stalker, and Schnitzer's back goes way up. With fewer and fewer sites welcoming Schnitzer and her psychotic posts, she's been relegated to IMDb's unmoderated abyss. Much like she did on TVGuide.com's now defunct forums, Schnitzer manipulates the threads when normal people with normal lives sleep. Schnitzer thinks if she pushes posts containing the truth farther and farther from the top, they will somehow magically disappear.

Comparisons between David Letterman's stalker the late Margaret Mary Ray and Caruso's stalker have become widespread. Most agree that Schnitzer is the 21st century's version of Ray on steroids with Internet access. Although many joke about Schnitzer and her cyberspace exploits, like Ray, Schnitzer has become a poster child for mental illness and the lives it destroys.

The Stalker Chronicles was recently tipped off that Schnitzer had abandoned not one, but two children. Ray herself abandoned four to stalk Letterman. For several days now, Schnitzer has gone to extraordinary lengths to deny that she has two children which really should come as no surprise. When photos of her daughter Katharina Sophie surfaced last summer, Schnitzer denied Katharina was her child as well.

It is highly likely that Schnitzer suffers from the same brain disorder that plagued Margaret Mary Ray. Schizophrenia, which manifests as severe mood swings and incoherent behavior accompanied by visual and auditory hallucinations are classic symptoms exhibited through Schnitzer's Internet rampage to destroy David Caruso. Schnitzer fashions herself as Caruso's companion. Whenever photos are published of Caruso with another woman, Schnitzer goes into a tailspin posting hostile attacks. Oftentimes the attacks are so vicious and incoherent one wonders if Schnitzer is using drugs or perhaps drinking.

Schnitzer's impulsiveness and total lack of sense of right and wrong are further signs of a mental imbalance. Hiding behind hundreds of pseudonyms for no other reason but to wreak vengeance and give the appearance of support where none exists confirms that Schnitzer's condition is deteriorating.

If, like Margaret Mary Ray, Schnitzer's family has tried to prevail upon her to get help, she has resisted those efforts. Ray spent time in jail and psychiatric hospitals but reportedly would stop using her meds when she started feeling better. If Schnitzer has ever been on any type of medication, it has failed to control her obsession with David Caruso and the accompanying delusions. Ray's crimes amounted to nothing more than trespassing and burglary. Schnitzer, on the other hand, has threatened the lives of three people. The sad story of Heidemarie Schnitzer will end soon. David Caruso - Stalker Fled Leaving Both Children Behind

Last August, an Austrian blog reported that David Caruso's fugitive Austrian stalker Heidemarie Schnitzer was the "Mutter von zwei Kindern." Translated this means "Mother of two children". Later in this same blog, the author stated when Schnitzer fled to avoid prosecution, she "ließ ihre beiden Kinder in Tirol." Translated this means when Schnitzer fled Austria "she left both children behind in Tirol." Last week here at The Stalker Chronicles, we took a closer look at this photo. And although it could be a pure coincidence, the young boy in this photo bears a striking resemblance to Christian Putzer, the father of Katharina Sophie, Heidemarie's daughter. Are the children pictured above brother and sister?

It's unimaginable that Schnitzer would abandon even one child, much less two to hunt down David Caruso and follow through with her murder threats. If what we suspect is true and this young boy is Schnitzer's other child, who is caring for him and his sister while their mentally unbalanced Mother gallivants around Mexico's Baja peninsula trying to avoid capture by Mexican authorities? Sadly, Schnitzer's behavior is similar to that of the late Margaret Mary Ray, David Letterman's stalker. Ray too had children that she abandoned to pursue stalking David Letterman.

Moreover, how terribly pathetic for Schnitzer's two children who are now old enough to use a computer and access the Internet. They have more than likely googled Schnitzer's name and if they haven't, surely their friends have. How dejected these children must have felt when they learned their own Mother had vanished from their lives after criminally stalking and threatening to end the lives of three people. Schnitzer clearly had no concerns for the well-being of her children when she chose this path. With a diagnosis of "severe personality disorder" nothing Schnitzer does anymore has any element of surprise.

So long to Vipix and not a moment too soon. For those unaware, Vipix was a French website maintained by two celebrity photographers who fell under the spell of Heidi Schnitzer, David Caruso's fugitive Austrian stalker. At Schnitzer's unrelenting urging, Sebastian and his partner followed David Caruso around until they got Schnitzer's desperately sought photos. Weeks back however, the owners announced that the site was being closed and no new photos would be published. Unfortunately, the comments section remained open until yesterday and became nothing more than an unmoderated abyss where Schnitzer thrived.

Schnitzer stole screen names, libeled and slandered David Caruso, his family, friends and professional associates. When anyone challenged her, Schnitzer resorted to childish pranks, name calling and posting obscenities with regularity. The forum essentially became Schnitzer's killing field to promote her anti-David Caruso agenda and cast aspersions on anyone who opposed her.

The site is history now and Schnitzer has one less place to defame David Caruso and the bloggers who oppose her. Other Boards and sites have been issued warnings that Schnitzer is lurking in search of a new home; one preferably unmoderated where she can continue her Internet rampage. We will continue to track Schnitzer's movements and post advisories as necessary.

David Caruso - Stalker Update From Austrian Times

Although a number of Austrian articles updating the David Caruso stalker situation have appeared over the last several days, this is the only one thus far to appear in English. There is no new information in this article. We already knew most of this from the Associated Press article which appeared four months ago. Why the Austrian press doesn't seem to have a clue that Schnitzer is in Tijuana, Mexico remains unseen. In any event, here's the English translation:

"Police have issued an arrest warrant for the Austrian woman who stalked Hollywood star David Caruso after she failed to turn up at her trial in Innsbruck.
Prosecutors allege the woman sent more than 100 letters to the CSI Miami actor and religiously pursued the 52-year-old for an autograph. But when Caruso refused to provide her one, she wrote letters threatening to kill him and the co-stars of the successful series. In one letter, posted in Miami, the Tyrolean wrote: "I will kill you and your ugly Latino bitch."
Authorities have identified the defendant only as a 41-year-old native of Innsbruck. She was arrested in Austria after a joint investigation by the FBI and Austrian police last year.
Two court case dates have been scheduled since then but the woman failed to turn up for both of them. Judge Günther Böhler held the trial without the defendant being physically present but after the suspect failed to turn up on the second trial day, the court ordered a warrant. Family members say they do not know where the woman is.
It is unclear why the woman, whom her attorney Günther Gast has yet to meet, would become a stalker and write someone death threats. She has a family and was successful with her work.
A psychiatrist for the court says that she is probably suffering from a personality disorder and she should be found as there is a possibility she could become dangerous"

David Caruso and David Letterman - Two Stalkers with One Major Difference

With the news spreading about David Caruso's fugitive Austrian stalker Heidi Schnitzer, comparisons are being drawn to another CBS celebrity, David Letterman. For years, Letterman was stalked and hounded by Margaret Mary Ray. Breaking into Letterman's home, trespassing on his property and stealing his auto were but a few of Ray's attempts to be close to the object of her desire. Ray's somewhat dubious fame sprang from years of mental illness and as this article details ended tragically.

After reading this horrific tale of Ray's delusions of a relationship with David Letterman, the similarities to Heidi Schnitzer's stalking of David Caruso became chilling. There was one major difference however. Unlike Heidi Schnitzer, Margaret Mary Ray NEVER threatened to murder Letterman and members of his family. As we all know, Schnitzer has threatened Caruso, his daughter Greta and Liza Marquez with murder. It is feared that Schnitzer may be planning to make good on these threats in the very near future. Like Margaret Mary Ray, Heidi Schnitzer is in serious need of professional intervention if she is ever to recover from her stalking addiction. Until Schnitzer takes that critical first step and surrenders to authorities, she will never receive the help she so desperately needs. David Caruso - Schnitzer's Arrest Warrant As Reported by The Associated Press April 16, 2008

With Vipix gone and all five of Schnitzer's screen names now banned by Digg , David Caruso's fugitive Austrian stalker finds herself in a major tailspin. Regrouping later this afternoon, Schnitzer began attacking this blogger's credibility once again by touting the absurd claim that an arrest warrant had never been issued until last week. We all know how Heidi claims over and over again that she is not the woman sought for stalking so the question begs, why is she so interested in all of this?

The Stalker Chronicles stands by its previous report that an arrest warrant was issued in April, 2008. And to back up our claim, here's the April 16, 2008 article published by the Associated Press reporting that Schnitzer fled Austria to avoid being prosecuted on charges she stalked and threatened to murder David Caruso and two others. Note the mention that a Judge signed an arrest warrant:

A 2007 letter allegedly containing the threat bore a Miami postmark and showed up in Caruso's fan mail, Austrian authorities said. They said it read in part: "I will locate you and your ugly Latina tramp and kill you."The 52-year-old Caruso is the star of the CBS series and plays Miami police Lt. Horatio Caine.It was unclear whether the Latina reference alluded to actress Alana De La Garza, who played Caruso's TV wife until her character was gunned down by drug dealers.

Because of the location of the trial, Austrian media have dubbed the affair "CSI: Innsbruck."The Austria Press Agency reported Wednesday that Karin Treichl, a court-appointed psychiatrist, testified that the suspect had been diagnosed with a "profound personality disorder."

Officials said the woman originally had been ordered to appear in court in July 2007, but was outside the country at the time and never showed up, delaying the proceedings until this week.

If convicted, she faces up to three years' imprisonment under Austria's recently toughened anti-stalking law, and the possibility of additional time if charged, tried and convicted on related charges of eluding justice.

David Caruso - Digg Deletes Schnitzer and Vivica Deflates Rumor

Call it Double Whammy Thursday. But whatever you call it, suffice it to say it hasn't been a good day for Heidi Schnitzer, David Caruso's fugitive Austrian stalker. First, Vivica A. Fox appeared on NBC's Late Night with Conan O'Brien and quashed Schnitzer's latest rumor. Shortly afterwards, Digg banned all of Schnitzer's pseudonyms and deleted all related content. See side bar for Digg-related names.

Like a cockroach infestation though Schnitzer reappeared on Digg within an hour of being deleted. This time she was posting under her newly created name "SlyGirl2008." And post she did! Schnitzer spammed Digg with her usual anti-David Caruso posts. Digg Moderators however were having nothing to do with it and acted swiftly by banning her new name as well as all of Schnitzer's newly posted content.

A round of applause goes to Digg for cleaning up the David Caruso thread and to whoever took the time to report Schnitzer's abuse. David Caruso - ACE Forced to Close David Caruso Stalker Thread

BREAKING NEWS: The prolific blogger ACE has fallen victim to David Caruso's stalker, Heidi Schnitzer. In February, 2008, ACE posted an article titled "David Caruso Hate Site." http://minx.cc/?post=255222 Within hours, ACE was forced to remove the link to Schnitzer's hate site after she spammed his comments section using multiple pseudonyms. For six months, Schnitzer continued to spam this site posting comments containing nothing but gibberish. One theory has it that she used the site to gauge how her location would show up on other blogger's traffic stats. Schnitzer's last comment as "Peony Boy" was posted on August 11, 2008.

After being informed that Schnitzer had waged a six month long spam session at ACE's expense, he closed the thread today at 10:02 a.m. Don't feel bad ACE! You're not the first and you won't be the last. Here's ACE's final word on Schnitzer, David Caruso's deranged stalker:

Well, that was strange.

I shouldn't have posted that link in the first place. I just thought it was odd that Caruso had a hate site against him. Plus I'm sort of fascinated with the sunglasses off/sunglasses on thing.

If you read the comments to the thread, it looks like the hate-site writer came in and posted under a lot of aliases here (the bjMoP hash comes up again and again).

Sarkhanne says she's a stalker, which, you know, strikes me as a no-brainer; who else makes a single-person hate site? At least cast the net a little wider and make it the Catholics or the Jews or something. Have some ambition.

He predicted she would just keep posting here and she seems to have done so.

Anyway, I thought the link was worthwhile just for its oddness, but it seems to have opened up a big can of strange I don't need, so I shut comments down there and took down the link. I'm getting a Deb Frisch vibe which I should have seen coming.

It seems Heidi Schnitzer can run, but she can't hide. David Caruso's fugitive Austrian stalker seems to be finding out just how small the world really is. Over the weekend, Marcus J. Oswold from an online Austrian news magazine paid The Stalker Chronicles a visit. When we checked out his site, we found this article about Heidi Schnitzer detailing her stalking and threatening to murder CSI Miami's David Caruso and two other people. This site also published Schnitzer's photo something we mistakenly believed no one in Austria would do.

Our efforts to get the word out about CBS' latest celebrity stalker is paying off in spades with Schnitzer feeling the heat. When you go to this site and read the comments, note that the person posting as "Anna" is none other than Schnitzer trying to divert attention from herself and the fact that she remains on the lam in Tijuana, Mexico avoiding execution of an outstanding arrest warrant.

Schnitzer also spammed CBS' CSI Miami Board as "Keisha 1234" this past weekend proclaiming her innocence. Her pleas have fallen on deaf ears though. As always, The Stalker Chronicles will continue its efforts to keep this story in the news. An Austrian psychiatrist, Karin Treichl, has diagnosed Schnitzer with a severe personality disorder with the potential of becoming dangerous. David Caruso's Stalker Heidemarie Schnitzer: Margaret Ray on Steroids

In the 90's, CBS' David Letterman unwittingly became the victim of a celebrity stalker. Although Letterman's stalker Margaret Mary Ray suffered from schizophrenia, her stalking amounted to nothing more than annoying exploits in harassment. Ten years later, CBS again finds one of their own hounded by a stalker. For the last two years, CSI Miami's David Caruso has been physically and mentally stalked by a deranged Austrian woman, Heidemarie Schnitzer. Karin Treichl, her court-appointed psychiatrist, has diagnosed Schnitzer as suffering from a profound personality disorder capable of becoming dangerous.

The differences between Ray and Schnitzer are alarming. Letterman's stalker convinced herself she was romantically involved with the star and repeatedly broke into his home, stole his car and even camped out on his tennis court at one point. Heidemarie Schnitzer, on the other hand, has written a letter to David Caruso threatening to murder him and Liza Marquez stating that she (Schnitzer) would start by murdering Caruso's grown daughter, Greta.

Schnitzer went off the deep end when she demanded and never received an autograph from David Caruso. Schnitzer then mailed Caruso a death threat in care of CBS Studios. Anyone familiar with the blogger in question knows she would never promote gossip especially on another site. Because Schnitzer's personality disorder has progressed into the advanced stages, the Internet has become fraught with evidence that she'll stop at nothing to save her own skin.

Two years ago, Schnitzer had the Internet virtually to herself to wage a personal war against Caruso. Now however, the tide has turned and Schnitzer has gone on a rampage against those of us who have exposed her.

When compared to Letterman's stalker, Heidemarie Schnitzer is Margaret Mary Ray on steroids. Schnitzer's antics, including boasting on websites about crossing into the U.S. to carry out her death threats against David Caruso, make Ray's pranks look like the stuff of an infatuated school girl. With Schnitzer lying in wait in Tijuana minutes south of the California/Mexico border, officials are privately concerned about the grave implications she poses should she succeed in crossing undetected into the U.S.

Schnitzer's all out efforts to discredit this blog and any that expose her are symptoms of extreme mental illness. Stealing other's names to promote her sick agenda against David Caruso is a cry for help. Is Schnitzer desperate enough to commit murder? Does anyone really want to find out?

David Caruso - CSI Tijuana: Adelita Bar Issues Pink Slip to Schnitzer

Early last week, Heidi Schnitzer's Internet hours increased dramatically. Informed sources now tell us that Tijuana's Adelita Bar issued Heidi her walking papers after receiving numerous complaints. Loyal patrons reportedly required several visits to local area clinics for penicillin treatments after availing themselves of Schnitzer's "services." Narrowly averting an epidemic of STDs, the Adelita Bar acted swiftly relieving Schnitzer of all duties.

Schnitzer's loss of employment couldn't have happened at a worst possible time. With her plans to illegally enter the U.S. hanging in the balance, Schnitzer may be forced to postpone her attempt. Complicating matters is the sizable deposit Schnitzer paid a human trafficker as down payment for aid in crossing into the U.S. Final payment for border crossing services would have been due prior to the actual attempt. Schnitzer now finds herself penniless faced with the prospect of postponing the crossing and losing her non-refundable deposit.

Schnitzer's entrepreneurial skills will be sorely tested in the upcoming days. Meet Leonard Padilla of WantedFugitives . Leonard, pictured above wearing the hat, has made headlines in recent days for his efforts to post bond for the mother of missing toddler Caylee Anthony. The mother, Casey Anthony, was incarcerated in an Orlando, Florida jail after reporting her daughter missing a month after the fact. Padilla was to have posted bond for the alleged negligent mom yesterday followed by Anthony's immediate release. Burdensome paperwork has delayed the process and Anthony remains in jail.

With the break in action down in Orlando, we were wondering if Mr. Padilla might be available for a brief assignment in Tijuana, Mexico. Nothing too terribly involved just a short detour to grab Heidemarie Schnitzer, David Caruso's fugitive Austrian stalker. It won't take long because Heidemarie's not too terribly hard to recognize. Heidi is a working girl in the Zona Norte area of town where she has recently become self-employed. Seems some of the regulars at her former employer, the Adelita Bar and Coahuila Hotel had started complaining about doctor visits, penicillin and such forcing the bar to terminate her employment.

David Caruso - Murder Threat Made by Stalker

David Caruso follows a long list of celebrities, Conan O'Brien, Jodie Foster and David Letterman among others, who have been stalked by deranged fans.

The woman pictured in this photo is Heidemarie Schnitzer, an Austrian national who threatened to murder David Caruso and his companion, Liza Marquez, last summer. Schnitzer wrote Caruso hundreds of letters demanding an autograph. When none was forthcoming, she spiraled out of control and made threats of bodily harm.

The FBI became involved and sought the assistance of Austrian authorities in bringing this woman to justice. After Schnitzer was indicted for stalking and making criminal threats, she skipped out on a scheduled court appearance and fled to Mexico. She was later captured and returned to Austria.

She has been denied future entry into the US and is now waging an all out hate campaign against David Caruso on the Internet. If anyone has information on this dangerous woman, please contact local authorities or the FBI.
