How nice to log-on to the Internet today and see absolutely no signs of Heidemarie Schnitzer's all consuming hatred of David Caruso, his children, the women he dates and his hit television show CSI: Miami. Her usual haunts are silent and appear to be back to normal. Two other blogs where Schnitzer managed to hoodwink the owners with her obtuse charade are baffled by her absence however. Schnitzer in her madness had those bloggers believing she was just another nice polite person posting benign comments. Will the fact that their dear beloved "Vixen" (pseudonym for Schnitzer) is MIA wake them up to who and what she really is?
Although the news of Schnitzer's arrest hit the wires mid-afternoon Friday in North America, most Europeans had just settled in for the evening. This morning the continent awoke learning of Schnitzer's fate. There is one major difference though between European and American media outlets. The European papers will not publish Schnitzer's name or photo due to strict privacy laws that protect her until time of conviction. Private bloggers however appear not to be under the same constraints.
Mexico's El Sol de Tijuana is reporting this morning that Schnitzer has been turned over to Immigration with Interpol scheduled to take custody of her later this weekend. Schnitzer will be flown back to Austria and jailed until time of trial. Now a known flight risk, bail will be out of the question. At the time of trial, Austrian prosecutors will attempt to prove that Schnitzer stalked, mailed a death threat to David Caruso, twice failed to appear for Court hearings and ultimately fled the jurisdiction to avoid prosecution.
For the time being, Schnitzer's Internet maelstrom has ceased and with any luck it will be permanent. Be forewarned though, many penal institutions have limited Internet access for inmates. The Internet could once again be subjected to this woman's mentally unbalanced diatribes albeit severely curtailed. But if Schnitzer receives the psychiatric care she so desperately needs, we can only hope we have seen the last of her.

David Caruso - Stalker Fled Leaving Both Children Behind
Last August, an Austrian blog reported that David Caruso's fugitive Austrian stalker Heidemarie Schnitzer was the "Mutter von zwei Kindern." Translated this means "Mother of two children". Later in this same blog, the author stated when Schnitzer fled to avoid prosecution, she "ließ ihre beiden Kinder in Tirol." Translated this means when Schnitzer fled Austria "she left both children behind in Tirol." Last week here at The Stalker Chronicles, we took a closer look at this photo. And although it could be a pure coincidence, the young boy in this photo bears a striking resemblance to Christian Putzer, the father of Katharina Sophie, Heidemarie's daughter. Are the children pictured above brother and sister?
It's unimaginable that Schnitzer would abandon even one child, much less two to hunt down David Caruso and follow through with her murder threats. If what we suspect is true and this young boy is Schnitzer's other child, who is caring for him and his sister while their mentally unbalanced Mother gallivants around Mexico's Baja peninsula trying to avoid capture by Mexican authorities? Sadly, Schnitzer's behavior is similar to that of the late Margaret Mary Ray, David Letterman's stalker. Ray too had children that she abandoned to pursue stalking David Letterman.
Moreover, how terribly pathetic for Schnitzer's two children who are now old enough to use a computer and access the Internet. They have more than likely googled Schnitzer's name and if they haven't, surely their friends have. How dejected these children must have felt when they learned their own Mother had vanished from their lives after criminally stalking and threatening to end the lives of three people. Schnitzer clearly had no concerns for the well-being of her children when she chose this path. With a diagnosis of "severe personality disorder" nothing Schnitzer does anymore has any element of surprise.
Heidemarie Schnitzer remains at large on Mexico's Baja peninsula wanted on an International Warrant for threatening to murder CSI Miami's David Caruso and for fleeing Austria to avoid prosecution thereof. Schnitzer is armed and considered to be extremely dangerous. Please do not attempt to apprehend this woman. David Caruso - Stalker Remains At Large In Mexico

CBS' concerns for David Caruso's safety continue to be top priority for security officials at the Manhattan Beach studios where CSI Miami is filmed. It has been over six months since Schnitzer fled Austria to avoid prosecution on stalking and sending death threats. In recent weeks as well, sources requesting anonymity have reported that fears are mounting for the safety of David Caruso's two tots. With Schnitzer hiding out just south of the U.S. border in Tijuana, Mexico, it's only a matter of time before she breaches border security and travels to Los Angeles to carry out her death threats.
Back in the 90's, another CBS star became the unfortunate victim of a celebrity stalker. While David Letterman's stalker Margaret Mary Ray suffered from schizophrenia, Ray's stalking exploits amounted to nothing more than harassment.
Ten years later, CBS again finds another one of their own hounded by a stalker. For the last two years, CSI Miami's David Caruso has been physically and mentally stalked by a deranged Austrian woman, Heidi Schnitzer. Dr. Karin Treichl, the court-appointed Austrian psychiatrist, has diagnosed Schnitzer as suffering from profound personality disorder capable of becoming dangerous.
The differences between Margaret Ray and Heidi Schnitzer are alarming. Letterman's stalker convinced herself she was romantically involved with the star and repeatedly broke into his home, stole his car and even camped out on his tennis court at one point. Heidi Schnitzer, on the other hand, has authored a death threat letter and mailed it to David Caruso. In it Schnitzer threatened to murder Caruso and Liza Marquez stating that she (Schnitzer) would start off by first killing Caruso's grown daughter, Greta Caruso.
Two years ago, Schnitzer went off the deep end after never receiving a requested autograph from David Caruso. Schnitzer wasted no time devolving into a hate-obsessed celebrity stalker and mailing a death threat to Caruso in care of CBS Studios. Schnitzer also employed the Internet not only as an offensive weapon to defame and slander Caruso, but to thumb her nose at authorities who have not been able to capture her.
When compared to Letterman's stalker, Heidi Schnitzer is Margaret Mary Ray on steroids. Schnitzer antics, including her boasting on websites about crossing into the U.S. to carry out her death threats against David Caruso, make Ray's pranks look like the stuff of an infatuated school girl.

David Caruso - Stalker Guilty of Violating Mexican Immigration Laws

First, let me thank all of the many friends in Mexico who provided me with the information necessary for this post including names and telephone numbers for law enforcement officials. It's a monumental task tracking down Heidi Schnitzer, David Caruso's fugitive Austrian stalker, and I couldn't do it without these most helpful individuals. As requested, no names will be published. Doing so would only subject innocent people to an onslaught of Internet attacks by Schnitzer. Many readers have sent e-mails asking how Schnitzer is able to work in a foreign country given the fact that she is a fugitive with an outstanding warrant on her head. The short answer is Schnitzer cannot do so legally. However, keep in mind that Schnitzer isn't your average law-abiding citizen.
Mexican immigration law dictates that foreigners cannot work in Mexico if they would be taking a job away from a Mexican citizen. If a foreigner was able to find a job that no Mexican national would do, then they would need to have a work visa. In order to obtain a work visa, one must possess proper documentation from their own country. Schnitzer may indeed have the proper documentation but she wouldn't be stupid enough to try to obtain a work visa, not legally at least. Doing so would run the risk she would be arrested and deported to Austria.
Although failure to obey Mexican immigration laws could result in anything from deportation to a jail term, the harsh reality in Mexico is that the right hand doesn't know and rarely cares what the left hand is doing. Schnitzer has more than likely managed to get work either because she or her partner in crime, Christian Putzer, have connections in Mexico who will employ foreigners without papers. Schnitzer no doubt is also being paid under the table. Although Mexican law prohibits this according to the sources for this article, no one really enforces it. Private Mexican employers are not routinely hassled by the federal government making it easy for this illegal practice to thrive.
Guess it wasn't enough for Schnitzer to violate Section 107 of the Austrian Criminal Code when she stalked and threatened to murder David Caruso and two others. Now Schnitzer is clearly in violation of the laws of Mexico where she remains at large evading an arrest warrant.

David Caruso - Hubris: O.J. and Schnitzers' Achilles Heel

Many upon learning that O.J. Simpson had been found guilty by a Nevada jury saw it as long overdue poetic justice. For thirteen years, Simpson has walked as a free man flaunting the fact he beat a system that acquitted him for the 1994 double murder many believe he committed. Even in the midst of his most recent legal troubles, Simpson has comported with his usual "I am not guilty" air. This time however the justice system caught up with him.
Like O.J., David Caruso's fugitive Austrian stalker, Heidi Schnitzer, will ultimately have her comeuppance as well. Schnitzer has always claimed she has not done anything wrong and behaved as if she too is above the law. Skipping out on two court dates and twice fleeing Austria to avoid execution of a European Arrest Warrant have only compounded matters for Schnitzer. Thinking she's safe from the long-arm of EU justice, Schnitzer's guilt is evident if only in the many ostentatious denials she's posted on the Internet.
Schnitzer will eventually slip up either committing the crimes she has threatened or doing something incredibly stupid that will result in her arrest. Grant, thirteen years is a long time to wait for justice, but the families of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman probably are not complaining. It's highly unlikely David Caruso will voice any resentment once Schnitzer is captured.

David Caruso - Judge Bohler's Photo and E-Mail Address

Meet Gunther Bohler, the Austrian Judge presiding over the Heidi Schnitzer criminal stalking matter. Judge Bohler issued a warrant for Schnitzer's immediate arrest when she fled in April, 2008 to avoid prosecution on charges she stalked and threatened to murder CSI Miami's David Caruso, Greta Caruso and Liza Marquez. According to news sources, Judge Bohler conducted the trial in absentia after Schnitzer twice failed to appear.
After some lengthy research, we uncovered not only the above photo but an e-mail address for Judge Bohler. With Schnitzer's latest rigged poll indicating another veiled threat of death directed at David Caruso, we thought Judge Bohler would like to see some additional evidence of Schnitzer's irrefutable guilt. We have already forwarded examples to him along with location information for Schnitzer.
For those of you who would like to contact Judge Bohler with any additional evidence, he can be e-mailed at:
Our deepest thanks to Dojo for enlarging the photo of the Judge--something we were unable to accomplish.

David Caruso - Woman Stabbed Over Internet Access

Has Heidi Schnitzer, David Caruso's fugitive Austrian stalker, managed to illegally enter the U.S.? The following story from the San Diego-Union Tribune details an altercation over Internet access between a man and an unidentified woman that resulted in a stabbing. If the woman was Heidi, could the man involved possibly have interrupted Schnitzer while she was updating her many anti-David Caruso blogs with additional slander and libel? There have been over 50 comments on this story all well worth reading--they are priceless to say the least:
7:32 a.m. September 26, 2008
The woman and the 23-year-old man accused of attacking her live at the Dustin Arms Hotel on
The two began to argue around midnight and the man got a steak knife and stabbed the woman in the neck, chin and chest. He was arrested. She was taken to a hospital where her wounds were said to be not life-threatening, police said.

David Caruso - A Challenge to Schnitzer

In a desperate bid to divert attention from her own plight after threatening to kill David Caruso, Greta Caruso and Liza Marquez, Heidi Schnitzer has been touting the preposterous allegation that this blogger, not her, is "Heidi Schnitzer". Therefore, we would like to issue a challenge to Schnitzer as we feel it's high time to clear up this matter once and for all. Let's see if Schnitzer can put her money where her mouth is.
Over the last several months, I have voluntarily provided my personal information to both the FBI and the U.S. Border Patrol including my name, address, phone number and the fact that I maintain this blog. We would like to help Schnitzer prove her theory by challenging her to do the same. As a helpful courtesy to Schnitzer, the FBI can be reached at 1-310-477-6565. The U.S. Border Patrol can be reached at 1-800-232-5378.
In spite of the fact that the FBI and the US Border Patrol have information on me, I have never been arrested for stalking and threatening to murder David Caruso and two other people. Why, we ask, would either of these law enforcement agencies knowingly allow a dangerous celebrity stalker to roam free posing a threat to Caruso and his family? They wouldn't.
We wait with bated breath to hear from the individual who proclaims she's not the stalker, maintains multiple "Hate David Caruso" blogs and never misses an opportunity to spam David Caruso fan sites. Good luck to you Heidi because this is the best offer you will ever have to prove your innocence once and for all. Will Schnitzer accept the challenge and make it an open and shut case? We highly doubt it!
The U.S. Border Patrol has been placed on high alert and has photos of Heidi Schnitzer at all check points. For those traveling to the Southern California/Tijuana, Mexico area please be on the look out for Schnitzer. She is likely armed and considered dangerous. Report all suspicious activity to the Border Patrol at 1-800-232-5378. Or contact the local police in Tijuana, the U.S. FBI or Austria's Bundeskriminalamt at +43-(0)1-531 26-0.

David Caruso - Schnitzer's Arrest Warrant Won't Disappear
Heidi Schnitzer's attacks on the credibility of The Stalker Chronicles continues. Attacks designed to divert attention away from the fact that she remains a fugitive from justice after threatening to murder David Caruso and two other people. Apparently Schnitzer figures that by simply clicking her Internet heels this story will magically disappear. Don't bank on it!
Last April after Schnitzer fled Austria, a European Arrest Warrant valid in the European Union was executed by an Austrian court. The warrant remains in full force and effect even though Schnitzer has chosen to hide out in Tijuana, Mexico. Under the false impression that she is safe and secure in another country outside the European Union's long arm of justice will ultimately be Schnitzer's undoing.
Two years ago things were quite different though. Schnitzer had the Internet landscape all to herself to slander and defame David Caruso. That has changed thanks in large part to the heroic efforts to get the truth out by a few dedicated bloggers.
Much like last month when the publishing of the long awaited photos of Heidemarie Schnitzer resulted in her pathetic and desperate Internet denials, Schnitzer is at it again. Over the last several days Schnitzer has spiraled out of control after The Stalker Chronicles published excerpts from a Spanish paper of Schnitzer's continued support of Josef Fritzl. Her screaming denials have not been heard. Schnitzer's threats of impending injunctions to have her photo removed never materialized.
Schnitzer is riding on borrowed time and probably borrowed money. Maybe she and O.J. could pool their resources. While O.J. looks for the "real killers", Schnitzer could be looking for the "real stalker". There's a marriage made in hell.
Remain vigilant and be on the look out for this very dangerous woman. Report any suspicious activity to the U.S. Border Patrol at 1-800-232-5378. Or contact the local police in Tijuana, the U.S. FBI or Austria's Bundeskriminalamt at +43-(0)1-531 26-0.
