David Caruso - Stalker Dupes TV Guide

Months ago we reported here that Heidemarie Schnitzer not only had been discovered moderating IMDb's Caruso-related forums, she had lost those privileges after this blogger reported her violations of their Terms of Service. Using at least eight different names on IMDb, all of Schnitzer's pseudonyms with the exception of "Dixiebabe" were canceled by IMDb. Caruso's stalker is no longer able to delete those on IMDb who oppose her hate campaign against the actor.

After being reduced to nothing more than a squeaky wheel on IMDb, Schnitzer took over the now defunct Vipix and ran rough shod there for months. Stealing screen names and continuing her non-stop diatribe against David Caruso, Schnitzer went into a tailspin when the owners closed the site.

With last week's front page news that Austria's Judge Guenther Boehler had issued an international warrant for her arrest, Schnitzer again found herself reeling. Schnitzer immediately went to work posting a negative spin on any site that mentioned the story. Most intelligent site Admins saw through Schnitzer's relentless efforts to trash the story especially after checking traffic stats which revealed Schnitzer's posts were originating from a Mexican ISP.

At that point, Schnitzer decided to take matters into her own hands and set out to make TV Guide's CSI Miami forum all her own. For quite some time, Dojo and others have tried in vein to understand why their posts were being summarily deleted; posts that cast a positive stance on David Caruso or his hit TV show, CSI Miami.

After experiencing first hand the exact same frustrations on IMDb, we are informing our readers that it appears that Schnitzer has managed to weasel herself a position as moderator of TV Guide's CSI: Miami forum. With Dave Flores' departure earlier this year, a chink in TV Guide's otherwise impenetrable armor was created.

Schnitzer seized on an opportunity to exercise dominance at TV Guide. We don't yet know how she did it, but we are certain that she prevailed upon TPTB who granted her request to moderate the CSI Miami forum. It is clear that TV Guide's own administrators are not behind the ceaseless deletions which only occur when Schnitzer herself is on-line. If TV Guide only wanted one point of view, opposing viewpoints would have had their screen names canceled and i.p. addresses banned long ago. Something Schnitzer is currently unable to do.

If and when this situation is resolved, Schnitzer will be on the prowl for a new Board to spam. That is if she has enough time to locate a new one before Mexican law enforcement cuff her and haul her in pursuant to Judge Boehler's latest warrant.

The day after Judge Boehler issued the international warrant for Heidemarie Schnitzer's arrest, blogger K.D. Griffin published the story on Watching CSI. As she had done multiple times over since the news broke, Schnitzer weighed in on Griffin's post in the comments section. Using her "Anonymous" pseudonym, Schnitzer attempted to cast doubt on the story published by the venerable Associated Press. Schnitzer believes, wrongly so, that she will get a lighter sentence when she is ultimately captured and returned to Austria if she can make this story into some kind of sick joke on the Internet. Thanks to people like you, Dojo and myself who doggedly post the truth about this woman, it's highly unlikely that will happen.

The Associated Press is reporting today that Austrian Judge Guenther Boehler has issued an international warrant for Heidemarie Schnitzer's arrest. In addition, the following article from an on-line Austrian news service confirms what most have known for months: Heidemarie Schnitzer has fled to Mexico where she remains in hiding avoiding execution of a European arrest warrant issued when she failed to appear in court to answer to charges of stalking and mailing death threats. In recent weeks, concerns have been raised that Schnitzer may be employed as a caregiver in a private home in Mexico which would account for her 24/7 Internet access. Schnitzer's employer and/or employers may not realize that they have a fugitive under their roof. More frightening is the fact that Schnitzer may be responsible for the care of either young children or an elderly person.

Schnitzer is thought to be in hiding in the Baja, California area possibly in and around Rosarito. If anyone sees a woman matching this description, please contact authorities immediately. David Caruso - Mexico Alert: Is This Woman Working In Your Home?

Two days ago we reported that Heidemarie Schnitzer, David Caruso's fugitive Austrian stalker, may be hiding out closer to Rosarito, Mexico than previously thought. Tips from locals are theorizing that Schnitzer may have become employed as a domestic in the area and conceivably could be entrusted with the care of children or senior adults. Schnitzer herself has bragged on the now defunct French website Vipix that she was residing at the home of a doctor. At the time, we took this with a grain of salt knowing truth not to be one of Schnitzer's virtues.

For those of us who have followed the developments of this bizarre story, the thought of Schnitzer, who reportedly has abandoned two children of her own, having responsibility for the well-being of others particularly children or incapacitated senior citizens is beyond comprehension. Sadly, the evidence bears this out.

Schnitzer's unlimited Internet access at all hours of the day and night is not typical of someone with conventional nine to five employment. Much like the schedule she kept prior to her flight to avoid prosecution, Schnitzer is on the Internet most of her waking hours. In fact, at 12:45 a.m. today, Schnitzer was actively promoting her hate Caruso propaganda on one well-known website.

Realizing she had an April 2008 court date with Judge Guenther Boehler in Innsbruck, Schnitzer had ample time and motive to plan for life on the lam. She knew she would need a job once she got to Mexico preferably one that would provide a roof over her head with unlimited Internet access and three square meals a day. To have any chance at this type of work, Schnitzer would have to pass a background check. If Schnitzer had waited to flee Austria following the court hearing, she ran the risk of not passing a background investigation as one would have revealed a warrant for her arrest. Without any formal charges pending though, Schnitzer could and probably did sail through any required background check.

When Schnitzer first arrived in Mexico and prior to settling into her current employment, it appears she worked in the Zona Norte area to make ends meet. Now with a job working as a nanny, elder-care giver or domestic, Schnitzer has found the perfect cover for herself and her crimes. Working safely ensconced in someone's home provides all of Schnitzer's creature comforts while limiting her exposure to the outside world thereby preventing her capture.

Since 2007, Dr. Maria Berger above left, has served as Austria's Minister of Justice. A staunch advocate of Austria's anti-stalking laws, Dr. Berger recently introduced legislation that, if enacted, would increase penalties for stalking and improve protections for minors. The "Violence Protection Act" would provide wider support for victims of crime. Under proposal is extending the ban on contact with the victim from the residential area to any place where an encounter with the victim might occur. Protective orders would also be expanded from the current three month injunction to six months.

Victims of stalking would benefit from new provisions making multiple acts of stalking punishable as opposed to the current law that only punishes the perpetrator for a last act of stalking. If applicable, under the new law Heidemarie Schnitzer could conceivably be charged with continued stalking of David Caruso, something she's guilty of on a daily basis. Austria's constitution may contain ex post facto prohibitions however. Other provisions under consideration would provide financial assistance to stalking victims. Once again, Heidemarie Schnitzer has been flooding various boards and forums with slanderous speculation about David Caruso's infant daughter, Paloma. With the very real threat that Schnitzer poses to both Caruso and his family members, security has been tight and the safety of both Caruso children has been a major concern. Heidemarie Schnitzer's fifteen minutes of fame is now within her grasp. All David Caruso's fugitive Austrian stalker has to do is surrender. Her reward will be the attention she has so desperately sought for years. Schnitzer's perp walk and the accompanying media stampede all but guarantee that her image will be splashed all over every major newspaper and online media outlet.

It remains to be seen though how this will all play out in the end. David Caruso - Stalker Guilty of Violating Mexican Immigration Laws

First, let me thank all of the many friends in Mexico who provided me with the information necessary for this post including names and telephone numbers for law enforcement officials. It's a monumental task tracking down Heidi Schnitzer, David Caruso's fugitive Austrian stalker, and I couldn't do it without these most helpful individuals. As requested, no names will be published. Doing so would only subject innocent people to an onslaught of Internet attacks by Schnitzer. Many readers have sent e-mails asking how Schnitzer is able to work in a foreign country given the fact that she is a fugitive with an outstanding warrant on her head. The short answer is Schnitzer cannot do so legally. However, keep in mind that Schnitzer isn't your average law-abiding citizen.

Mexican immigration law dictates that foreigners cannot work in Mexico if they would be taking a job away from a Mexican citizen. If a foreigner was able to find a job that no Mexican national would do, then they would need to have a work visa. In order to obtain a work visa, one must possess proper documentation from their own country. Schnitzer may indeed have the proper documentation but she wouldn't be stupid enough to try to obtain a work visa, not legally at least. Doing so would run the risk she would be arrested and deported to Austria.

Although failure to obey Mexican immigration laws could result in anything from deportation to a jail term, the harsh reality in Mexico is that the right hand doesn't know and rarely cares what the left hand is doing. Schnitzer has more than likely managed to get work either because she or her partner in crime, Christian Putzer, have connections in Mexico who will employ foreigners without papers. Schnitzer no doubt is also being paid under the table. Although Mexican law prohibits this according to the sources for this article, no one really enforces it. Private Mexican employers are not routinely hassled by the federal government making it easy for this illegal practice to thrive.

Guess it wasn't enough for Schnitzer to violate Section 107 of the Austrian Criminal Code when she stalked and threatened to murder David Caruso and two others. Now Schnitzer is clearly in violation of the laws of Mexico where she remains at large evading an arrest warrant.

Many upon learning that O.J. Simpson had been found guilty by a Nevada jury saw it as long overdue poetic justice. For thirteen years, Simpson has walked as a free man flaunting the fact he beat a system that acquitted him for the 1994 double murder many believe he committed. Even in the midst of his most recent legal troubles, Simpson has comported with his usual "I am not guilty" air. This time however the justice system caught up with him.

Like O.J., David Caruso's fugitive Austrian stalker, Heidi Schnitzer, will ultimately have her comeuppance as well. Schnitzer has always claimed she has not done anything wrong and behaved as if she too is above the law. Skipping out on two court dates and twice fleeing Austria to avoid execution of a European Arrest Warrant have only compounded matters for Schnitzer. Thinking she's safe from the long-arm of EU justice, Schnitzer's guilt is evident if only in the many ostentatious denials she's posted on the Internet.

Schnitzer will eventually slip up either committing the crimes she has threatened or doing something incredibly stupid that will result in her arrest. Grant, thirteen years is a long time to wait for justice, but the families of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman probably are not complaining. It's highly unlikely David Caruso will voice any resentment once Schnitzer is captured.

David Caruso - Schnitzer Stays Under The Radar

Are authorities closing in on Heidi Schnitzer, David Caruso's fugitive Austrian stalker? We cannot say for sure but it appears that Schnitzer is working very hard to stay under their radar. Eight weeks ago Schnitzer would have stopped at nothing when it came to hijacking a Caruso fan site or forum. Arguing her anti-David Caruso propaganda to the death, Schnitzer and her multiple aliases would attempt to give the illusion of support when none existed. Bloggers and Forum administrators were forced to either close down their comments or ban Schnitzer altogether. Digg did just that and banned Schnitzer along with seven of her aliases.

Now in recent weeks, Schnitzer has been mysteriously absent from pro-Caruso blogs and fansites where months ago she would have been fomenting comment wars. With both Mexican and Austrian authorities possibly closing in for an arrest, is Schnitzer taking extreme measures to cover her cyber tracks? Schnitzer knows if she posts a comment on a blog her ISP, I.P. address and location stats will show up in the blogger's traffic log. Helpful information for any law enforcement personnel working this case.

Judge Guenther Boehler (see photo in sidebar) has also been furnished with Schnitzer's information as have law enforcement officials in both the United States and Mexico. In two weeks the six month anniversary of Schnitzer's April 16, 2008 trial date will be here. Is an arrest imminent or will Schnitzer continue to wait out the statute of limitations?

David Caruso - Judge Bohler's Photo and E-Mail Address

Meet Gunther Bohler, the Austrian Judge presiding over the Heidi Schnitzer criminal stalking matter. Judge Bohler issued a warrant for Schnitzer's immediate arrest when she fled in April, 2008 to avoid prosecution on charges she stalked and threatened to murder CSI Miami's David Caruso, Greta Caruso and Liza Marquez. According to news sources, Judge Bohler conducted the trial in absentia after Schnitzer twice failed to appear.

After some lengthy research, we uncovered not only the above photo but an e-mail address for Judge Bohler. With Schnitzer's latest rigged poll indicating another veiled threat of death directed at David Caruso, we thought Judge Bohler would like to see some additional evidence of Schnitzer's irrefutable guilt. We have already forwarded examples to him along with location information for Schnitzer.

David Caruso - Woman Stabbed Over Internet Access

Has Heidi Schnitzer, David Caruso's fugitive Austrian stalker, managed to illegally enter the U.S.? The following story from the San Diego-Union Tribune details an altercation over Internet access between a man and an unidentified woman that resulted in a stabbing. If the woman was Heidi, could the man involved possibly have interrupted Schnitzer while she was updating her many anti-David Caruso blogs with additional slander and libel? 7:32 a.m. September 26, 2008

SAN DIEGO – A 49-year-old woman was stabbed three times early this morning in the Gaslamp Quarter in a fight that erupted over the use of the Internet, San Diego police said.

The woman and the 23-year-old man accused of attacking her live at the Dustin Arms Hotel on G Street near Fifth Avenue, where there is a computer that residents can share, police said.

The two began to argue around midnight and the man got a steak knife and stabbed the woman in the neck, chin and chest. He was arrested. She was taken to a hospital where her wounds were said to be not life-threatening, police said.
