To date, little is known about Heidemarie Schnitzer's childhood and what events may have contributed to her psychotic adult behavior. Was Schnitzer abused as a child or perhaps abandoned? “Mr Fritzl resembles a volcano; under the surface that appears almost banal there is an evil streak. He is torn apart by his desires that he cannot master,” Dr Kastner wrote.
The report declared Fritzl clinically sane and fit for trial, but also diagnosed a “severe combined personality disorder and a sexual disorder”.
“It is to be expected that Mr Fritzl would perpetrate deeds with severe consequences also in the future,” Dr Kastner concluded.

According to Kastner, Fritzl's dysfunctional childhood contributed to his heinous adult behavior and criminal proclivities. Compare Kastner's diagnosis of Fritzl to Dr. Treichl's diagnosis of Schnitzer who concluded that Schnitzer suffered from a "severe personality disorder" with the potential for turning dangerous. David Caruso - Fritzl Sympathizer Heidemarie Schnitzer

After reading numerous articles about Austria's heinous Josef Fritzl, the incestuous monster who imprisoned his own daughter for 24 years, haunting similarities to the David Caruso stalker case have emerged. Details, provided by the perpetrator himself, are revealing if not chilling how Fritzl sought control over his adult daughter Elizabeth. Fritzl's current defense has him blaming the Nazis for his depraved behavior. Likewise, Heidemarie Schnitzer blames her victim, David Caruso, for her actions. Schnitzer defends her actions claiming Caruso deserves to be stalked because it comes with the territory when your career of choice puts you in the public eye.

It is highly anticipated that Josef Fritzl will plead insanity to avoid a prison sentence not necessarily because he is insane although many would agree he has some serious psychiatric issues. Certainly both Fritzl and Schnitzer have some serious mental health challenges as exhibited by their atrocious behaviors. Like Josef Fritzl, Heidemarie Schnitzer too was diagnosed with "profound personality disorder" by Austrian psychiatrist, Dr. Karin Treichl. There will be those who will argue that Schnitzer's crime has never reached the level of Fritzl's. Closer examination however shows that both Schnitzer and Fritzl have engaged in obsessive controlling behaviors. When they failed to control the objects of their desires, Schnitzer and Fritzl both spiraled out of control and turned to crime.

Further evidence of Schnitzer's profound personality disorder can be viewed on a daily basis on any website that mentions the words David Caruso. Schnitzer using multiple pseudonyms, her favorites being "Vixen", "Anonymous " and "Dixiebabe", will defend her bizarre conduct to the death. David Caruso - Schnitzer Plans Fritzl's Jail Break Prior To March Trial

Ever since last Spring's story broke about Josef Fritzl , Austria's cellar monster who imprisoned and raped his own daughter for 24 years, David Caruso's fugitive Austrian stalker Heidemarie Schnitzer has defended her fellow country man every opportunity she could. Last August, The Stalker Chronicles ran across an on-line Spanish paper containing a pro-Fritzl comment by Gabriele H [pseudonym for Heidemarie Schnitzer]. Schnitzer defended Fritzl's actions claiming his daughter had abandoned her children. Keep in mind that Schnitzer is intimately familiar with child abandonment; she abandoned two of her own to stalk and attempt to murder David Caruso. On Monday the Österreichische Verband Creditreform, Austria's equivalent to the U.S. Federal Bankruptcy Courts, officially declared Josef Fritzl bankrupt. Although the entire world already knew he was morally bankrupt, now Fritzl's creditors will have an opportunity to file a claim against his estate. It's highly unlikely though any unsecured creditors will receive payment on their claims. Fritzl is in debt to the tune of three million pounds.

On March 16, 2009 Josef Fritzl will stand trial for the crimes of murder, rape, incest and slavery. David Caruso - Gabriele Argues Fritzl Does NOT Deserve Maximum Penalty

Guess where we found Gabriele posting? Over on the Vienna, Austria forum on Topix. Using her latest pseudonym "GHZ,"(we already know what the 'G' and the 'H' stand for) Gabriele has taken the unpopular position that Josef Fritzl should not receive the maximum penalty for his atrocities arguing that he didn't kill anyone. Excuse me? Of course, everyone else weighing in on this topic feels otherwise. Gabriele appears to be obsessed with splitting hairs when it comes to Austrian law. I can't imagine why! David Caruso - Gabriele Huber Hunts Down David Caruso

As mentioned here yesterday, Gabriele Huber remains a fugitive from justice after fleeing a month ago. Armed and considered very dangerous, Huber is hunting down David Caruso in what could ultimately be a tragic confrontation. For the last seven to ten days Huber's daily Internet time had been increasing. However, the last couple of days has seen another significant drop in her on-line time. As evidenced by her hits to this blog, Huber undoubtedly is on the move again.

While on the lam, Huber has availed herself of numerous proxy servers in an ongoing feat to disguise her location. One of her latest proxies is a free service provided by UnBlockByPass.com which allows Gabriele to read this blog multiple times a day thinking she is cloaked in anonymity. For those who follow Gabriele's Internet obsession with David Caruso, this is particularly interesting when you consider how often Huber claims on multiple Boards and Forums that she knows nothing about Gabriele Huber. In a futile effort to deflect attention away from herself, Huber accuses others, including this blogger, of being Gabriele Huber. The fact that Huber is lying is lost on no one. Given the number of times she reads this blog only proves once again that Gabriele(whose pseudonyms include Vixen, Dixiebabe and Horatiolover, et al) is indeed the same woman wanted for stalking and threatening to murder David Caruso.

In the meantime, Austria's Federal Investigation Bureau the Bundeskriminalamt appears to be sitting this one out. Either that, or as suggested in an earlier piece, Huber's lawyer has negotiated some type of plea deal allowing Gabriele to dictate the terms of her surrender. For the Austrians, this case just doesn't have the urgency and/or priority needed to focus a large amount of manpower. In Josef Fritzl's case, it took the Austrians 24 years to bring him in. So, what's the hurry with Gabriele?

David Caruso - Gabriele Huber "See No Evil, Speak No Evil, Hear No Evil"

Recently published photos of David Caruso in the company of an unnamed woman have Gabriele Huber diverting attention away from the fact that she stalked and threatened to murder David Caruso. For four weeks now, Gabriele has managed to either remain on the lam or her attorney has quietly negotiated her surrender sans media coverage. Gabriele may have even managed a plea bargain and be back out on the streets while awaiting sentencing. How odd that not one word has been written about this story since it happened. Why all the silence? Staying true to their reputation as "the look-away society," the Austrians surely do not want to interfere with Huber's rights as a criminal. Incarcerating Gabriele Huber, who has threatened to murder an American actor and twice fled to avoid prosecution, would be downright unfair and in all likelihood unconstitutional under Austrian law. To hell with David Caruso's rights!

Either way, Huber's truncated hours on the Internet have frustrated her efforts to devote 24/7 to her addiction and obsession with all things David Caruso. Like clockwork, Huber appears on the Internet at the same time every day. Now though, her Internet schedule affords her very little time to slander and libel Caruso. When time allows, Huber delights in obsessive speculation about the new woman's pedigree, occupation, hair and age. In the little time left each day, Huber tries to revive the six month-old HOTMINCE (Hot Miami Night Club Exec.) fabrication that had Caruso and Liza Marquez broken up prior to the birth of their daughter. Does anyone really care?

The more important story asks why the Austrians have been so paralyzed in their efforts to deal with Gabriele Huber. What type of society turns a blind eye when someone threatens to murder another human being? More than likely the same society that gave birth to Josef Fritzl.
