David Caruso - Gabriele's Grammar Faux Pas

UPDATE: Earlier today when the following article posted on Zimbio, Gabriele Huber immediately corrected the word in question in her slanderous article about David Caruso. However, Gabriele cannot correct the misspelled word on Topix where she has absolutely no editing capabilities. She also went in and deleted this update which had to be re-posted. The article which has created so much consternation on Gabriele's part is as follows:

Recently Gabriele Huber, pictured above, has been making frequent use of the word "trough". In one of Huber's Zimbio articles she in fact refers to George Clooney's and David Caruso's "break-trough." Those of us who have a command of the English language understand "trough" to be a drinking and eating vessel for animals. Gabriele seems to be obsessed with this word. Is a trough something she turns to for comfort when she is hungry or thirsty for more material with which to slander David Caruso?

If there are any German readers in our midst who can shed some light on any additional definitions for the word "trough" it would be greatly appreciated. In the above exclusive photo, Gabriele was captured on break from her hate war against David Caruso drinking from her "trough". Would this be considered Gabriele's "break-trough?"

Last week on Topix Gabriele, using the pseudonym "Anonymous", posted yet another comment using the word "trough":

Lately, a trough seems to be playing a major role in Gabriele's life. Gabriele must need a large one to feed and quench that never ending hunger and thirst for gossip, rumors, lies and innuendo about David Caruso and his family.

David Caruso - Stalker Steps Up Libel

Well, Gabrielle Huber, Caruso's indicted Austrian stalker, is probably patting herself on the back today as her new rumor is spreading like wild fire. That is if she is able to actually reach her back while lying on it to render services in the name of Austria's Emperor's Club. Here are some of the comments she has posted on the Hot Gossip Momma site which has picked up on her latest effort to disparage David Caruso claiming that he is difficult to work with:

Caruso has the acting range of a rock. It doesn’t surprise me about his ego, his acting is so over-the-top. He is laughable and the rest of the cast especially Emily Proctor are aweful.

All of the above posts were made by Vixen (Gabriele Huber). Too bad she doesn't have any real supporters with the exception of the ones she creates in her deranged mind.

This latest rumor has neither merit nor substantiation. For years, Caruso's co-stars have complimented him for his on-set professionalism and behavior beyond reproach. Now that Huber has abandoned the HOTMINCE rumor (hot Miami night club executive), she has moved on to promoting this new one. Don't believe it because four months from now, she'll have to plant another one.

Remember the "caruso was drunk on a plane" and "caruso and eva la rue affair". Those rumors died as well.

David Caruso - Murder Threat Made by Stalker

David Caruso follows a long list of celebrities, Conan O'Brien, Jodie Foster and David Letterman among others, who have been stalked by deranged fans.

The woman pictured in this photo is Heidemarie Schnitzer, an Austrian national who threatened to murder David Caruso and his companion, Liza Marquez, last summer. Schnitzer wrote Caruso hundreds of letters demanding an autograph. When none was forthcoming, she spiraled out of control and made threats of bodily harm.

The FBI became involved and sought the assistance of Austrian authorities in bringing this woman to justice. After Schnitzer was indicted for stalking and making criminal threats, she skipped out on a scheduled court appearance and fled to Mexico. She was later captured and returned to Austria.

She has been denied future entry into the US and is now waging an all out hate campaign against David Caruso on the Internet. If anyone has information on this dangerous woman, please contact local authorities or the FBI.

David Caruso - Stalker Attacks The WOW Report

Within literally seconds after The WOW Report's article titled "When David Met David" showed up on the blog feeds, Caruso's stalker sped over posthaste and left one of her notorious vituperative comments. The sad thing about this incident is the fact that the article was a very flattering one about David. Within moments though, the spirit of the article had been changed after it was tainted by comments left by Caruso's obsessive deranged cyberstalker.

The Ovation Channel's host, David Keeps relates an account of meeting David Caruso. Nothing derrogatory was said and Keeps seemed to be genuinely pleased to have had the opportunity to discuss art with Caruso. Armed with her PhD in spin, David Caruso's indicted Austrian stalker has perfected the art of half-truths, lies and falsehoods. In one of her recent posts on Zimbio, the stalker dissected a comment about David Caruso left on Zip TV and posted it as follows to further her defamation of David Caruso:

"I hate David Caruso. I just see his face in previews of CSI Miami and my stomach turns. Used to love him in NYPD Blue but after his Diva departure it was lights out for me..."

David Caruso - Stalker's Photo Rampage

Two photos of one very devoted father: One shows him at work supporting the beloved child he is kissing in the other photo. Unusual? Hell no! Only in the mind of Caruso's stalker are these photos evidence of a broken relationship. Huh?

These photos published by Vipix, the French version of the National Enquirer, have the stalker on an Internet rampage today. Yes readers, Heidemarie Schnitzer would have you believe that these photos are somehow proof beyond a reasonable doubt that David Caruso and Liza Marquez have separated. Where? Please show me how these photos evidence that three-month old allegation. What am I missing?

As far as I am concerned, until a reputable media source reports otherwise, David Caruso and Liza Marquez remain a couple. These are great photos of a loving father--nothing more, nothing less.

Boycott IMDb - Site Promotes Hatred of David Caruso

I should have known better. Of all people I, a professed stalker hunter, ventured back onto IMDb's David Caruso Message Board last night after discovering the stalker's latest Internet rampage against Caruso and his co-star Emily Proctor. And although the stalker has not completely abandoned her failed rumor about Caruso and his companion, she is attempting to launch a replacement rumor. This new rumor in fact is one that she tried to breathe life into before and involves the stalker's claims that Caruso and Proctor are having problems on the CSI: Miami set. I fled IMDb (dubbed the "Internet's Malicious Deception Business") months ago when my posts and those of other Caruso fans were summarily deleted for no other reason than they expressed opposing viewpoints to the stalker's latest deceptions. Am I a glutton for punishment? Knowing that my comments and those of other staunch Caruso supporters are hastily deleted, why would I return?

Back when this site was in its infancy ANYONE, including an indicted celebrity stalker, could sign up and be given moderating capabilities. When the stalker discovered this loophole, she was first in line to seek and be granted a Moderator position on the David Caruso Forum. When fans descended here about 6 months ago to defend Caruso against the stalker's wild and salacious rumors, their comments were routinely deleted. Like TVGuide's site, complaints to the site owners fell on deaf ears and were virtually ignored.

IMDb's David Caruso Message Board has evolved into a killing ground for fans and a safe haven for a moderating stalker. The stalker posts under nearly 10 different names (Sks97, CSI Mfan, Puppeteer67, Miamilover, Dixiebabe, KitKatClub, Black Fire, and Guta53) Post a comment that disagrees or even deigns to question that of the stalker and you will be deleted. It's as simple and as blatant as that. The indicted Austrian stalker wields her dominance here and LIBELING DAVID CARUSO is the name of her game.

Last night, the stalker started this new thread: David Caruso VS Emily Procter 2 The following comment to her own thread is the stalker's latest effort to start yet another salacious untrue rumor involving David Caruso:

Unless my reading comprehension skills have failed me completely, I read the above article as an account of the appearances of television personalities at a political rally. I did not read it as an exclusive piece on Barack Obama.

Wisely so, comment moderation is enabled on The Dallas Observer's site and at the time of this blog article, only four comments had been posted. It will be interesting to follow this and see if a comment war breaks out between the stalker and Caruso's supporters. For those who may have forgotten, this exact scenario was repeated last week on Ace's blog.

Nazi Stalker - A Two-Headed Monster

Recently I have been engaging in an activity that I often find little time for: reading. Being a long-time fan of the wildly popular rock band Van Halen, I couldn't wait to pick up my copy of founding member Eddie Van Halen's ex-wife's new book. Titled Losing It--And Gaining My Life Back One Pound at a Time, Valerie Bertinelli delivers a brutally frank and moving account of her life as an actress, wife of a rock star and Mother to her son, Wolfgang. What does any of this have to do with the usual topic of this blog, David Caruso's indicted Austrian stalker?

Eddie Van Halen and his then wife Valerie Bertinelli were huge in the celebrity world. Van Halen sold millions of records while Bertinelli had a successful acting career. The couple was often fodder for the tabloids much like David Caruso is. In one poignant passage, Bertinelli describes an incident when the National Enquirer interfered with her and Eddie's negotiations to purchase a home. After the smarmy National Enquirer ran a story claiming that the couple was worth more than they really were, the seller increased the asking price on the property. Ms. Bertinelli related how the tabloids were a constant nuisance in their lives:

"But damn those tabloids for the problems they created. The stories that appeared every few months claiming we were on the verge of a breakup were a pain in the ass--more like an irritation under the skin. They didn't run stories about us laughing at Disneyland or holding hands as we took in a performance of the musical "Dreamgirls." Only the hint of disaster interested them. Though we had our share of fights, we'd never gone to that dire place where we spoke about splitting, as the tabloids suggested. And yet if you read it often enough, or if others read it often enough and call to ask if it's true, as they did, it pollutes the air."

Not to make light of the situation, but Ms. Bertinelli should thank her lucky stars that she and Edie Van Halen were not being stalked on the Internet as well. Not only does David Caruso have to contend with nonsensical tabloid articles, he has to endure the daily barrage of bombastic utterances by a mentally deranged Austrian woman. And this low-life creep stalker firmly believes that if you post something false and negative enough times, it will magically come true. As Ms. Bertinelli said, "it pollutes the air" and creates doubt in the reader's mind.

This blog was started to provide a foil to offset the stalker's efforts to destroy Mr. Caruso. If I am successful in some small way, it has been worthwhile.

Caruso's Stalker Wages Damage Control

It's back to the drawing board for the indicted Austrian stalker. Although declared dead several weeks ago, the stalker's rumor about Caruso and his companion was officially buried earlier today when the E.T. interview with Caruso and various CSI Miami cast members was aired on-line. In it, David Caruso speaks fondly of spending the hiatus with his family and says, among other things, "We have a two and half year old". http://www.etonline.com/index.html?tag=tv

What is key in this statement is Caruso's use of the plural pronoun "We." If, as the Nazi stalker has suggested, Caruso and his companion Liza Marquez are no longer together, why not say "I have a two and half year old". Most single parents would. But Caruso did not because he and Liza are still together. There has NEVER been a shred of evidence to the contrary. Couples use the word "We." Why would David and Liza be any different?

Reeling from the failure of her latest effort to defame Caruso, the stalker has now gone into full swing with damage control. She is flooding various sites with denials and parsing the word "we" much like Bill Clinton parsed the word "is" during the Monica Lewinsky scandal. Accusing everyone of reading too much into this, the stalker has become nothing more than a dog chasing its tail.

Two years ago, things were different for the stalker. With the Internet all to herself, she was able to defame Caruso at a whim and no one bothered to question her fabrications. Things are different now. The stalker's rumormongering days are OVER.

David Caruso's Stalker SPAMS TV Guide Site

The TVGuide.com website is brimming with the very latest information and updates for television shows aired across America. Unfortunately, the website also has some dark areas haunted by none other than David Caruso's Nazi stalker. Here she identifies herself as "horatiolover" and maintains not only a blog but a running battle for the last comment on this site's CSI Miami Message Board. The Nazi stalker skulks in the shadows of this Board waiting to post derrogatory responses to any comment about David Caruso. She's obviously under the false impression that Internet surfers are either too stupid, too lazy or perhaps both to read anything other than the last comment posted on any given topic.

"Horatiolover's Blog"is simply another spoke in her elaborate wheel of Internet contrivances designed to disgrace David Caruso. Every Tuesday, until recently, the Nazi stalker updated her "Horatiolover" blog with a negative review of the previous night's episode of CSI Miami. Here is a sample of the ongoing negativity posted by "horatiolover":

“CSI Miami is a perfectly created illusion. And with that we neither mean the acting nor the storylines. I daresay, CSI Miami is the only show that could be produced during the WGA strike - since they don't need writers for the cr** they show us week after week.”

If someone posted anything remotely positive disagreeing with the stalker's review, she automatically deleted their comment. Once the stalker discovered that there were no comments that she could post which agreed with her weekly disapproval of the show, she quickly executed Plan B. Employing her now famous ruse of conversing with like-minded posters, she invented identities to give the illusion that someone, anyone, agreed with her. Thus, "Southernbelle98" and "Natsim" were born.

Fans, not to be outdone, quickly learned to circumvent the Nazi stalker's domination of TV Guide's CSI Miami blogs and moved in droves to the Message Board where they could enjoy diverse conversations about the show. The Nazi stalker lost her capability to do away with comments that she didn't find to her liking. No delete key was enabled on the Message Board. In fact, other writers joined in and posted fair and balanced reviews of the show each week.

This sent the stalker into a tailspin. People had stopped reading her TV Guide blog and fans were viewing and commenting elsewhere, namely on the Message Board. Not to be outdone, the stalker began posting negative reviews on the Message Board. Still, there were no takers. Next she invaded the comments section of Javlin's CSI Miami reviews and began commenting skirmishes. Each and every comment posted was met with a negative post by "horatiolover", "southernbelle98", "natsim" or the stalker's name du jour.

Complaints to the moderators of this site seem to have fallen on deaf ears. Numerous fans have notified the moderators about who and more importantly, what "Horatiolover" really is. Much to the fans' chagrin, TV Guide has done nothing. When fans took it upon themselves to reveal who the stalker was in the comments section, TV Guide summarily deleted anything they saw as argumentative.

Rarely, has TV Guide ever deleted anything posted by the known Nazi stalker. As I have stated before, David Caruso is not everyone's cup of tea. That is no excuse TV Guide! Knowing what these mods know, why does TV Guide continue to provide a "safe harbor" for this indicted Austrian stalker? Do they not understand the magnitude of the situation? This woman has threatened to murder David Caruso! She has also threatened his companion and his two-year old toddler. What does it take to convince TV Guide?

If you visit TVGuide.com to post on the CSI Miami message board, do so at your own risk. The mods here tend to side with the indicted Austrian stalker. Why, is anyone's guess.

Nazi Stalker - Weapon of Mass Defamation

Exploiting the Internet's lack of regulation and vast potential audience, David Caruso's Nazi stalker has created her own electronic war zone to promulgate her hatred of the actor. Playing the role of an Internet Terrorist, the Nazi stalker has bloated forums, boards and fan sites with LIBEL about the actor's personal and professional life, his hit T.V. show CSI Miami and the many films in which he has appeared.

With the surge of advanced technology to monitor, search, track and analyze information posted about David Caruso, the Nazi stalker plans her on-line invasions much like a skilled war general. Subscriptions to multiple internet RSS feeds provide the Nazi stalker with a sophisticated radar. These feeds alert her within moments that someone has commented about David Caruso on a blog, in the news or on a fan-related site. The more negative the comment, the better the fodder for the Nazi stalker.

Cyberspace has become the Nazi stalker's primary WEAPON OF MASS DEFAMATION to spin disinformation and disseminate less than attractive photos of David Caruso. Trying to win publicity for her anti-Caruso propaganda, it is believed that the Nazi stalker is actually seeking an arrest: Her OWN! In the stalker's very sick mind, an arrest would grant her a legal opportunity for a face-off with the object of her obsession, David Caruso. Negative attention, in her thinking at least, is better than no attention at all.

Last summer, Austrian officials arrested the Nazi stalker (unconfirmed sources state that her real name is either Heidimarie Schnitzer or Gabrielle Huber) for threatening to murder David Caruso. At the time, the stalker was elated thinking that she would finally have her day in court with Mr. Caruso. Her hopes were madly dashed when she was ultimately returned to Austria. U.S. officials will not grant her entry into the country and have also denied her a visa.

Now, with unfettered internet access, the Nazi stalker continues her well-planned invasion of multiple internet sites. What motivates this Nazi terrorist? The potential for arrest? Perhaps another opportunity to be in the same room, albeit a courtroom, with David Caruso? Will any of us ever know?

Nazi Stalker - Lies, BS and More Lies

Why am I so surprised? Knowing what I know about this Nazi Austrian stalker, today's stunt amounts to nothing more than another one of her many charades to make her hate sites appear legitimate. Here is how the subterfuge played out.

During the wee hours of Sunday morning, Caruso's deranged psycho Nazi stalker went into CBS' CSI Miami Board, made up another false identity and started an anti-Caruso thread. On its face, this is nothing new and occurs too often to garner mention. This time was different. Here is the original comment as it appeared on the CBS Board under the stalker's newly created thread "David Caruso (Horatio) Miami". The stalker is posting as "Kbaxhen":

“We have stopped watching CSI Miami only because of Caruso. He is top of the line HAM. He speaks as tho' he were the only one in the room and is watching himself in a mirror. Other actors on that show are great, and should be given credit for making it ALMOST worth watching. Caruso was good on NYPD Blue, but his "lead" role has truly gone to his head and egomania has taken over. “

What is remarkable about this particular comment is what happened next. Immediately after posting the above comment on CBS, the Nazi stalker raced over to one of her OWN blogs, copied the above comment, pasted it and proceeded to quote it. Yes, you read that correctly---she quoted her OWN COMMENT in a failed attempt to make it appear that someone else shared her anti-Caruso sentiments. The following quote is exact, misspellings and all:

"We see our blog as first port of call for all those who are fed up with David Caruso, with his sub-par acting, his hamming and for he daily growing number of people who ask themselves why Caruso is still allowed to "grace" the TV-screen. Now peoples' discontentedness doesn't even stop of short the "holy" CBS Miami Message Board:

As I cautioned here yesterday, if you venture into the stalker's sites you risk infecting your computer with spy ware or a virus. Short of that, you will find yourself in a quagmire of lies and deceit. If it's not beneath this deranged person to perpetrate deception on her own audience, what else is she capable of?

Stalker's Hitler Sites - Weekend Reflux

For most of the world, the weekend affords a welcome repose to be spent with one's family or in pursuit of beloved diversions or simply to experience the pleasure of nothingness. For a stalker however, the weekend is simply another opportunity to inundate the Internet with libelous hate posts about David Caruso. After all, a stalker's work is never done. It is mid-day in most of the U.S. and the enraged Austrian stalker has already posted four rehashed anti-Caruso articles on the Internet. Some of this reconstituted tripe is from 2006! If you happen to run across them, do not click the links for these articles. You may unknowingly be infecting your computer with a virus or spy ware if you do. If you read them, you will also be infecting your brain with salacious and unsubstantiated rumors, products of the stalker's own reflux.

For those unaware of the stalker's tactics, these articles are traps designed to drive web traffic to her hate sites. These sites do not contain anything relevant to David Caruso, his acting, or his television and film career. Quoting "Ace":

Mobster Stalker Compared to Hitler

This rather frank observation, about a site maintained by Caruso's stalker, appeared a few days ago:

When this post was first published, the blogger named "Ace" included a link to the Stalker's site. Big mistake! The Stalker, armed with her multiple aliases, engaged in a comment war. Nothing new--it happens many times every week. For most normal people though, you either like or dislike David Caruso, post a comment and leave it at that. Not so with Caruso's Austrian stalker.

It has become some kind of sick game to post, re-post and post again until she is able to have the last word. For some very strange reason, the Stalker is under the false impression that people only read the last post for blog articles. Recently as well, she has been double posting her last post.

Many people have asked what would drive someone to this type of insanity. Has the Internet given birth to new forms of criminal behavior? Is there an Internet Mob behind technology that supports criminal activity? Is it now acceptable for a person who hates another to utilize blogs and forums to perpetuate hostility day in and day out?

Yes, it would seem and the Internet is partially to blame. Devices called Proxy Servers, many widely available for free, allow anyone to anonymously surf and post messages on the Internet. Caruso's stalker employs a number of different Proxy Servers to disguise not only her true identity, but her actual location. Proxy Servers provide a unique i.p. address and make it difficult if not impossible for site moderators to determine with any certainty the stalker's location which changes hourly.

Yesterday alone, I counted no less than 11 i.p. addresses being used by the Stalker to view this blog. Those were the ones she was using in Austria. Proxy servers also provide her with access to i.p. addresses in other countries. Last week on Topix, thanks to a proxy server, it appeared that the stalker was posting from Durham, UK when she was actually in Austria.

For law enforcement officials, it must be a nightmare to track and locate someone suspected of an Internet crime who has figured out how to tweak the system to their advantage. Anyone remotely familiar with the Caruso situation understands this. Many people however do not.

The Envelope Please!

With the Oscar Awards days away, there will be new categories honoring those whose outstanding achievements in the industry are noteworthy. Will there be awards honoring exceptional on-line video and music productions in 2008? What about on-line writing awards? These questions remain unanswered.

However, there is one highly anticipated new category that will honor Best Performance by a Cyber-Stalker as an Internet Joke. Nominees include: Vixen, Mermaid7, StealthQueen, KillerQueen, Crazyrabbit2, QueenBitch2die4, DiamondsandHearts, Cole, Liz, Visitor, The Mole Hunter, Batgirl97, Boo2221, Sammy and Joe. Due to printing deadlines, these are the only names that made the ballot. There are hundreds more. Look for those in 2009.

Cast your ballot soon. And since David Caruso's cyber-stalker was denied a visa to enter the country for the awards ceremony, she will have to make her acceptance speech via satellite from the Austrian mental health facility where she is currently locked up.

Hell Hath No Fury Like a Stalker Scorned

David Caruso's stalker does not take rejection well as evidenced by her on-going hate campaign. Recently she has stepped up her efforts to libel and defame Caruso by assaulting other blogs with comments designed to perpetuate her daily rumors. Acting out of desperation for attention and recognition, she has also been peppering the titles of her posts with obscenities and making sure they stay at the top of other celebrity sites. This stalker sustains her very life by the stat counts on her own blogs. When the hits take a nosedive, as they have over the last several months, the Stalker goes into overdrive. Rejected both by David Caruso and fans she sought to turn against him, this Austrian woman has taken rejection to a whole new level.

What happened to this stalker that made her go off the deep end? If one is to believe unconfirmed reports, the stalker allegedly approached David Caruso at a Miami bar a couple of years ago. That was prior to U.S. Immigration banning her from entering the United States. Presenting the actor with an explicitly sexual overture, she was summarily REJECTED by the object of her desire and obsession. Prior to this encounter, she worshiped David Caruso and posted complimentary items about him on the Internet.

After David Caruso had not only the good sense, but good taste to decline her advances, the stalker set out to publicly defame him. Using the Internet as her weapon, the stalker daily posts multiple headline grabbing lies and innuendos in an effort to destroy Caruso's reputation with his fans, friends, family and professional associates.

And since David Caruso has always maintained a very low profile, paparazzi seeking stories and gossip about the actor have been presented with an overwhelming challenge. David Caruso is just another regular guy who happens to pursue a livelihood as an actor. Caruso does not seek out the cameras and rumormongers. Without photos or any hard evidence of Caruso's comings and goings, the stalker has been unable to determine with any certainty what is going on in his private life. Does anyone, besides the deranged Austrian stalker, even care?

No! And that is what drives this woman to desperation. She has become an Internet Joke. Hell hath no fury like a stalker scorned!

Stalker Plagiarizes Another Blog

Although the stalker credited MoreNotesFromUnderground as her source, she never bothered to alert readers that she had added her own negative words about Caruso. Words, mind you, that NEVER appeared in the original. Altering key words and phrases in an original work without noting it is also considered plagiarism.

The stalker then pounced on the opportunity to comment as soon as this article appeared in the blog feeds:

Last summer, Rob Steiner was forced to close down his mobblog after the stalker and Caruso fans posted over 200 comments. Mr. Steiner posted a photo of David Caruso's home in LA.

"She's a nut job to say the least. Last summer, with the help of the FBI, Austrian officials indicted her after she threatened to murder Caruso. She has also threatened his toddler and his female companion. She cannot gain entry in the U.S. any longer. Stalker Hi-Jacks Blogs to Promote Hatred of Caruso

Another blogger fell victim this past weekend to David Caruso's indicted Austrian stalker. As she has done many times over, Caruso's stalker hi-jacked the comments section of NoWaterMark.Net. After the blog owner's post containing photos of David Caruso showed up in the Blog Feeds, the stalker raced over to his site to post the following negative comment:

Out of 14 comments posted on this blog, 9 of them were posted by the stalker commenting as Vixen, Sammy and Joe. The stalker uses multiple screen names to give the FALSE impression that she has like-minded Caruso haters who just happen to show up at the same time she is posting. Go figure!

The remaining 5 comments were posted by me. Had I not stopped posting, this back and forth with the stalker would have continued until the blog owner was forced to shut down the comments. Each and every time this happens, blog owners are obliged to take drastic measures, short of deleting their blogs, to rid themselves of the uninvited stalker.

Let this serve as a WARNING to any and all blog owners who deign to publish something remotely related to David Caruso--your blog is subject to being hi-jacked by David Caruso's stalker. If anyone posts a differing opinion, she will battle them to the death in order to have the last post.

A Plea for Caruso to take Legal Action

At this point, it should come as no surprise that David Caruso's Austrian stalker continues to libel him on a daily basis. Publishing knowingly false misrepresentations about Mr. Caruso's personal and private life is nothing new for this indicted stalker. In the absence of any legitimate news stories to comment on, the stalker has shifted her hate campaign into overdrive. The following are two examples of her disparaging attacks on Mr. Caruso's character:

"new girl-friend/new relationship" (with the woman he dumped Liza for in October 2007) is blossoming. Our spies report that Caruso has been getting laid 24/7 during the last weeks..."

"David Caruso's obvious shortcomings won't help Liza who got dumped by David - the male whore - for a Miami Nightclub Executive. "

I refuse to post links for these comments and drive traffic to the stalker's blogs. The stalker has posted these same attacks ad nausea for months. It's time to put a stop to it.

What I fail to understand in this situation is why Mr. Caruso and his legal team do not file a libel action against this woman. The gravamen of their complaint is widely available on multiple Internet sites. The likelihood that Mr. Caruso would prevail in Court is an absolute.

I realize that Mr. Caruso is a classy gentleman and he probably does not want to dignify any of this. That consideration has become moot however. Doesn't Mr. Caruso care that he is being publicly defamed? Does he ever wonder what effect this must have on his family, friends and professional associates?

Please Mr. Caruso, in the best interests of your family, especially your children, take legal action. You can always donate the proceeds to your favorite charity.
