David Caruso Stalker Won't Be Released Until January 2011

Yesterday David Caruso's stalker Heidemarie Schnitzer appeared in court and was convicted of threatening to murder David Caruso, Greta Caruso and Liza Marquez. Preliminary accounts reported Schnitzer would go to prison for seven months followed by another incarceration in a mental institution. There were also reports Schnitzer would appeal the verdict but The Stalker Chronicles does not have knowledge of any trial court errors subject to reversal on appeal. This was a pretty cut and dry case against Caruso's stalker with Schnitzer confessing at one point to authoring her now infamous death threat letter.

Crime blogger Marcus J. Oswald elaborated on yesterday's sentence on his blog. Barring a successful appeal, Schnitzer will first be housed in a regular prison followed by a one year observation period in a mental facility. There is also the possibility at some point Schnitzer could be fitted with an ankle monitoring device. Once she has completed the observation period, there will be another hearing. It is expected that Schnitzer will be released on or about January 2011.

Following yesterday's conviction, Schnitzer and her attorney had several options to consider: (a) accept the verdict and sentence, (b) appeal the verdict and sentence (c) appeal the sentence only or (d) request three days to consider their options. Schnitzer and her attorney asked for three days to mull over their choices. In the meantime, Schnitzer and her attorney will "consider" the ramifications of yesterday's sentence and decide whether or not to appeal. If Schnitzer files an appeal, the prosecutor will also appeal as well. In the event Schnitzer loses her appeal, she could find herself subject to an even stiffer penalty.

Given the fact that Schnitzer could have faced three years incarceration, the prosecution's offer on the table is looking pretty good at this point and should be given serious consideration. Being released in January 2011 sure looks better than April 2012. If Schnitzer appeals and loses, she could find herself serving out the maximum sentence of three years.

David Caruso - Stalker Arrested at Tijuana Hotel

According to this Austrian publication Kleine Zeitung, Heidemarie Schnitzer was arrested after Mexican authorities tracked her to a Tijuana hotel. Many of you may remember how Schnitzer recently advocated Wi Fi theft and it is strongly believed that authorities traced her location based on the i.p. address she was using. The Stalker Chronicles is pleased to report that we provided numerous tips to authorities including the i.p. addresses she was using and we are extremely proud to have been part of the capture of this mentally unbalanced woman.

However, we want to temper all of our enthusiasm with a reality check. Schnitzer can and eventually will gain access to the Internet again. Even in prison, inmates are allowed limited use of computers. When Schnitzer manages to get back on-line, we anticipate she will post ludicrous excuses for not being on the Internet, i.e. my computer was being repaired, I was sick, etc. She's also going to claim as she always has that she's not the stalker. Some people simply do not respond to therapy and are unable to be rehabilitated. The Stalker Chronicle strongly fears that Schnitzer may be one of them.

Our mission when we undertook this blog was simple: we wanted to see Heidemarie Schnitzer brought to justice for threatening to murder three human beings. The Stalker Chronicles will be closing down as soon as we receive confirmation Schnitzer is back on Austrian soil. When she arrives in Austria, that mission will have been accomplished. If she escapes again and/or is released on some type of probation, The Stalker Chronicles will not continue to track her.

Shortly, Interpol will take custody of Schnitzer and coordinate efforts to deport her. As soon as we know Schnitzer is back in Austria we will report it here.

David Caruso - Schnitzer's Fondness of Amina Quickly Turns to Hate

Forget Schnitzer's daily attacks on bloggers who expose her while she remains on the lam. Those will undoubtedly continue, but today marks the opening of a new front in Heidemarie Schnitzer's hate war against David Caruso. David Caruso's new girlfriend, Amina Islam has officially replaced Liza Marquez as the object of Schnitzer's racial slurs, hatred and slander. No longer will we see the term "Latina tramp," it has been replaced with "Bengal pussy." What, several days ago was unabashed admiration for Caruso's new female friend and the fact that she had usurped affections once reserved for Liza Marquez, has now turned ugly promising only to get worse.

Witness for yourself the following comments posted on various Boards and Forums in the last 24 hours. Multiple misspellings, compliments as always, of Heidemarie Schnitzer. All we can say is, Amina, get yourself a hat because it's starting to come down in torrents:

My, my, my how one short month changes the crazed stalker's opinion. Compare the above comments to the following comments posted on Profusion123 just today. Schnitzer has directly contradicted herself now referring to Amina as "ugly" and coming with a price tag. Note that there is one person posting as "anonymous" who actually is NOT Schnitzer. Where "Anonymous" is Schnitzer it has been duly noted in brackets:
