David Caruso - Donaldo Penalosa Mayor of Tecate

For those of us who track Heidemarie Schnitzer's whereabouts, we have known for quite some time that she accesses the Internet from an ISP in Mexico's Baja region. The Stalker Chronicles is hoping by showcasing the Mayors of this area, their aid can be enlisted in capturing the fugitive Schnitzer who has stalked and threatened to murder three people including CSI: Miami's David Caruso. With Austrian Judge Guenther Boehler's recent issuance of an international warrant, Heidemarie Schnitzer's arrest is all but imminent.

Today, we would like to introduce the Mayor of Tecate, Donaldo Penalosa. The city of Tecate has been referred to as one of the most inviting border towns in all of Baja. Its primary claim to fame is its cerveza, Tecate beer for our English readers. Tecate is also home to the world famous spa, Rancho La Puerta. More importantly, Tecate may unknowingly be harboring Heidemarie Schnitzer a mentally unbalanced criminal who has been diagnosed with "severe personality disorder" with the potential for turning dangerous.
