David Caruso - Mexico Attorney General's Operation Clean Up May Help Nab Stalker

Since assuming office in 2006, Mexico's Attorney General Eduardo Medina-Mora Icaza has had his work cut out for him. Once in office, his mission called Operation Clean Up, had several focus points. First, Mora was faced with the unenviable task of identifying and outing notoriously corrupt anti-drug officials. One such high level arrest occurred last November when the head of Interpol-Mexico's National Central Bureau, Ricardo Gutierrez, was detained for alleged ties to the drug cartel. As the Chief of Interpol-Mexico, Gutierrez stands accused of divulging information to cartel members which he obtained from Interpol's database.

Attorney General Mora is not focusing Operation Clean Up solely on the corrupt police though. He's also planning to clean up Mexico's sullied reputation as a country that welcomes and harbors fugitives from justice. During Mora's brief tenure, 196 fugitives have been rounded up and extradited. It would appear that our previous assessment of events on the IMDb website was incorrect and we have therefore deleted that post from our blog. After someone calling themselves "nocomment2012" started a thread on IMDb called "Bye, Bye Dixie," guess who popped up immediately thereafter? Why of course David Caruso's fugitive Austrian stalker, Heidemarie Schnitzer posting as none other than "Dixiebabe."

Our apologies to IMDb although we're fairly certain that an apology is unnecessary. Perhaps our deep regrets might be more appropriate given the fact that the administrators on this site don't seem to realize that they are harboring a wanted felon who has stalked and threatened to murder three people including CSI Miami's David Caruso. Hopefully, the next time IMDb deletes all of "Dixiebabe's" posts, they will delete her as well.

David Caruso - IMDb's Dixiebabe IS Heidemarie Schnitzer

David Caruso's fugitive Austrian stalker, Heidemarie Schnitzer, continues her Internet stalking rampage albeit on fewer and fewer sites. Schnitzer's impact on Caruso boards and blogs is being felt less and less as people who frequent these sites quickly size up her dislike as an unhealthy hate obsession that stems from a mental imbalance.

Anyone familiar with the situation knows Schnitzer's drill. While hiding out on Mexico's Baja peninsula, Schnitzer scours the Internet 24/7 for any mention of the actor. If it's negative, she posts it verbatim on one of her multiple hate blogs. When the comment is positive, Schnitzer adds a negative spin. One astute person posted a comment on IMDb's David Caruso Board recently stating:

"Basically, when I don't like a film or actor I may (and this isn't always the case) go to their board and say ONCE that I don't like them/it and explain my reasons. But then I wouldn't keep going back to find all possible opportunities to put down that actor or film. Where as people that like an actor or film are much more likely to keep returning to the board to discuss with like-minded people about reasons why you like them. It des [sic] seem a bit of a waste of time, and you get all annoyed to keep slating someone. Why not just leave it be - you've made your point, let other people enjoy discussing GOOD things in peace. David Caruso - Tina Fey's Blogger Backlash

Although we missed most of Sunday night's Golden Globes, we have since read about Tina Fey's comments during the show directed towards her Internet stalkers. And this evening, Entertainment Tonight posed the question, "Is Tina Fey at The Center of a Blogger Backlash?"

Here at The Stalker Chronicles we can say unequivocally no. Compared to the two-plus year Internet hate campaign waged by Austria's Heidemarie Schnitzer against David Caruso and his family, Tina Fey's detractors pale. David Caruso on the other hand has been stalked and threatened with murder by a woman diagnosed with "severe personality disorder" by a Court-appointed psychiatrist who predicts that Schnitzer could turn deadly at a moment's notice.

Tina, we don't mean to make light of your situation or downplay the seriousness of it in any way. We hope that you never have to endure threats against the lives of your loved ones, multiple hate blogs designed to destroy your professional and personal reputation by a deranged stalker who has twice failed to appear for trial in Austria and who is now hiding out on Mexico's Baja peninsula. We fervently hope that your stalkers never post pornographic comments on the Internet about your infant. And most of all, we hope that you do not have to walk around constantly looking over your shoulder wondering if an indicted stalker has breached the US/Mexico border to hunt you down.

Like the late Margaret Mary Ray who stalked David Letterman for years, Tina's stalkers seem to be more nuisance than fugitives fleeing the law with international warrants on their heads. Schnitzer, who hails from Hitler's homeland where hate at times reigned, actually sent a letter to David Caruso outlining her plan to murder him, his grown daughter Greta and his former companion, Liza Marquez.

We thank Tina Fey for bringing this problem to light on a live television broadcast shown around the world. Perhaps Fey's actions will draw attention to a problem that, for David Caruso at least, has gotten criminally out of control.

David Caruso - Schnitzer's Capture Must Be a Two-Fisted Approach

On October 28, 2008, Austria's Judge Guenther Boehler took the necessary steps to bring Heidemarie Schnitzer's capture a thing of reality by modifying his previously issued warrant for the stalker's arrest. With a new warrant in place, tracking down Schnitzer took on an international significance and a global manhunt ensued. Although most experts agree that Schnitzer remains in hiding on Mexico's Baja peninsula, the Mexican government has been moving on this matter more slowly than first thought. Extensive international cooperation is therefore needed to avert a tragedy when Schnitzer turns deadly and follows through with her threats against Caruso and Latin Americans.

It's high time for both Mexico and Austria to coordinate forces and share information in an all out effort to bring closure to this matter. Issuing an international warrant in and of itself is nothing more than window dressing. Without any follow-up on the part of Innsbruck's Provincial Court, why would Mexico feel any sense of urgency to expend resources to capture Schnitzer?

Dr. Maria Berger, Austria's Minister of Justice has proposed stricter laws for those charged and convicted of stalking. Dr. Berger needs to make Heidemarie Schnitzer's capture priority one and coordinate her government's efforts with Mexico's Attorney General, Eduardo Medina Mora pictured above. During Senor Mora's administration 196 fugitives have been handed over for extradition to foreign governments. Mora is on the record stating that he will not allow Mexico to become a refuge for fugitives from justice.

If Schnitzer continues to be ignored and allowed to remain at large, lives hang in the balance. As Dr. Karin Treichl has stated, Schnitzer has the potential for becoming dangerous. And when Schnitzer acts as it is predicted she will, a tragedy is certain. Will Schnitzer end up murdering Caruso, his daughter and Liza Marquez as she has threatened or will one or more Mexican citizens end up losing their lives?

It's up to Dr. Maria Berger and Senor Eduardo Medina Mora to insure that this does not happen.
