A Plea for Caruso to take Legal Action

At this point, it should come as no surprise that David Caruso's Austrian stalker continues to libel him on a daily basis. Publishing knowingly false misrepresentations about Mr. Caruso's personal and private life is nothing new for this indicted stalker. In the absence of any legitimate news stories to comment on, the stalker has shifted her hate campaign into overdrive. The following are two examples of her disparaging attacks on Mr. Caruso's character:

"new girl-friend/new relationship" (with the woman he dumped Liza for in October 2007) is blossoming. Our spies report that Caruso has been getting laid 24/7 during the last weeks..."

"David Caruso's obvious shortcomings won't help Liza who got dumped by David - the male whore - for a Miami Nightclub Executive. "

I refuse to post links for these comments and drive traffic to the stalker's blogs. The stalker has posted these same attacks ad nausea for months. It's time to put a stop to it.

What I fail to understand in this situation is why Mr. Caruso and his legal team do not file a libel action against this woman. The gravamen of their complaint is widely available on multiple Internet sites. The likelihood that Mr. Caruso would prevail in Court is an absolute.

I realize that Mr. Caruso is a classy gentleman and he probably does not want to dignify any of this. That consideration has become moot however. Doesn't Mr. Caruso care that he is being publicly defamed? Does he ever wonder what effect this must have on his family, friends and professional associates?

Please Mr. Caruso, in the best interests of your family, especially your children, take legal action. You can always donate the proceeds to your favorite charity.

David Caruso & Chix with Stix Fundraiser - The Truth

For several weeks now, Caruso's Austrian stalker has been flooding forums and boards with rumors and innuendo concerning Caruso's alleged non-appearance at the Chix with Stix event held last month. The stalker has even gone so far as to accuse Caruso of single-handedly canceling the event. THIS IS NOT TRUE.

After several e-mails and a phone call with a well-placed insider, I am happy to report that the Chix with Stix event took place as scheduled Jan. 18 and Jan. 19, 2008 in Charleston, South Carolina. According to a very well-informed source, no television celebrities from CSI: Miami or any other show attended.

Why? My source explained that one of the event planners is also a cancer survivor herself. Due to a recurrence of the disease, it was decided that the Event would go forward without the attendance of multiple television celebrities. Chix with Stix had already received commitments from over 20 billiard celebrities who had agreed to attend and play in the tournament. With the recurrence issue involving one of the main event planners, it was decided that the Event could go forward with celebrities from the billiards world. To have planned, arranged and executed an event with multiple television personalities was far more than this person was able to handle given the health set-back.

The Chix with Stix event was "packed" according to one e-mail that I received and it was a huge success. Congratulations to everyone involved in the planning of this wonderful event which benefited wonderful charities.

David Caruso's Stalker Continues Attacks on Liza

When will it ever end or more importantly, will it end? Caruso's Austrian stalker continues her verbal attacks of his companion, Liza Marquez claiming "David Caruso dumped Liza for an attractive Miami Nightclub Executive". Without one shred of evidence, Schnitzer/Huber aka Vixen and multiple other usernames, continues her non-stop 24/7 efforts to smear David Caruso in the eyes of his fans. Even his companion and two year old toddler are not immune to the stalker's vitriol.

Nearly three months ago, Schnitzer/Huber planted a rumor of Caruso's alleged infidelity on the Internet with an Austrian tabloid service. Here in the States, the National Enquirer took the bait and published the trash in their rag. Other yellow journalistic publications followed suit. The stalker used every possible opportunity to attack Liza Marquez disparaging her looks, her ethnicity and the fact that she had deigned to go shopping alone with her new infant.

Following the Christmas holidays, eyewitness accounts were posted on fan boards by people who had ACTUALLY seen Caruso and Marquez shopping in South Beach on Xmas Eve. In spite of these accounts, the Austrian stalker ignored hard evidence and continued her relentless pursuit to destroy Caruso and Marquezs' reputations. There was only one problem: the rumor she first started and tried to breath life into NEVER took off.

As of today, February 6, 2007, no reputable media outlet has even mentioned anything about this and it is expected that none will do so. To use the stalker's own words, the whole "sordid affair" turned out to be just another fabrication hatched by a severely disturbed cyber-stalker.

It's high time to put this one to rest Vixen. No one believes it with the exception of you.

Stalker Libels Caruso

Back in December, it was widely reported that David Caruso and other CSI: Miami cast members would participate in the Chix With Stix pool tournament Jan. 18-20, 2008 in Charleston, South Carolina. All proceeds would benefit Ovarian Cancer Research. For whatever reason though, Caruso and his fellow cast members ended up not attending.

Speculation surrounding the reasons that the CSI: Miami contingent did not attend has been posted on literally hundreds of Internet forums and sites predominantly by one person, Heidiemarie Schnitzer, Caruso's indicted Austrian stalker. Upon learning of the Chix with Stix development, Caruso's Stalker beat a path to her laptop flooding various Internet sites and forums with salacious rumors that Caruso "canceled the event." Schnitzer, who uses multiple usernames to disguise her true identity on the Internet, recently posted the following libelous statement on the IMDb David Caruso forum. Posting as "sks97" Schnitzer leaves no doubt in the casual observer's mind who she thinks is responsible for the canceled appearance:

When another poster "LindyCindy" questioned her about her accusation, Schnitzer (sks97) became indignant and responded:

Reliable and reputable sources have NEVER reported that Caruso canceled the appearances by himself and his fellow cast members. Reports to the contrary are merely libelous allegations by a very, very ill celebrity stalker who uses this site and the entire Internet to wage her hate campaign against David Caruso.

David Caruso - Stalker Castrates Her Ally

UPDATE: On February 19, 2009 Heidemarie Schnitzer was arrested by Tijuana police pursuant to an international warrant. The Stalker Chronicles was acknowledged by the Mexican police for aiding in her capture.

Yesterday, The Stalker Chronicles compared Schnitzer's clueless Canadian sycophant to the hapless sailors who fell victim to the Song of the Sirens portrayed in Homer's Odyssey. For the unfamiliar, Schnitzer's BFF and dimwit ally in her non-stop hate-David-Caruso campaign is a Canadian blogger whose David Caruso post appeared on the RSS Feeds. Within minutes, Schnitzer pounced on the Candian's blog in an effort to foment a comment war. After the sycophant fell for Schnitzer's charade hook, line and sinker, The Stalker Chronicles compared him to the mythological adventures of sailors who attempted to navigate narrow sea straits and failed when they heard the Song of the Sirens.

For the record, The Stalker Chronicles never said Odysseus had fallen victim to the sirens. On the contrary Odysseus, unlike the Canadian sycophant when it comes to Siren Schnitzer, took preemptive measures to avoid that pitfall. Other sailors however were not as cautious when they entered the narrow straits which was the point we were making. Unlike the Canadian sycophant, Odysseus had a lot more going on where the gray matter is concerned and successfully averted the fate of sailors who went before him. What we did suggest was the Canadian sycophant had fallen for Vixen's [aka Heidemarie Schnitzer] charms much like the sailors of this mythological adventure. Said sailors listened to the songs of the Sirens and met their untimely deaths crashing into the rocks.

In fact, we appreciate why the Canadian sycophant and Schnitzer have become such fast friends. They like to twist it up adding their own spin while taking things totally out of context. All of this being so reminiscent of Vipix-- Siren Schnitzer's unmoderated toilet site where she changed identities with abandon and trashed anyone who spoke the truth.

Sadly, the Canadian sycophant crashed into the rocks long before we had the misfortune to discover his pitiful existence. He's already a lost cause. Here's a guy who has publicly claimed on his blog that the reason he never went to law school is because he didn't want to take the LSAT (law school admission test). We sympathize with him and fully understand his reservations. You see, a large portion of the LSAT is devoted to "Analytical Reasoning" something the Canadian sycophant seems to be entirely devoid of. The LSAT also tests reading comprehension skills, another area the Canadian sycophant could use some remedial assistance.

We digress though. What we really wanted to convey to the Canadian sycophant was a heartfelt congratulations on his utter forfeiture of the family jewels as pictured above. We understand this lovely "ballsies" necklace was overnighted to a certain fugitive Austrian stalker at an undisclosed location on Mexico's Baja peninsula. How thoughtful of the Canadian sycophant! Schnitzer will look stunning in sterling!
